12/03/2026: I have rarely been so disappointed by a restaurant. They call themselves Mexican, but I don't think they've ever been to Mexico to serve guacamole of such poor quality. The cutlery was dirty with stains, and I even saw a mouse, which didn't seem to bother the servers at all. Avoid this place at all costs!

01/01/2026: Very poor experience. I placed an order, and the two girls there on that day made a mistake with the order. I had to come in person because they weren't answering the phone, and there were no other customers when I arrived. I found them very unpleasant and unwilling to admit their mistake. I've always liked Subway for the quality of the food, but I won't be going to this Subway again because of these two incompetent girls.

17/10/2025: Very good experience. The place is clean and the waitress Camille is always super nice and friendly. Very welcoming. The cookies are excellent as usual! Fast service.

16/03/2026: We came this Monday with friends and had a wonderful time thanks to Clémence and Alex. A huge thank you for their service; they were kind, friendly, and incredibly attentive! They heard it was my friend's birthday and even offered to put a candle on our chocolate fondant cake! The food was delicious, the ingredients were high quality, and the dishes were beautifully prepared. So, a well-deserved 5 stars!!

15/03/2026: The food was excellent and the dining room was top-notch. I received a warm welcome and a very pleasant experience; I highly recommend it. I came on a Sunday and the staff were very competent and friendly.

10/04/2026: The food was very good, it's a shame the whole table didn't get all their courses at the same time... Some people had finished by the time the next group arrived. There were many unavailable dishes compared to what the menu advertised. The wait was very long, but I must commend the waitress for her professionalism; she was very energetic and had a great sense of humor. Thank you!

10/03/2026: Avoid at all costs! Second and last time at this restaurant. The first time, they didn't give us a bill, and the bill was exorbitant. I checked at home with their card, and sure enough, there was an extra €5 charge, completely unjustified! The second time, I got a bill, and surprise, a few euros had been added here and there! Despite the hefty bill, they didn't offer any kind of compensation, unlike most restaurants. Even a small coffee would have been nice! The cashier was cold and very haughty! The only positive point was the waitresses, who were great!! Check your bills!

26/03/2026: By far the worst pizzas I've tasted in a looooong time. Disgusting dough, ridiculously small portions, one pizza was burnt, one was too cold, and one was undercooked. Poor quality ingredients (an olive! LOL! Fleshy and loaded with salt, it reeks of cheapness). Hey buddy, you won't last long in Soucieu 😖

06/04/2026: Hello, on Easter Sunday I ate at the Brasserie du Théâtre des grenouilles parsillées (parsleyed frogs' legs), they were frankly undercooked, not parsleyed at all, and the fries were burnt... Goodbye dish, or change your cook...

24/03/2026: Appalling service. The waitress kept telling anyone who would listen that she was a substitute to justify her incompetence (it was the start of service, the terrace was almost empty, yet already packed). Substitute or not, I don't think it's acceptable to tell customers "this isn't McDonald's" when they've already made their choices about their food, even though she's taking their drink orders. Obviously, we changed restaurants and won't be returning.

20/01/2026: Honestly, perhaps the best gravlax I've ever had. It almost made me forget that we waited 15 minutes before being served (but keep in mind we were the first customers, so let's forgive them). We ate upstairs, at the "gastronomic" menu. I ordered a quenelle lyonnaise, my first time having one in a restaurant. I can say I was perhaps expecting a more generous portion, but the porcini mushrooms were delicious, and I finished the bread with the sauce! Finally, the dessert, the chestnut cream, was divine. Honestly, a great experience right near the metro. However, I think it's still a bit pricey.

They sent me your idiotic nonsense. I'm leaving you, just like your meals. I won't miss them, nor the employees or the manager. No respect whatsoever. It's an ugly place, no life, everyone keeps to themselves. I made Brazilian bracelets and I hate idiots!

09/12/2025: Good food and a very nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and even gave me suggestions on what to try. Everything was reasonably priced as well. Overall, a great place to stop for a meal or a coffee.

03/03/2026: Nice decor, pleasant concept. Very pleasant service and food. As for the food and drinks, nothing extraordinary, very simple and basic, but still effective; it's not what would make us come back.
