08/08/2024: Great discovery. At first glance, you might be fooled like a typical tourist. At the end we realize that the staff did everything to make you have a good time and invite you to come back.

22/09/2024: An absolutely charming restaurant! The atmosphere is friendly and you immediately feel at ease. The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh, quality products. We feel that everything is homemade with love and know-how. The service is warm, always smiling and attentive. This is an address not to be missed if you are looking to eat well in a pleasant setting. I will come back without hesitation!

We really appreciated Cosima's professionalism! She makes it a point of honor to make the bride and groom's dream come true. The team around him is very professional, from the florist to the waiters during the evening, everything was perfect.
This list of providers is second to none.
No need to recommend this place, its prestige does it for itself!

30/10/2024: The Bastide is tastefully decorated, the interior is as beautiful as the exterior, a pretty park and a swimming pool area to enjoy.
However, almost everything will be imposed on you:
+ Taxed service providers (including some who are not from the region) or at exorbitant prices
+ Prohibition on throwing dried flowers during the secular ceremony
+ Prohibition on letting children dine at the table with guests
+ Mandatory tasting (we were not able to choose the meals during the tasting)
+ Claims to offer a wide choice of furniture and tableware for the D-DAY which we never saw the light of day....
+ Breakfast not at all up to par given the price (industrial juice, 1 brioche to share for 10 guests)

Having come a year ago, I was disappointed this time by the cuisine. Of course the place is magical, the setting, the atmosphere and the service tops, but that does not justify prohibitive prices. The leader has fallen asleep on his laurels. 2 empanadas for 22 euros, the accompaniments extra and a tiny non-homemade chocolate cake for 14 euros, no it's too much!

08/10/2024: Bien vale la pena visitar, este restaurante está escondido en una tranquila calle lateral justo al lado de la carretera principal. Esto significa que puedes estar sentado en una bonita zona cubierta justo al lado de la calle, así que no es ideal si eso te molesta. El servicio es de 1 clase de calle, un montón de grupos allí que parecían ser regulares y una sensación generalmente relajada al lugar, pero que no comprometía la calidad de la comida, tiempos de espera, etc. La gama en el menú es bastante bueno también y sus ensaladas son bastante épicas! Si te gusta el buen buceo en un ambiente muy relajado, prueba este lugar!

05/10/2024: Pour 4 personnes, à l'apéritif, 5 croutons rassis et une tapenade dans un dé à coudre.
Le personnel est très sympathique mais le repas proposé à 35 euros est vraiment ordinaire (peu de choix et du classique, à part le saumon à la japonaise)
Le vin "trois terres" est correct. Je n'ai pas vu son prix, j'étais invité.
La vue sur le port est normale. Rien d'extraordinaire.....
Je n'y retournerai pas.
06/09/2024: Très beau restaurant, service au top. Des plats très savoureux et copieux, pour moi le meilleur restaurant de sainte maxime , bravo au cuisinier et au personnel qui assure le service en salle.

17/04/2024: What a highway stop! We're not going to ask for the moon and it's very practical when getting off the boat. The pastries are OK even if a little expensive, the employee is friendly. He knows the consumption of his regular customers before they even have time to speak. Impressive. The toilets are not very clean. Damage.
