During a conversation, I learned that the chef was working alone in the kitchen (Easter lunch), but this was not at all apparent. The dishes were excellent and beautifully presented. Congratulations to the chef! And a big bravo to the entire team.

The dishes flow seamlessly, blending technical skill with aesthetic appeal. There's a clear desire to elevate the ingredients and offer a truly refined culinary experience. In this respect, the restaurant certainly lives up to its reputation. However, a notable disappointment mars the overall experience: the truffle, which is central to the restaurant's identity. Expected to be the star ingredient, it is surprisingly understated, almost invisible. Its aroma, usually so captivating, struggles to express itself, leaving an impression of blandness that contrasts sharply with the expectations raised by the restaurant's reputation. This discrepancy is all the more striking given that everything else is so well executed. The overall impression is one of mixed feelings, between admiration for the overall craftsmanship and frustration with an iconic product that doesn't quite live up to its promises. An overall high-quality experience, but one that raises questions about the consistency and effective use of its signature ingredient.

24/03/2026: Very disappointed with our experience at Bruno's. We are used to Michelin-starred restaurants. But tonight, we were astonished to find none of the standards and expectations of fine dining… We started our meal with a piece of glass in one of the amuse-bouches… This was pointed out, but elicited virtually no reaction from the staff, not even an apology. Surprising for a restaurant of this caliber… This might have been overlooked if we hadn't been dealing with an unpleasant, unfriendly, and sometimes even haughty waitress throughout the entire meal. The only positive point: the sommelier, who was very professional and pleasant!

29/03/2026: A pleasant time spent at this establishment. The pizza dough and its homemade tomato sauce were amazing 🤤 (although they really need to stop putting Emmental cheese on pizzas, it should be illegal!). The servers were very friendly. The infused rum... delicious. I recommend it.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. (Tuna tataki, lamb shank...) The pizzas on the children's menu are fantastic (I sneaked a bite to try!). In short, a big thank you, it was great! It's true that depending on whether you're seated facing the sea, inside, or on the terrace, it doesn't have quite the same charm, but they do mention this when you make your reservation!
