31/08/2026: The dishes are truly excellent, I have nothing more to add. The chicken and octopus were truly tender and the flavor combinations were amazing. It's a small selection, but it's undoubtedly excellent. We'll definitely be back and I highly recommend it. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

10/09/2026: The service was impeccable. As for the food, I must admit I was a little disappointed, especially considering it was my first time at this restaurant. Simple Caesar salad: ~€18 I was left wanting more. It was very small, especially considering the price. Quality-wise: the breaded chicken was good, however, the salad was extremely basic and very cheap, as were the tomatoes; they were quite bland and watery.

The food is excellent, beautifully presented, with flavors that delight the palate, and generous portions that you won't find anywhere else. 11/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery at Restaurant des Maures! We had a fantastic time. We started with an Imperial beer with candied chestnuts and a chestnut kir, original and delicious specialties. For the main courses, the wild boar stew with chestnuts was flavorful and perfectly cooked, as were the tender and generous pork ribs. To finish, the gourmet coffee was a real treat. The welcome was warm, the service pleasant, and the atmosphere convivial. The entire team was attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this restaurant when visiting Collobrières.

13/08/2026: I went to this restaurant, which I didn't know at all (by the way, I think it's not very well located, not very visible from the road), and I was pleasantly surprised. The setting is superb, especially on the terrace (with its green ceiling), the quality/price ratio is good, and the food is tasty. Furthermore, the service is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. I highly recommend this establishment, and I will definitely return.
