17/09/2024: I ask for an orange juice, I am served a glass filled with gnats. I asked for an exchange, and in the second glass there was even more. I will never set foot in this store again in my life.

13/09/2024: Welcome, the antithesis of the word warm. We had breakfast here on a Sunday morning. There were 5 of us and the saleswoman was probably not happy to work on a Sunday morning, not a hello, not a smile. We take the order, I see her lost, I gently repeat the order to her. I get a “It’s good!!!” very friendly. We pay and when we collect the order, a coffee and a croissant are missing. As the saleswoman did not give us the receipt, she barked at us that we had to repay the missing order. We therefore paid dearly for this dishonesty. To flee.

21/05/2024: We were warned, but not finding a table in a nearby restaurant, we took the risk... and understood why the reviews are bad. The dishes we had were ridiculously tiny, eaten in 3 bites, without any taste interest and expensive! Anything to displease. The waiters and waitresses do their best, but their kindness cannot make up for the treatment that the caterer and the management of this place reserve for its customers (for just 1 evening that's for sure).

09/09/2024: It’s good because we can’t give the score zero. Pitiful service, waiting to eat on site but then I have never seen that, as a team member at McDonald's I can tell you that if we do that in our restaurant we are fired after 48 hours. Managers are non-existent, customer service absent. The terminals never work. And I'm not talking about the cleanliness of the restaurant which is unspeakable. To avoid entirely.

24/08/2024: Salmon ravioli: is it a dish with 6 frozen ravioli chasing each other in a “salmon” sauce?? For €18.50?? Really there is no salmon in this dish, it's just the sauce which could be a salmon bisque? I don't recommend this dish in any case 😅 Very disappointed with the cuisine as well as the service which is not at all quality. As soon as we ask the waiter, he doesn't know how to answer me specifically about the drinks 😅 This cuisine is amateur and it is disappointing for this Italian restaurant which says that its products are fresh and imported directly from Italy? Um ok okay 😅

17/09/2024: The worst Starbucks in Lyon. Missing liquid from the drink, and after complaining, the barista gets upset because I pointed out that there is OBVIOUSLY liquid missing from the cup. When ordering the drink, they don’t even ask for your loyalty card, and if you ask about it after you’ve already paid, they just say "too bad," "too late." I went asking to the barista if she could give me my drink as I paid for it, because obviously, she didn’t buy it nor give it to me for free, and she just suggested adding COLD milk to a hot drink to make up for the missing part. When I told her I just wanted my drink as it should be (pumpkin spice latte), she got upset, saying she had other drinks to prepare and I was obviously wasting her time.Terrible service. Thanks for nothing. 🐀🐀🐀🐀

03/10/2024: Theft! 15 euros for a tasteless Cesear salad with bottled sauce poured over industrial chicken. Cold lasagna. The establishment is dirty. In short… move on.

02/10/2024: Nice place and fast service, too bad my burger for €18 only contained a slice of cheese and two cherry tomatoes with meat that was not cooked through (cold inside, meat literally raw) after all, I was not asked to cook it steak but I wasn't expecting a tartare, in short 3 leaves of salad with 2 drops of olive oil, I had to ask for more sauce and the homemade lasagna which had neither sauce nor béchamel was meh, I tasted it tasted like a canteen dish but hey had to guess when our dishes arrived 3 minutes after ordering. Disastrous value for money, I was disgusted to pay so much for it Otherwise the waitress who served us was nice but forgot to bring the bill

25/08/2024: A medium "takeaway style" crepe for €13 served on a paper plate by a lady who prepares the crepes, who serves the tables, who touches the credit cards. In short, let it go...

08/05/2024: We arrive at 12:30 p.m., not a person on the terrace, we sit down and the waitress comes to meet us, "I'll serve you in 15 minutes because I'm eating before" we wait while respecting her wishes, the pancakes are very average and the prices inconsistent with quality, we won't push the door away!

26/08/2024: Disaster ! Run away!!! Whether it's the food or the service. No taste no flavor very bland! Server seems to be bothering them!!!

22/08/2024: Very good chicken merguez couscous. The meats were well cooked. The taste was good. The sauce/vegetables served on the side were good too. The quantity was very sufficient too.

10/08/2024: First time in such a dirty hotel room. Honestly it was just for one night but we will never book in a campanile again. Bathroom also dated and dirty However, the reception staff are very welcoming.

13/07/2024: We just spent the night at this hotel. A dilapidated hotel that really needs some updating or even more. But hey, it would still be fine if the cleaning was done correctly. I also think that it was not done at all!!!! Ball of aluminum foil on the floor, piece of toilet paper on the floor, hairs on the toilet bowl, hairs above the sink, hair... not to mention the state of the shower walls!!! Stains everywhere. Room for 3 people? Yeah, a bed under the bed that needs to be unfolded. This is where we see the horror under the bed, cleaning never done, that's for sure! And given the previous comments, this is not an "oversight", cleaning their home is clearly not essential. Go on your way, hotel to avoid!!!!!

05/09/2024: I placed an order, and after more than an hour of waiting with no news, I decided to call the restaurant. I was then informed that the delivery man would have left the order in front of my door, even though no one ever came. This is scandalous, such a service is unacceptable. I will never order from them again.

05/09/2024: Like all the other comments agree, he does not deliver and tells you that they came to your doorstep but that the delivery man was not able to contact you, how come he has so many negative comments and that it always remains open I will contact the consumer league this is not normal either you offer a service or you close pretending to work is not an option I ordered at 7 p.m. it's 10 p.m. still nothing and he now tells me that they will redo the order and deliver it to me.
