27/07/2026: Lovely wine cave in Le Beausset, in of all things a converted hangar. We found it by chance looking to do some wine tasting at one of the wineries near Le Castellet. However, this cave/restaurant is a true find. Run by ex-sommelier/chef Benoit & his equally knowledgeable & approachable associate, Benjamin, you can easily while away a few hours trying lovely local & regional wines, over a sumptuous lunch or just cheese & bread. I had a delightful Asian/style raviole w/shrimp, fresh herbs & thin noodles in a salad style plate, covered by a paper thin spring roll wrapper. It was basically a deconstructed spring roll for two. My companion had homemade foie gras w/ an Apple/pear/onion chutney. Amazing. This was followed by a perfectly cooked duck breast w/ a polenta style potato garni and a salmon ceviche for my wife w/ a reduced langoustine sauce. Just lovely. The simple au jus for the duck was sublime. Excellent food & service. The wine recommendations were spot in and not at all expensive. It was our second visit in 4 days and the best food we’ve had in Sanary-Sur-Mer.

23/07/2026: I didn't know this place at all, but I'll definitely be back!! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The service is impeccable, and the food is delicious. The octopus and the nougat glacé were absolutely divine. Kudos to the whole team! An establishment where everything is perfect, from the service to the kitchen, is rare, so it deserves to be highlighted 😄

05/08/2026: I don't recommend it, I didn't like it at all. Awful decor, awful service, and the prices were outrageous.

01/08/2026: What a disappointment! They should change the chef or the menu. The prices are completely inappropriate given the mediocre food served. Nothing works in this so-called restaurant, which resembles a nursing home cafeteria more than a restaurant. The welcome was rushed, and the wait (an hour!) for the starter was absurd. The starter: overcooked, rubbery scallops served with truffle sauce and tagliatelle! My main course: the beef cheek stew, which arrived cold and was a complete disaster, bland and tasteless. I'm disappointed to have paid €120 for dishes I didn't finish or eat, and which weren't even worth half the price. 😡

11/06/2026: A quantum leap improvement in welcome and ongoing customer service with Kseniya, the new general manager, at the helm. She is a breath of fresh air and I am confident the hotel's reviews will improve dramatically with her going forwards...please don't leave!

27/04/2026: We had a wonderful stay in Les Issambres. The view was magnificent. The residence services were well-managed by the staff. We received a warm welcome, especially for our pets, who were treated to a gift package that was much appreciated by both owners and our furry friend. It was the first time we've received such special attention for our pet, and I commend the management for this initiative. I highly recommend this residence, which is a lovely escape from the crowds.

31/07/2026: We ate at this restaurant on July 28th. Don't order the fish of the day; it's overpriced at €34 per person. It's a 150g sea bass fillet per plate with very dry mashed potatoes and very crunchy vegetables. The price isn't displayed, and even when ordering, there's no indication of the cost. It's a shame. The staff is quite friendly, and the rest of the menu is reasonably priced.

24/07/2026: I was very disappointed with Chez Zete restaurant. Honestly, avoid it at all costs! I ordered grilled cuttlefish and, to my great surprise, I was served tagliatelle with frozen calamari rings. They had no taste, the calamari was rubbery… Nothing like the dish I ordered. A very bad experience. I absolutely do not recommend it.

24/07/2026: We discovered Chez Zète restaurant during our stay in Le Lavandou, and it was a very pleasant surprise. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and genuine kindness. The staff is attentive and available, and the service is quick yet friendly. You can tell the team takes the time to properly care for its customers, which is very much appreciated. We chose several dishes, including a ham and mozzarella pizza, and we were pleasantly surprised by the generous portions. The plates are truly very substantial, and the ingredients are high quality. The pizza was perfectly cooked, with a flavorful crust, good-quality ham, and melting mozzarella. The other dishes were also very good and prepared with care. The value for money is excellent. The prices are quite reasonable considering the portions served and the quality of the food. It's the kind of place where you leave with a full stomach without feeling like you're paying too much. Another very welcome feature: the dining room is air-conditioned. During the intense summer heat, this is a real comfort, allowing you to fully enjoy your meal in a pleasant atmosphere. What we particularly loved was the restaurant's authentic atmosphere. Unlike some very touristy establishments by the sea, here you don't feel like just another passing tourist. The welcome is genuine, the service is attentive, and you can feel a real desire to please the customers. In short, Chez Zète is an excellent restaurant in Le Lavandou that we wholeheartedly recommend. Between the quality of the dishes, the generous portions, the reasonable prices, the air-conditioned dining room, and the impeccable service, everything is in place for a wonderful experience. We will gladly return on our next trip to the region.

18/07/2026: The food is okay, but nothing special. Unfortunately, my burger, despite being requested to be cooked fully, wasn't done. The service wasn't very friendly either; drinks weren't poured and were simply left unattended without a word. We even had to ask for our order; it wasn't offered.

10/07/2026: Absolutely fantastic, super delicious! It's a shame the service was a bit slow, especially considering the waiter had to manage both the drinks and the table service – not easy for him. Otherwise, very good.

10/07/2026: Excellent food. The restaurant and service are also very, very good. I'm only deducting one star because it's located near a very busy road where, despite the privacy created by the staff, traffic noise is still present. The ravioli with blackcurrant were divine. Thank you to the whole team.
