29/12/2025: As a loyal customer of Brioche Doré on the second floor, I've noticed a blonde waitress with braids who acts like a police officer, checking if everyone is buying food. She's like a radar gun, creating conflicts and arguments with customers. She needs to be stopped; this is unacceptable in 2025. Thank you. We customers come here for peace and quiet, a break, not to be harassed by a police officer. Please resolve this situation; it's outrageous.

26/11/2025: I was very disappointed by the quality of service and order handling. After being a regular customer, this unfortunate double experience has led me to say: I will never return. I first ordered on the ground floor: I waited five minutes for the staff to finish chatting amongst themselves before they finally deigned to take my order. The waiter made a mistake (a pain au chocolat instead of a twisted pastry) and when I pointed out the error, he rudely corrected the order without apologizing or even looking at me, immediately resuming his conversation. My "goodbye" went unanswered. My second attempt was on the second floor: I was the only customer, and I felt like I was bothering them. The service was rather unfriendly. Then came the mistakes: I received a salmon sandwich when I had ordered a tuna one, and I had to insist twice to get my twisted pastry. The worst part is the blatant disregard for basic hygiene: I found a hair directly in the twisted pastry I was served. Between the lack of professionalism (rudeness and inattention) and the serious hygiene issue caused by the hair found in the pastry, I prefer to keep my money. I strongly advise against this establishment.

05/07/2025: Unable to order two sandwiches, Deliveroo order, none of the sandwiches match, 30 euros for two sandwiches that will go in the trash, they are disgusting, never again, it's the last time

22/01/2026: Order placed at 4:05 PM for a meal and two Happy Meals. Order received at 4:36 PM. Update: The McDonald's Croquettes didn't have melted cheese, the bun was rock hard… 30-minute wait and it wasn't even hot, just lukewarm, and most of the food wasn't even cooked for a few minutes. Waiting 30 minutes during off-peak hours when McDonald's claims to be "Fast Food"? It's better to drive 10 minutes longer to eat at Burger King and be served faster. I understand why I stopped coming here after the BK opened.

17/01/2026: Another forgotten order. I'm fed up with this restaurant; they regularly forget items that we pay for, so it's all profit for the owner. Frankly, it doesn't even deserve one star. No need to respond to the comments that...

06/12/2025: The pizzas are pretty good and affordable. I find the giant size really good value for money. I order often; delivery is free, and for me, it's always delivered on time, sometimes even early, even though I live 9 km from the pizzeria. They might arrive a little cold towards the end of the week, but given the distance, I understand.

05/10/2025: As I told you on the phone, your pizzas are delicious, but your delivery management is catastrophic! We called at 6:10 p.m. to be delivered on time; you announced 7:15 p.m.... and we finally got our delivery at 7:40 p.m. For a simple pizza! Tonight was the last time I'd come to your place. You're losing a good customer because you're not professional.

15/12/2024: 35 minute wait for a Click & Connect at the drive-thru on a Sunday evening. Arrived 6:30 p.m. served 7:05 p.m. As a result, the fries are cold (not even warm...) and there is a shortage of ice cream worth €10. A shame, this must be the 4th or 5th time that this has happened to me at Mc Donalds in Saint Bonnet but that's enough, it's time to rate the restaurant for the level of service: non-existent. This is literally THEFT. Don't bother to call them they don't answer. You don't even deserve the star that I'm being forced to put

21/12/2025: While the restaurant is quite good (quick service and fresh ingredients), unfortunately the rooms are outdated: no water pressure in the bathroom, uncomfortable pillows, bedside lamps that don't work, questionable stains on the bedside tables, and the breakfast room is very dirty, with the floor and the toilet wall badly damaged by damp. As for breakfast, it wasn't anything special... quite the opposite. In short, disappointed for a 2-star hotel.

22/11/2024: This morning I went to pick up a package. Friendly, fast and efficient service, despite the many customers. In addition, the breads and pastries are varied and excellent.

08/12/2024: Drive order at 7 p.m., there were a few cars in front of me. I thought I would wait a bit, which is normal. In the end, once the order was paid, it was given to me within 30 seconds. I'm checking it out because it's really fast. The fries are cold and the drinks have no bubbles because the ice cubes have melted. This McDonald's prepares all its products mega in advance. Considering the price it’s absurd… Anticipate too much = cold product = unhappy customer!!

24/01/2026: Extremely slow service! Fries served cold… despite the restaurant being relatively quiet. Very disappointed!

27/06/2025: Worst pizzeria in Lyon. The insults rain down when you ask for hot sauces. Don't order drinks; they're nonexistent, as are ice cream and desserts. Spitting was found on the pizza on site, and the hygiene is poor. To be avoided, whether you're eating in or taking out. 10/06/2025: Avoid, order placed before 9 p.m., delivery made at 10:20 p.m. The pizzas are barely warm and the top pizza, my daughter's Queen, is cut (the ham was pushed to the side and you can see the teeth marks). I am disgusted and sickened by this place

19/01/2026: The Asian saleswoman, the owner, was unfriendly and unsmiling, as was her husband. The shop's opening hours were erratic, and the prices were exorbitant (over €5 for a small Lyonnaise tart). I'm never going back! Looking back, I understand better why there are so few customers.

11/09/2025: One star for the friendly staff who gave us free milk for my coffee BUT 5,50€ for my panini that had little black crunchy STONES in it, felt disgusted for the rest of my TGV ride…my friend had a piece of plastic in his quiche :-( please improve the quality of the food

06/02/2026: I love Marie Blachère for its bread and, normally, for their incredibly buttery and soft croissants, but lately I've been disappointed with them... They're overcooked, dry, and tasteless. I'm saddened that I can't enjoy a croissant that was once excellent. I hope they can improve it.

09/01/2026: I wanted to leave a review, but it's a shame I can't give zero stars because of the service I received on Friday, January 9th at 6:15 PM. I went to pick up my bread. The saleswoman, who was a bit older, didn't smile at all. I asked her for a baguette, and she started to take the bread with her bare hands, even though she was wearing gloves. I asked her to use tongs to take my bread, and she responded aggressively. I was wearing gloves, which I found more hygienic. It was completely inappropriate; you got the impression you were bothering her. She should find another job if she doesn't like it. You won't be seeing me again anytime soon. There are other bakeries where the staff are much friendlier.
