The price is admittedly a bit high compared to others, but it's justified by the generous size of their scoops. Thanks also to the warm welcome from the staff! ✨️ I highly recommend it! 😎👌🏽

13/06/2026: A very bad experience. From the start, the cocktail served with gazpacho presented an incoherent and unpleasant combination of flavors. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal didn't improve matters: we waited over an hour for our appetizers. The main courses proved particularly disappointing considering the prices. The value for money falls far short of the expectations the establishment raises. After these multiple disappointments, we decided to leave the restaurant without ordering dessert. A frustrating experience that we have no intention of repeating.

10/05/2026: As a restaurateur, I thoroughly enjoyed myself from start to finish! Finally, a restaurant that works with real ingredients with passion and precision. The chicken with morels was simply exceptional, perfectly cooked, and the sauce was incredible. And what a pleasure to find truly high-quality foie gras, generous and full of flavor. This is a place that deserves to be known; congratulations to the chef and the entire team!

08/05/2026: By far the best restaurant in St. Maximin. The chef's experience, gained from his time at the Élysée Palace and other prestigious establishments, is evident in every dish. Can't wait to return very soon.

17/04/2026: The team was very welcoming. The waitress and bartender were incredibly kind and attentive. The portions were generous and, most importantly, delicious. The atmosphere is lovely, and children will love it. I highly recommend it; you can go without hesitation.

15/02/2026: Hello, La OLLA is a very pleasant place, I really like their sea and pirate decor 😊 For the moment, the atmosphere is peaceful. But I'm waiting for summer so it will be even more enjoyable.

28/04/2026: Rather disappointed for a 4-star hotel ✨. My mother, who used to come here regularly, noticed a real change. Upon arrival, there was no restaurant, even though after a long journey we just wanted to shower, relax, and have a quiet meal at the hotel. We had to go out again to get food. No Wi-Fi, no pool table... When we arrived in the room, there was only a sliver of toilet paper and three tissues. As for the service, there was very little empathy from the reception staff. At breakfast, there weren't enough plates; all the guests complained, and we had to use bowls because no one came to help. It's a shame they reheated the crepes, which were more like potato chips, and the pancakes, which were hard around the edges. This needs improvement for a 4-star hotel.

26/05/2026: A truly beautiful estate; the several kilometers of private road leading to it are surprising. The guided tour of the cellars was very interesting and informative thanks to an excellent guide. The tasting was very good and comprehensive. The meal at the bistro was excellent (there were 11 of us and no one had a single complaint about their meal!). Afterwards, we strolled through the park to admire, marvel at, laugh at, ponder, and ponder the numerous works of art. In total, almost 5 hours of very enjoyable time for around sixty euros – no regrets whatsoever.

The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are spot on, and the food is replenished quickly. The staff is welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Very good value for money; you eat your fill without ever being disappointed. I highly recommend it!
