22/09/2026: Last week, we visited this shop with incredibly delicious cheeses, where the polite saleswoman explained everything in detail and recommended the best cheese, and the ice cream turned out to be incredibly delicious - we are sincerely grateful to her for that.

08/02/2026: We ate there on Saturday evening, and the dishes were served cold. But it was still very good. On the other hand, I feel sorry for the waitresses who were being scolded by the chef. I don't think that's normal at all during service. We were greeted by the young woman; she was great! There was a smell of cigarettes in the restaurant when we arrived, which wasn't very pleasant.

10/09/2026: First and last time. The mussels were overcooked and completely tasteless. The marinière mussels tasted mostly of celery (I've never experienced that in mussels). Probably just a cover-up to give them some kind of "flavor." And for the Provençal mussels, they just threw in some sort of tomato puree and that was it. As for where the mussels came from (they were huge, orange, and rubbery). The fries that came with them were nothing special. Homemade? I have no idea, but I doubt it. In short, 2 stars because the service was okay, but otherwise it would have been 1/5.

08/09/2026: Excellent! We went with a one-and-a-half-year-old, and the welcome was very warm. We were served very quickly. And the food was delicious! Well done to the chef and the team!

16/08/2026: All the dishes were excellent and the service impeccable, very friendly and attentive to ensure we had a pleasant evening. Furthermore, the decor is authentic; we will be back.

16/05/2026: My wife and I found this place by chance and went there for a week to Relax. We were both very tired and needed somewhere to recharge the batteries. This place was a god send. First all the staff from the reception desk to the chamber maids were cheerful, had a smile and did everything they could to help. The hotel is going through a facelift and you can see money is getting invested. Our room was great and we slept well every night. We were half board so breakfast and dinner were included. The breakfast was one of the best provided I have seen, they had everything and was very copious. The evening meal was a carte for us that changed every 2 days and there was the main carte. I never ate the same thing twice and every plate went back empty! I took great pleasure cleaning off the sauce with the bread which was delicious. The staff in the restaurant were excellent and spoke various languages. We will be going back with my in-laws because I know my mother in-law will love it. Then there was the spa which was awesome and after a fabulous dinner going into the hamman always helps digestion. The jacuzzi however is better the next morning. My wife had some really good treatments while I went to golf which is next to the hotel. Brilliant Happy days all round!. Thank you to the staff again and can't wait to go back.

28/04/2026: Rather disappointed for a 4-star hotel ✨. My mother, who used to come here regularly, noticed a real change. Upon arrival, there was no restaurant, even though after a long journey we just wanted to shower, relax, and have a quiet meal at the hotel. We had to go out again to get food. No Wi-Fi, no pool table... When we arrived in the room, there was only a sliver of toilet paper and three tissues. As for the service, there was very little empathy from the reception staff. At breakfast, there weren't enough plates; all the guests complained, and we had to use bowls because no one came to help. It's a shame they reheated the crepes, which were more like potato chips, and the pancakes, which were hard around the edges. This needs improvement for a 4-star hotel.

09/08/2026: A nice neighborhood brasserie; I've been there a few times now for a drink and I've eaten there twice. I haven't tried their dessert, but the food is very good. It's a friendly, old-fashioned brasserie where you can eat well for a reasonable price.

05/09/2026: We dined at this restaurant on September 4, 2026. The food was good quality, with enough portions for those with smaller appetites, although some might find it a bit small. The desserts were very generous, especially the baba au rhum. We would gladly return as the staff was very friendly. They didn't hesitate to remake two dishes (the flank steak) even though they had been reheated and were still cold. We will happily return if we are ever back in Hyères.

27/04/2026: The hotel is ideally located just steps from the city center, with a breathtaking view of the port of Saint-Raphaël. The rooms are simply magnificent, decorated with elegance and refinement. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. You can dine on-site and end the evening at the bar located just above, in a warm and lively atmosphere with music. Ideal for a wonderful time, whether during the day or in the evening. A truly wonderful experience that I will definitely repeat.

19/04/2026: Two stays in March and April at the Touring Saint Raphael. A very warm welcome, a great location on the port, and a lovely room (Kathleen) with a very pleasant and well-equipped port/sea view (bath products, hairdryer, Nespresso machine, mini-fridge, safe). The room and hotel decor were very nice, and the bedding was very comfortable. I highly recommend this establishment!
