30/09/2024: This is unacceptable, I went to this McDonald's 4 times and they got my order wrong 3 times. This is not normal, I do not recommend the drive. I ordered a double cheese bacon and they gave me a simple cheese burger for the price of a double cheese bacon! They are wrong almost every time and they are not wrong, it is an oversight, unacceptable I advise you against it
21/09/2024: Tonight's director to be fired! Totally sluggish and irrelevant team, 2 fries 2 sandwiches 1 hour wait without exaggeration and insolent employee!

29/09/2024: Unable to use points. The staff, who are very particular about verifying orders (in case there is an undue claim), make no commercial gesture.
20/09/2024: Lack of staff was the answer...but I asked several times who was missing an ICE tea green/green on my order..and I ordered without ice cubes, the girl gave me ICE tea peach without ice cubes, after I asked...she gave me ICE green with ice cubes and I can't have a cold in my throat..you have to respect my request.I have a throat problem..but the lady next to the other civil servant...that's enough ma'am you don't see that we are lacking in effectiveness...conclusion lousy service, lack of respect towards people.

15/12/2024: 35 minute wait for a Click & Connect at the drive-thru on a Sunday evening. Arrived 6:30 p.m. served 7:05 p.m. As a result, the fries are cold (not even warm...) and there is a shortage of ice cream worth €10. A shame, this must be the 4th or 5th time that this has happened to me at Mc Donalds in Saint Bonnet but that's enough, it's time to rate the restaurant for the level of service: non-existent. This is literally THEFT. Don't bother to call them they don't answer.
You don't even deserve the star that I'm being forced to put

28/09/2024: Very bad experience. The cashier Very unpleasant, my pregnant wife did not want to make her a priority, having to wait for the whole girl, my wife is pregnant at 8 months, can you imagine!!! What a scandal and the more it's expensive, 3 crosses and 2 coffees 10 euros to flee 👎
28/09/2024: Is there a problem with your bueno “muffinoiseries” which have nothing to do with the photo on your site? I'm not even talking about the queue which makes no sense. You have been waiting for 10 minutes to be served only for an employee to pass a person who has just arrived in front of you.

15/12/2024: Come several times always forget something this is wrong in the sandwiches we pay for sauces to not have them
08/12/2024: Drive order at 7 p.m., there were a few cars in front of me. I thought I would wait a bit, which is normal. In the end, once the order was paid, it was given to me within 30 seconds. I'm checking it out because it's really fast. The fries are cold and the drinks have no bubbles because the ice cubes have melted.
This McDonald's prepares all its products mega in advance. Considering the price it’s absurd…
Anticipate too much = cold product = unhappy customer!!

05/08/2024: How can I say, very expensive given the quality of the dishes, 3 prawns on the plate so flambéed that it is impossible to peel accompanied by 4 frozen dauphine potatoes. Undercooked squid full of water. Price between 24 and 28 euros. Very long service even though we arrived early and there was almost no one there. Unfriendly staff and not knowing how to smile.

31/08/2024: This review only concerns the bar.
The one serves drinks in plastic, even hot drinks even though there are transfers of plastic into the drink.
The reason given by the bartender is that there is no server to collect the glasses... I don't see the connection, because if you deposit the glass glasses, people will bring them back like the plastic ones. There are also stainless steel cups, but glass is much better suited.
I also read the story of instructions not being returned. I was entitled to the same when I wanted to eat the meal purchased on site, with 4 friends, and the cutlery was deposited at €1 per pair. When I brought them back, I was given five yellow tokens.
I haven't eaten there since!
18/08/2024: The service has generally changed in a negative way - deposit on glasses which does not always work and the quantity has decreased to the detriment of quality. The pint went from 50cl to 40cl for the same price!. There are only 2 bars (or only one depending on the crowd) and the queue is monumental to be served a drink. The servers are nice but unscrupulous and totally nonchalant.
