30/08/2024: Mixed reception and what a shame that the dough is a ready-made dough! It looked like frozen...Nothing to do with traditional flames with good crispy dough. We had a hard time digesting it...

01/08/2024: It seems to me that the restaurant is on its way out. Old-fashioned interior design, but no less charming. However, it was a bit sad on the terrace in the evening. Only a few tables set up which is not inviting. Quality of the food is somewhat disappointing. Dessert was tasty. However, it has great potential in terms of location. (river, park opposite) View from the terrace is now largely obstructed by heavy wooden construction. Was fashionable 20 years ago... not anymore. With the right adjustment to today's expectations, think this has great potential. As it is now I don't recommend it.

19/04/2024: What can I say other than that everything is good, already the chalet is perfect, the kitchen is visible and clean, the small room is nice, the cook is very welcoming, kind and talks easily, the price is well worth the Americans (that's what that we have price) super good, loaded with fries, just the right amount of onion and sauce, in short, killer. Too bad it closes on June 1st 😢 the boss is retiring, and still doesn't have people to take it over... It's a good address which is unfortunately leaving..

18/04/2024: Price more than fair, you get what you pay for, plus, it was very good!

08/08/2024: Honestly, very disappointed... The lobster served with pasta without presentation on the plate, the holy stone served with a few thin blades of vegetables without any other accompaniment and to finish a frozen nougat that is far too sweet. What a big disappointment! And the service is very disappointing... I had visited this restaurant 18 years ago and it was much better. Restaurant not at all at the level of prices applied.

01/10/2024: Perfectly perfect from reception to exit. The dishes offered are varied and made with fresh, homemade products. Excellent value for money with a daily special at €9. Special mention for the pumpkin velouté and Sam’s remarkable welcome! I will come back

04/09/2024: Hello, frankly, I didn't like it! I am not criticizing the staff, nor the service or the cuisine. From this point of view, nothing to complain about, you are greeted at the door, it's very warm. The “black” point is the ultra noise! Some clients have no education, it's sad to see. It's a shame, because it's a warm setting! Have a nice day everyone. P. S. Maybe some background music would help calm it all down!!!!!!

30/09/2024: What's going on in the smoking games room! Exterior doors wide open! It was 5 degrees last Saturday! I didn't know you had to come in ski gear! A shame everyone was freezing, is this normal? It was our last time because it’s getting worse and worse, not to mention the cleanliness……

26/09/2024: You really need to put a display, don't tap on the machines, it ruins all the fun of playing with people who tap and break the machines right next to you. Otherwise we often come, the casino itself is really nice.

07/09/2024: We had pizza salami 3 times and everyone let more than three quarters go back, the base tasted extremely like ash and the rest like chopped tomatoes and cheese, every pizza machine makes better pizzas, and some flakes were floating in my friend.

10/01/2024: Dear Hoyndorf 1 kebab = 4.5€ = 4 bigmacs worth 24€, we can't have it both ways. You would like to eat 2 kebabs and pay for 1. Impeccable kebab, with exceptional taste.

20/07/2024: One of my favorite addresses in Metz. It's excellent and the recipes are always delicious whether to take away or eat in. The staff is friendly and smiling. I recommend without hesitation.

13/07/2024: La référence sur Metz et plus au large en termes de restauration asiatique. J'y suis retournée à plus de 20 ans de distance et y ai retrouvé tout ce qui me plaisait en rapport à une restauration originale, à consommer sur place ou à emporter, dans un environnement propre et accessible. J'avais recherché en vain, d'autres adresses pour déguster des "Banh Bao" dignes de ce nom, sans succès. Quant au poulet sauce péquinoise et autre riz au saucisson, du délice et des recettes constantes avec le temps. Quant aux grincheux, aux personnes qui ne savent pas attendre (j'ai toujours été servi rapidement) ou qui veulent que cette officine historique se mette plus qu'à disposition sans autre pré-séance... passez votre chemin... il y a de l'excès dans certains avis.

22/08/2024: The restaurant will have to be refreshed. The walls are falling to pieces... toilets from another century, broken faucet, poorly closed door... The traditional cuisine is fortunately good because the apprentice or seasonal worker who takes care of the service does not catch up to the level...
