15/08/2026: The welcome and service were impeccable; the staff were pleasant and efficient. As for the food, the dishes were delicious. I tried the Bureau Burger in the XL version, and my wife had the steak tartare: a very pleasant surprise, both in terms of quality and quantity. About ten years ago, I stopped going to Le Bureau because I felt the quality and portion sizes had declined. Today, my opinion has definitely changed! Excellent value for money, generous and flavorful dishes. A small ice cream to finish the meal, and it was perfect. 🍔🍨 I highly recommend it.

04/08/2026: Avoid the Caesar salad; there's hardly anything in it, and the portion is tiny. It's really just an appetizer. There were only two people for the bar, the dining room, and the terrace, and the wait was hours. I left before even getting my dessert. In short, they're making a profit, but they're not attracting customers.

22/06/2026: I had a shredded beef roll with shakshuka mushroom sauce and dauphinoise potatoes with a burger. My wife had a marinated escalope roll, a bit more classic, let's say, also with a burger, and we really enjoyed it. It was delicious; everything is homemade, and you can really taste it. The recipes are very original; it's a nice change from a traditional industrial taco, so it's a bit cheaper, certainly, but clearly not as good. Regarding the service, kudos to you for managing such a busy service on your own. That evening, there were perhaps 15 orders to fulfill, and our wait time was about 20 minutes. So, having a professional is a pleasure. Thank you again, and see you soon, God willing.

04/07/2026: A fantastic neighborhood wine shop offering quality wines at affordable prices and all sorts of services (cheeses, gift baskets, gourmet groceries, a small market on Saturday mornings, etc.). Incredibly friendly staff. The loyalty program sometimes lets you leave with a free bottle :) We've been regulars for over 5 years and it's such a lovely addition to the neighborhood.

29/06/2025: We had an unforgettable evening for my 50th birthday. We were in the separate section, which made for a very private dinner. The food was excellent; the pigeon and desserts were perfectly cooked. We received all the attention we could have wished for, nothing more, nothing less. A big thank you to Chef Mariller and his entire team.

24/07/2026: On a Friday evening at 8:30 pm, the service was a bit odd. We weren't offered the daily specials, the menu didn't include rosé, and instead we were offered a pitcher of wine. We ordered two cocktails at €10.50 each and didn't even get a peanut! The dishes were good, but seemed to be made with industrial-grade fries from McAin and industrial peppercorn sauce. But surprisingly, at 9:25 pm, someone came to us before we'd finished our main course to ask about desserts, as the cooks were leaving and you have to order them in advance. I've never seen anything like it! We were inside, but outside there were at least four cats, even climbing onto the chairs to beg for scraps. That's understandable, but perhaps some people don't want to eat with cats at the table.

14/07/2026: A must-visit for bringing back delicious Lyon specialties! While passing through this shop in the Confluence shopping center, we found exactly what we were looking for to bring back some wonderful gourmet souvenirs. The Coussins de Lyon: We left with a lovely selection of these famous treats. In addition to the original version, which is excellent, we really enjoyed discovering the different fruit-flavored varieties. They're original, colorful, and delicious. The pralines: We also bought some very good pralines, another classic Lyon specialty that's a must-try and perfectly executed here. The shop: Ideally located in the shopping center, it's very clean, well-presented, and the staff is very welcoming. An excellent place to treat yourself or to give high-quality local specialties as gifts!
