30/06/2026: Having been there yesterday, it was a disaster!! The manager was incredibly unpleasant, and what's more, she was assaulted, but speaking so rudely to customers and employees is unacceptable. I think she should find another job. The toilets were filthy, the burgers were cold, the ice cream was cold as soon as it was served, and she refused to remake it. In short, it was terrible.

24/06/2026: Quiet on a Monday evening, air conditioning OK in the heatwave, the iced coffee was good.

31/08/2026: A very enjoyable time at this bistro; the atmosphere was pleasant and friendly. The waiter was really nice, attentive, and professional. Efficient service and a warm welcome. It's a pleasure to have such a pleasant waiter. I highly recommend it!

09/08/2026: An excellent place with a lot of innovative products! The filled croissants are excellent. Unfortunately, the establishment is closed for part of the summer season and the opening hours aren't updated; I wish I hadn't made the trip for nothing.

26/04/2026: I rarely leave negative reviews. The slice of carrot cake was extremely dry and hard, therefore tasteless and inedible...as if it had been forgotten at the back of the fridge. The same went for the plain madeleine...dry and tasteless. I couldn't finish it. I don't recommend this bakery for pastries. I didn't try the bread. I got it to go, so unfortunately I couldn't ask for compensation.

08/08/2026: While passing through Anse with my partner, we stumbled upon this wonderful brasserie which pleasantly surprised us! Our order was taken quickly, the dishes were delicious and generous, all at a very reasonable price. Special mention goes to the €20 lunch menu which includes a starter, main course, glass of wine, and coffee. It's been a long time since I've seen such good value for money! Go for it without hesitation!

30/07/2026: I waited 30 minutes at the drive-thru to be served, and when I got home I saw you'd made a mistake and given me a half-price burger instead of the one I ordered??? It's unbelievable how incompetent you are. I fully intend to come back and get a refund once I've eaten this cold McDonald's.

03/08/2026: I eat here once a year. The atmosphere, the food, and the service are something you won’t find anywhere else in Lyon. The place is run by an extremely charming family, and I look forward to returning next year :)

A wonderful discovery made somewhat by chance… and what a surprise! The team is young, dynamic, and truly top-notch: fast, efficient, and always friendly service. The daily specials change very regularly and are often original, which makes you want to come back to discover the new creations. You can taste the homemade quality, and the fact that you can see into the kitchen seals the deal for anyone who might still be hesitant. It's a great place at any time of day: perfect for lunch when you're really hungry, but also ideal for a break during the day, whether it's over a good coffee in the winter or a refreshing drink in the summer. It has definitely become my go-to spot during my work weeks. The place is simple, unpretentious, but that's precisely what makes it so charming. Efficient, welcoming, and delicious… a place you'll happily return to again and again!

29/08/2026: Okay, okay, okay… the setting isn't all that great. €5 for a Perrier with a slice of lemon? I'm not usually one to be a grumpy old man, but come on now. The smell of garbage wasn't great… They were spraying mist right in my forehead, it was like being at a swimming pool on the Rhône; they must have thought I was a leek in a greenhouse. To be clear, the servers were actually very friendly, and I have nothing against Uncle Francis.

26/06/2026: I went to get bread, a sandwich, and a slice of pizza today. I waited my turn, and the cashier let two people go ahead of me. I was with my two-year-old daughter, who was hungry and thirsty. I told the cashier, who was wearing a white t-shirt and a duvet, and she said okay, then let someone else go ahead of me. Honestly, this is unacceptable. They have absolutely no customer service skills. I bought food for my daughter, but I went to a nearby bakery to buy my own food, where the staff were much friendlier. I will never go back to this bakery. They have no sense of business.

26/06/2026: The bakery is absolutely filthy and the staff are incredibly negligent towards customers. They smoke outside the bakery instead of serving them, and I even saw someone come in and serve customers without washing their hands. I find this unacceptable.

03/04/2026: The pizzas are very good, crispy crust. One of the best pizzerias in the area. Is it currently closed? Phone number not in service...

06/12/2025: The pizzas are pretty good and affordable. I find the giant size really good value for money. I order often; delivery is free, and for me, it's always delivered on time, sometimes even early, even though I live 9 km from the pizzeria. They might arrive a little cold towards the end of the week, but given the distance, I understand.

14/09/2026: Unpleasant welcome and a complete lack of respect. This baker's contemptuous behavior made the experience truly unpleasant. Avoid if you value being treated properly.

18/08/2026: Friendly staff, but there was a mistake with the sandwich I was given: I ordered a vegetarian mozzarella/tomato sandwich, but I got a ham and butter sandwich... to err is human, of course, but I couldn't eat it. A shame.

31/12/2025: The food was served cold, then sent back to the kitchen and brought out again on the same plate after we had already eaten—probably just reheated in the microwave. This is unacceptable, especially for a restaurant with this reputation. In addition to being unacceptable in terms of quality, this raises a serious hygiene issue. Judging by the numerous negative reviews, I see that I am unfortunately not the only one who was disappointed.
