29/03/2026: Good food. Terrible service. It ruined our evening at this lovely establishment. What a shame.

29/03/2026: A rather mixed experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was particularly cold. We weren't shown to our table; we were simply directed downstairs, without any assistance. Several waitresses were unfriendly, giving the rather unpleasant impression that we were bothering them. One of them clearly didn't seem to have a grasp of the basics of the job, which reinforced this feeling of unprofessionalism. Fortunately, not all the staff were like that. The male waiter was very pleasant and professional, and another smiling waitress brought a positive touch that contrasted sharply with the rest of the team. As for the food, no complaints: the dishes were good and well-prepared. In short, good food, but the service needs serious improvement to make the experience worthwhile.

13/11/2025: Best Italian restaurant in Lyon! Excellent value for money, the food is superb and the service is warm and welcoming – you can go there without hesitation! Special mention for the Arancini, with recipes that change often but have never disappointed me!

10/12/2025: Our experience at the Ibis hotel restaurant was very mixed. We arrived around 7 pm; the restaurant was empty, there was no music, and the atmosphere was rather gloomy. We each ordered a Gin and Tonic as an aperitif and only received, after several minutes of waiting, a simple glass of Sprite disguised as a gin glass. The young woman serving was friendly but didn't speak French very well. As for the meal, we ordered the hamburger, which was supposed to have bacon and raclette cheese, but in the end, we received neither, instead cheddar cheese. The experience was far from pleasant; moreover, it was cold in the restaurant, and the atmosphere was definitely lacking. The next morning, we had the buffet breakfast included with our room. The quality of the service, the welcome, and the atmosphere were very different from the previous day. Overall, it is preferable to eat breakfast, but it is better to avoid dinner.

05/04/2026: We spent an evening there with friends. We initially came to eat, but were a little disappointed by the rather limited food options. However, we eventually found something we liked, and it was delicious! It's also worth noting that the atmosphere is very pleasant, and the service is very friendly :)

20/03/2026: I used to order from you but now it's becoming a complete mess, a huge piece of eggshell on the pizza under the cheese the second to last time and the last time I ordered was yesterday there was what I suspect was a piece of an animal's fingernail or tooth in my pizza, I will never order from you again.

28/03/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience at this establishment. My coffee arrived completely cold, which is unacceptable. I had clearly requested that the coffee be prepared after the three Nutella wafers so that it would be hot. The server ignored my request and responded unprofessionally that "that's how we work." The staff's behavior was unpleasant, with a clear lack of attention and respect for the customer. Furthermore, hygiene standards did not appear to be followed (no head coverings), which is concerning. The wafers were also poorly presented and carelessly cut, which further contributed to the overall negative impression. I was with my daughter, and this experience made us both very uncomfortable. Frankly, a very bad experience. I do not recommend this establishment at all.

04/04/2026: Beautiful place on the banks of the Saône, friendly staff, and excellent frog legs and dauphinoise potatoes

03/04/2026: The atmosphere in this restaurant was extremely strange to begin with. A woman (I think she was the owner) stared at us throughout the evening, watching our every move at the table to the point of embarrassment. As for the food, my friends ordered duck and a piece of meat, which were decent, but the potato gratin was undercooked and practically inedible. I ordered the all-you-can-eat frog leg menu for 37 euros. I imagine that at that price, it was frozen, but I at least hoped they would be good, and unfortunately, they weren't. The frog legs were far too overcooked, as was the parsley sauce, which had turned black. I asked for a second plate to see, and it was the same thing. I should mention that there were only three of us in the restaurant, so the chef had plenty of time to prepare our dishes properly. In the end, the bill came to 105 euros for three courses, a glass of wine, and a Coke. Honestly, I wouldn't say avoid it because it does the job, but at that price and for the atmosphere, you can find much better in Lyon! In any case, I won't be going back a second time.

26/03/2026: I went there one evening with friends for a pleasant get-together over a nice meal. The time was certainly enjoyable, but I wouldn't say I had a wonderful meal, which seemed to be the general consensus. The appetizers were uninteresting, and some of the dishes were very mediocre (for example, the meatballs were extremely dry). Generally speaking, the meat was never tender. I tried everything, and out of all the choices, only two or three dishes were decent, but nothing special. The price (€20.90) is reasonable considering the portion size, but I would have preferred a much better Indian dish in a normal portion. We won't be back :(

22/03/2026: The dishes are varied and very good. There's something for everyone, vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike... We were there for a birthday celebration 🎂. We received a very warm welcome. Perfect for large groups 🥳. Excellent value for money 😉. I highly recommend it 🤩
