10/07/2026: Good morning, I'm usually happy with their pastries, but NOT THIS TIME: the Paris-Brest in particular had an insignificant amount of cream, no praline at all!! 24/06/2026: We chose Matyasy because of its proximity and local reputation for freshness and quality. Not only were we not disappointed, but everything exceeded our expectations: the service, the facilities, the presentation, and the food—everything was perfect. Matyasy is a restaurant I will definitely use again in the future.

05/09/2026: It's fantastic how they run this restaurant just the two of them. He makes everything himself and she is an enthusiastic wine lover with a passion for organic wine. Not easy when you have so little storage space. So selection is important! Drank delicious wine and had a really good meal.

31/08/2026: We'd been avoiding private beaches for a few years: too expensive, too flashy, too noisy... But then we decided to come back to Sainte-Maxime and chose the WYC. I rarely leave reviews, but this 5-star rating is well deserved! First and foremost, finally a quiet beach, without nightclub music, you can hear the waves... pure bliss. And also, and most importantly: the staff's kindness is truly incredible! We spent the whole day there, and every waiter, every beach attendant, was incredibly kind, smiling, and attentive without being overbearing. Hats off to the manager of this establishment who has a truly wonderful team! It's something rare! We'll be back!

29/08/2026: Exceptionally good food and service, albeit expensive, but not more expensive than other restaurants of its class that we've seen around this time in August. Had octopus, chuck flap and rose. Really wish one could have dinner for less than 50 Euros per person though.

12/09/2026: Have been for lunch and dinner. Very much enjoyed on both occasions. House wine for €32 a steal in the south of France! A family favourite to visit.

09/09/2026: Vibes are amazing, right by the beach. Styling is wonderful, very relaxing however the food was lacking. Too much going on, quality of ingredients not the best especially steak and my fish was severly undercooked. Best of all was desserts tbh...

28/08/2026: This was our third visit to this renowned establishment, but our first in the summer. Each time, it was a delight of flavor. The dishes are refined and subtly balanced with truffles. The service is impeccable; however, more appropriate and cooler attire for the staff would be better in the summer (at 40°C, the servers are suffering in their uniforms). The price is very reasonable and remains affordable for such high-quality cuisine. We will be back because we love it...

26/08/2026: We were lucky enough to experience an absolutely exceptional evening at Chez Bruno for our very first dinner as husband and wife, having just gotten married. ❤️ We wanted to extend this wonderful day in a festive atmosphere and wanted to stay focused on champagne. That's where we were fortunate enough to be accompanied by Antoine, our sommelier, who gave us wonderful advice by suggesting the champagne tasting menu. What an excellent idea! Each pairing was perfectly chosen, and we loved discovering the different cuvées throughout the meal. A huge thank you also to Antoine and Sonia, who were absolutely exceptional. Their service was incredibly elegant, professional, attentive, warm, and genuine. We felt pampered from beginning to end, with those little touches that make all the difference on such a special evening for us. And what can we say about the tasting menu… A truly unique experience! Magnificent dishes, incredible flavors, and a great deal of finesse and creativity. Each dish was a discovery, and the whole experience was perfectly executed. A true culinary journey, exceeding our expectations for our first dinner as newlyweds. We will cherish the memory of this evening. Thank you to the entire team at Chez Bruno for helping to make our first date as Mr. and Mrs. even more magical. 🥂✨ An exceptional restaurant, incredible cuisine, and a fantastic team. 02/09/2026: Great place. Food is really done well and there’s a nice selection on the menu. Staff are really friendly, the prices are good. What more does one need?

02/09/2026: I was really expecting better!! To start, the fish soup was quite good, but the croutons were as hard as rocks. Watch your teeth! After speaking to the owner, it seems to be the baker's fault!! The main course was okay, but nothing special. The dessert was disappointing: an almond biscuit with candied citrus was dry, and I couldn't taste the lemon or orange, with a nice melon sorbet. As for the service, a young woman who didn't speak French didn't understand when I asked for salt and pepper. In short, I won't be going back. It's a shame because we regularly spend our holidays in Canadel.

27/08/2026: We stumbled upon it, and it seems they're doing things right. The bouchon was a hit with everyone; the slight wait at the table was more than compensated for by the exceptional quality of the food. Excellent establishment, very good cuisine, superb service... As occasional visitors to Toulon, our only regret is that the bouchon isn't closer to home.

01/08/2026: After more than 30 years in the area, finally a truly wonderful discovery. It's tucked away in the Auchan Ollioules shopping center... A small menu, but brimming with exquisite flavors... everything is delicious, and the wine selection is superb. A must for locals and tourists alike. Impeccable service and a warm welcome, along with excellent advice throughout the entire gourmet meal. Fantastic.
