22/09/2024: We enjoyed dinner here last night with friends who live in this amazing little gem of a town. This restaurant is tucked away between the beautiful village streets and is so beautiful at night. The food and service was outstanding. Loved the presentation . I don’t speak French but I had the chicken with au gratin potatoes and my husband had the pork with ravioli. Both spectacular dishes. Highly recommend. Merci pour cette belle expérience!

You will be sure to taste fine dishes directly on the port (which overall seems a paradox) and in a reasonable price range (45€ for the formula: starter, main course, dessert. Perfect.

11/09/2024: Absolutely fantastic!!! That sums up everything about this restaurant. The atmosphere. The service. The FOOD!!!! It’s a wonderful place with view of the harbor and tastefully decorated. We were greeted by a friendly woman and then also a nice man who spoke English and explained the menu. The menu is small, but we have found that restaurants that only make a few dishes, usually do them quite well. This was no exception. We had two starters. Sea bass carpaccio and mussel soup. Both were excellent. Fresh and full of wonderful flavor. We did wish the mussel soup had more mussels though. They were so good!!! For our main course I had the prawns with vegetables and my partner had the liver. The prawns were cooked absolutely perfect. The flavor was incredible! One of my favorite prawn dishes ever! The mix of tastes in the vegetables will have me remembering it for a very long time! My partner, who had the liver, said it was the best liver he had ever had. I don’t usually like liver and even I liked it! The presentation of the food was also marvelous, which, of course, is also important. The prices were also very reasonable considering the location and quality of the dishes. The kind gentleman suggested a rose wine for me and a red wine for my partner. Both were fantastic! This place is a MUST if you’re anywhere near this area. We will be back for sure!

29/11/2024: Gâteau commandé pour un anniversaire en septembre 2023. Rien à dire, c'est beau et excellent. SUGGESTION : Par contre, graver finement l'âge et le prénom de la personne sur une plaque de chocolat (donc, noir sur noir), c'est pas une bonne idée car si on le mange, on fait aussi des photos !

20/10/2024: Excellent moment chez Ness Pâtisserie !!! Nous avons dégusté un mille feuilles incroyable, une pâtisserie crémeuse excellente et des cookies aux pépites de chocolat fondantes vraiment délicieux !!! Le jus de pommes bio était aussi trop trop bon, super doux et pas du tout acide! Bref nous avons passé un super moment et avons pu partir avec nos cookies restants et avons même craqué pour une tablette de chocolat, et nous n'avons pas regretté !😋 Allez y les yeux fermés ils ont également une petite sélection de café et de thé bien tentants.

22/07/2024: The Mas de Cotignac is wonderful! We visit this beautiful guesthouse every summer. There are four guesthouses/suites which are luxurally decorated and surrounded by a lovely garden with a very nice pool. This summer we spent three nights in July, and hade a lovely breakfast and a fantastic dinner every day outside in the garden. The hosts, Sylvie and Denis are always there for us and meet us with a great hospitality, great humor and service. They create a wonderful experience with fantastic food and meals for all their guests. We look forward to come back next year and give Le Mas de Cotignac the best recommendation to other people who want a wonderful experience.

21/07/2024: Toplocatie om enkele dagen te vertoeven. Mooie afgewerkte en propere ruime kamers. Zeer aangename gastheer (topkok met de nodige dosis humor) en gastvrouw. Het ontbijt en avond diner zijn alvast zeker “sterwaardig” en dit tegen een democratische prijs. Het domein straalt vooral rust uit tussen de meer dan 100 olijfbomen. Ideale uitvalsbasis tussen de Verdon en de Côte d’Azur. Wij gaan zeker nog terug!

06/10/2024: Restaurant ombragé au centre de La FAVIERE. Service impeccable et serveurs très sympathique. Nous avons dîner trois fois en 5 jours. Belle carte et de quoi satisfaire tout le monde. Je recommande la salade COTE PALMIER, très bonne.

06/09/2024: Pizza sympa et sangria super bonne L’ambiance super, le déco sympa et les prix sont très correct Les serveurs sont gentil et certains parlent très bien anglais Mais une des serveuses m’a toussé dessus sans faire exprès Alors je sais que c’est la saison mais les serveurs malade c’est limite messieurs les patrons

20/08/2024: Great and right in the city center. We recommend 200%, everything was perfect, for our table of 8: setting, welcome, choice, quality of copious dishes. We had a great time and enjoyed the starters, dessert, fish soup, fish, meats...we will come back with it. Pleasure.

21/10/2024: Brasserie Comedia is simply a delight! Whether you eat inside or outside, the friendly and warm atmosphere remains the same: ideal for relaxing with family or friends! The dishes are delicious, well prepared with quality products, and the menu offers a choice that will satisfy all tastes. Special mention for the house specialties which are to die for! (especially desserts!) The service is fast, efficient and always with a smile. An unmissable address if you pass through Toulon, I recommend it with your eyes closed for both the dishes and the drinks!

26/12/2024: Dinner at the Commanderie, quantity worthy of an 8 year old child and I think he will still be hungry when he leaves, gourmet but still! quickly eat, quickly leave, forced to fall back on bread but no place to put your bread which moreover is served casually and does not seem fresh, forced to put it even on the tablecloth directly. then the parking lot is 500 m from the restaurant! A hike before lunch. Obstacle course, when you think you have arrived, you are not there yet!!!! No one in a wheelchair is allowed for them unless there is another passage, which would surprise me, stairs in a corridor a little scary it must be admitted, single woman in heels I do not recommend since you have to walk on a path of around 500m in almost total darkness, I do not recommend. Accustomed to great gourmet restaurants, not a beginner in this field, but shocked... Aperitif, nothing understood, 2 things placed on black pepper seeds, we then understand that it will be needed for the next customer, in the same gondola, okay but if you came with a work colleague or a customer, you would eat in the same dish.... No cooking experience, asked for a can that was more cooked than rare and arrived with blood on the plate...it's even pinker, it's blood... I'm used to the Carlton in Cannes, Maison Pic in Valence, Chez Henri on Île sur Sorgues, the Nobu in Monaco, etc.... Parking in total darkness... I do not recommend coming in a sports car and hoping not to meet anyone on the road, as tiny as the meal, because there is a passage for a car and difficulties in crossing paths...in the depths of a forest...at least in the middle of the night I wouldn't want to break down! because the path-road with potholes all along takes a good three quarters of an hour, to arrive at a parking lot in almost total darkness for me..and then the trek to arrive at the restaurant. Sinister from start to finish, bad experience, yet I would not have imagined this. In broad daylight it should be less scary I recommend going a few more kilometers to go to Celle near Brignoles to eat at the abbey restaurant, there is nothing to complain about, no false notes...

09/11/2024: We visited the estate and took a guided tour of the cellars. Thanks to Maël, a really friendly and professional young man, who made this visit a very pleasant moment for us visitors, with explanations as clear as they are interesting, he is also a good teacher, while maintaining the visit in a friendly tone and fun. Well done again!!!
