28/08/2026: We arrived in Ollioules around 1:30 pm, just as several restaurants had already closed… and what a delightful surprise it was to walk through the door of Le Papillon! 🦋 Behind the unassuming exterior of a small neighborhood bar lies absolutely delicious home-style cooking. The chef works wonders: butcher's carpaccio, homemade lasagna, a superb composed salad with fried zucchini blossoms… Everything was fresh, generous, and bursting with flavor. 😍 And then there's her famous chocolate fondant, the chef's signature dish, which everyone asks for! She's given it a twist with "Fonckie," an incredible combination of chocolate fondant and cookie dough… a real treat. 🍫🍪 From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, with the added bonus of lovely servers and a truly warm welcome. A place we discovered completely by chance… but one we'll definitely be returning to! ❤️

15/07/2026: It looks like any random Pizza restaurant but they serve the best pizzas I've had so far, even in Italy. Fully organic: they make their own yeast. Hams, coppas (...) are sliced a few minutes before you get served.

04/08/2026: A very pleasant establishment. It retains the warm welcome and atmosphere of yesteryear. The owner is a true professional who recognizes his customers and is always very pleasant and attentive. The food is excellent and the prices are more than reasonable, even in peak season when the international clientele is in full swing. It's also always a pleasure to enjoy a generous and delicious ice cream. Even when the terrace is full, the owner will find you a table. We remember it and we'll be back.

22/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! Restaurant on a typical Provençal square. Each table is a delight. Mismatched tableware evokes memories of family meals. Authentic atmosphere, no pretension. The food is excellent with top-notch service. A truly wonderful place that we will definitely recommend and where we will have the pleasure of returning on our next trip to the region.

06/05/2026: Magnificent location in the heart of the pine forest overlooking the sea. The surroundings are peaceful. The rooms are superb with a modern design. There is private access to the beach. We will definitely return soon!
