But tonight, we were astonished to find none of the standards and expectations of fine dining… We started our meal with a piece of glass in one of the amuse-bouches… This was pointed out, but elicited virtually no reaction from the staff, not even an apology. Surprising for a restaurant of this caliber… This might have been overlooked if we hadn't been dealing with an unpleasant, unfriendly, and sometimes even haughty waitress throughout the entire meal. The only positive point: the sommelier, who was very professional and pleasant!

There were four of us adults, three of whom ordered escalopes (myself included), and it was barely warm and like shoe leather. We are well-mannered and didn't dare return the inedible plate. Instead, you took the almost full plates without asking us to leave so you could close your establishment. Fortunately, the service was very good. In conclusion, we won't be back anytime soon, thank you. Since this morning, my husband and I have been disturbed (by the toilet). What a great evening! A small gesture of goodwill would be appreciated.
