22/08/2024: We came across it by chance while looking for a place that wouldn't refuse us with our table of six, plus three children including two strollers in the middle of August. Excellent find, top service, excellent meal. The children were getting impatient, so we weren't able to try the desserts, with great regret for me because the menu was tempting. If we come back to Sanary, we will come back!

Véritable incontournable. 2eme fois en 2 ans dans ce restaurant et toujours aussi fan que ce soit de l'accueil, du cadre, du service et de la cuisine, délicieuse et précise. 06/09/2024: We had dinner on the patio one night. The charcuterie board entree is nice and plentiful. We were able to have leftovers and they kindly packed them to take home. The dinner was nice and service friendly.

25/09/2024: Tout était parfait : un cadre magnifique, un somptueux coucher de soleil, une ambiance chaleureuse et raffinée. Nous avons pris une escale 4 plats : une expérience visuelle, olfactive et gustative exceptionnelle . Nous avons découvert des mets fins, savoureux, audacieux avec notamment des produits de la mer sublimés. Et que dire du dessert au chocolat ? : parfait ! Bravo à toute l équipe.

20/09/2024: Hotel und Design ziemlich steif, umso überraschender das sehr gute Menu mit gutem Weinpairing und Spitzenservice (auch wenn nur überraschend wenige Tische besetzt waren) - insbesondere der sehr warm-zugängliche Sommelier (Patrick), der kenntnisreich und charmant durch die Gänge und Weine geführt hat. Erstmal konservativ hatten wir 3 Gänge bestellt, am Ende mit 3+1 Grüssen aus der Küche, Predessert und Pralinen am Ende beinahe mehr, als wir essen konnten. Präsentation super auf sehr individueller Keramik von Rovedo aus Auriol - schön erfrischen abweichend vom Einerlei-Sternetrend mit Pordamsa-Tellern - einzig der Appetizer-Teller mit Aussparung, um ihn unterhalb einer Pflanze auf dem Tisch auf den ebenso von Rovedo stammenden Übertopf zu setzen, erlebten wir als komplett albern und überperformant. Hiermit hat sich offenbar ein allzu verspielter Restaurantchef ein Denkmal setzen wollen - passte aber zur Gesamtsteifheit des Hotels, wobei ich den Service trotz Einheitslook explizit ausnehme. Alle Appetizer durchweg harmonisch, handwerklich ausgezeichnet und lecker. Vorspeise eine Art Käsemousse mit Sommertrüffeln, Zwiebelchutney und diversen, kleinteiligen, mit den HauptAromen jedoch stets harmonierenden Elementen. Hauptspeise: Muscheln und Brasse in einem grünen Erbsen-Bohnen-Veloutee, beim Dessert dann Schwenk nach Japan mit diversen Instanzen von Pflaume und u,a. Yuzusorbet - dazu kein süsser Bandol sondern ein superpassender Umeshu von Nigori - superklasse. Das Resto kostet wie ein 1-Sternresto, sieht aus wie ein 2-Sterntesto und das Menu lag irgendwo dazwischen. Daher frage ich mich, warum es lediglich eine simple Erwähnung im Michelin hat und och nicht mal 1 Stern. Wir kommen wieder!

09/09/2024: Great discovery, I had a fresh lobster, the food was delicious, the atmosphere very nice, the professional team, we will come back. In Bandol the best restaurants are not facing the port that's a fact, you often have to go into the alleys and that's what we discovered with this establishment which deserves to be an unmissable address in Bandol!

18/09/2024: Great little Vietnamese restaurant. The chef is French but born in Vietnam, and is the third generation of traditional chefs. Excellent dishes, freshly prepared, quality favored by a wise menu that is not too extensive and with relatively few seats (just over 20). Courtesy service, reasonable waiting time given the fresh preparation, flavors finally different from the unfortunately now generalized Chinese-Japanese-Asian. Nems, mixed steam, 2 chickens with green curry, a caramelized beef, three Vietnamese bottled beers, three coffees for 96 euros. We will definitely be back.

19/08/2024: A lovely restaurant with on street seating in a beautiful medieval hill side village. We had moules and several pasta dishes plus the most delicious chocolate mousse and crème brûlée. The food was perfect. The service was excellent and friendly. A lovely atmosphere as the sun set over this busy little place.

31/07/2024: Avant d'aller écouter Roberto Alagna au festival nous avons dîné dans cet excellent restaurant italien escalope milanaise, pennes à l'arrabiata et crème brûlée. Bien préparées,produits de qualité, prix raisonnable et cerise sur le gâteau, un personnel fort sympathique et efficace. Une expérience réussie
