01/09/2024: We luckily stopped at YAMS at noon, as there were 2 spots left. 1 menu at €42 and one at €69 plus a glass of white wine Starters: 2 seafood platters —> top notch Dishes: 1 turbo fromage blanc sauce with potato in a dressing gown —> too much, too good 1 shelled lobster with summer truffles and potato in a dressing gown —> killer Dessert: 1 lemon tart —>so good 1 variation of Lemon (1 small lemon tart, 1 lemon ice cream and 1 glass of limoncello) —> excellent Frankly, I recommend; Plus the restaurant is pretty and the service is very good.

22/08/2024: Locale carino sul lungo mare. Cino di media bassa qualità. Abbiamo preso un plateau di frutti di mare che non sono risultati freschi o forse erano stati troppo cotti. Il colore degli scampi era opaco e la “carne” risultava stopposa o secca. Diciamo che rispetto a tutte le mie altre esperienze e’ risultato deludente. Personale carino e disponibile ma che non può compensare la qualità o la preparazione del cibo.

18/09/2024: Nothing negative. Great restaurant, the owners and their son are very friendly, attentive to the customer. My wife and I had an angus steak (cooked over a wood fire)……..sublime, we enjoyed ourselves. Accompanied by mashed potatoes and zucchini flan, also very good. The prices are correct. There is a nice menu with plenty of choice. We will come back without problem! Mireille and Hubert

19/09/2024: Excellent dejeuner. La souris d'agneau excellente ainsi que les linguines aux palourdes. Bonnes surprise aux desserts avec omelette norvegienne flambee et tres bonne isle flotante. Tres bon service egalement. Merci.

16/09/2024: Une superbe bastide, et une terrasse très agréable. Une serveuse souriante. Les plats sont corrects, mais manquent un peu de profondeur de goût (a l’appréciation de chacun). Par contre 3h pour faire apéro/entrée/plat/dessert. Oublie la demande d’eau et du vin pendant le plat. On a parfois l’impression d’être un peu oublié, à côté des tables qui se plaignaient.

21/08/2024: The welcome at this hotel was rather cold when we arrived (there was no one at reception). The rooms are clean but the equipment is rather rustic, which also gives charm to the environment. The swimming pool is pleasant. There are lovely walks to do nearby. Breakfast had little choice on offer. The panorama is splendid. The restaurant's cuisine is excellent (fine, gourmet and the quantities are perfectly appropriate). The problem was the service, very long and not suitable for working people. I recommend this hotel for a short vacation in the area

We discovered your restaurant this afternoon by chance, while leaving the station, and we thank you, my son and I, for your kindness, your friendliness and the vitality that you display in the service, always accompanied by a smile. The skewers were sublime and that famous strawberry! But what really testifies to the quality of your establishment is the atmosphere that we shared with your customers: simple, jovial, human, whose laughter filled the dining room. Thank you for calling the taxi, thank you for this pleasant moment and long life to you and your establishment! We will come back with pleasure!

19/08/2024: A lovely restaurant with on street seating in a beautiful medieval hill side village. We had moules and several pasta dishes plus the most delicious chocolate mousse and crème brûlée. The food was perfect. The service was excellent and friendly. A lovely atmosphere as the sun set over this busy little place.

31/07/2024: Avant d'aller écouter Roberto Alagna au festival nous avons dîné dans cet excellent restaurant italien escalope milanaise, pennes à l'arrabiata et crème brûlée. Bien préparées,produits de qualité, prix raisonnable et cerise sur le gâteau, un personnel fort sympathique et efficace. Une expérience réussie

06/09/2024: Unacceptable!!! I agree that for new owners the menu must be minimalist but the dishes should at least be good: horrible Milanese escalope! In short, I don't recommend it at all!

05/09/2024: We came in August as a family and we are delighted! I had a plate of linguine with lobster sauce, I have never eaten such good ones, plus the atmosphere and the view of the red rocks we will definitely come back next year. Thanks to the cook and servers!!

04/09/2024: Wonderful dinner in the old town of Saint Tropez.We loved the Zucchini Flowers as starters and the Truffle Risotto for mains.Great flavours.Good wine selections.Not cheap but worth consideration

01/09/2024: This place comes up on many lists of "Where to eat in St Tropez" but I just didn't see what the fuss is all about. The escargot dish was good, the deep fried courgettes weren't bad. A cannelloni of crab was drowned in a brown sauce. A meagre skewer of overcooked veal and a fish entree were uninspiring. Their appetizers seemed stronger than their main dishes, but don't expect to have more appetizers in place of a main dish - a main dish is obligatoire. The service was friendly. The tables set in the narrow laneway was cute if not lacking for a breeze which made it uncomfortable for me. We hurried through our obligatoire mains just to move on after paying the wildly expensive tally. I understand St Tropez prices are eye-watering, but I didn't feel the food here was commensurate with the price, even discounting the St Tropez price premium. To click the 100 euro + button on this review doesn't even begin to summarize the cost of the meal. It was disappointing despite all the "Where to eat in St Tropez lists."

14/08/2024: Excellent Italian restaurant! Price a bit high but worth it. The food is just excellent, the pleasant setting, original products and truffles to boot. Nothing to do with basic Italian restaurants, this is great quality! 👌🏻 I recommend without hesitation.

19/07/2024: Les plats sont faits maison et succulents. Nous nous sommes arrêtés au hasard dans ce petit restaurant italien et avons passé un délicieux moment : les sauces étaient divines et les pâtes artisanales. Les assiettes sont copieuses et les prix restent abordables. Le restaurant se situe sur une petite place charmante d’Ollioules. Bref une adresse à retenir !

11/08/2024: Neptune plage no longer exists, it has been taken over by Cybele. They focus on young affluent people. Prices have doubled if not tripled. The food as before is no more. A delicious lunch on the beach has been replaced by culinary food and accompanying portions.

31/07/2024: Fermeture définitive ? Quel dommage, cette plage privée restera dans notre meilleur souvenir. Merci à tous de nous avoir fait profiter cet endroit naturiste familial.

22/09/2024: Lovely place with a nice variety of seafood dishes amongst other things. We loved thr oysters, fresh fish and seafood pie! The staff were great. Do book in advance.

22/09/2024: Value for money too expensive. Basic menu without search. Frozen green beans. Dry rice. Request for sauce, we are still waiting for it... Disappointing.

14/09/2024: The staff is friendly, but the table decoration leaves something to be desired. The appetizer is served with too much ice, which significantly reduces the amount of martini. The “Angel” crackers offered as an aperitif are not very popular; peanuts or olives would be more appropriate in a restaurant. An effort is required for the €10 combo starters, which are really too light. The burger was well cooked and tasty, but the bun on top was burnt and therefore inedible. The ambiance could be pleasant, but on my two visits it was rather dreary and gloomy. That said, it seems the place works best at midday. The choice of desserts is limited, and I doubt they are homemade. My intention is not to give them bad publicity, but I hope they will make improvements.

06/09/2024: For years I have passed by without stopping and frankly what a mistake... an atypical place and truly beautiful with its American decoration, Top service and as for the meal, a delight, the burgers are really delicious I will come back with pleasure!!!
