26/08/2026: Unfortunately, I can't give this restaurant a good rating. The prices are very high, the portions aren't particularly generous, and there's no set menu. Yes, really! It must be about ten years since I've been going to a brasserie-style restaurant without a menu. Everything is à la carte, and the pricing isn't always transparent. For example, the "gourmet tea" option is €2 more expensive than the "gourmet coffee"! At least have the courtesy to mention this; it's not written anywhere. In short, I won't be back.

25/05/2026: They've become a disgrace to the profession. We were already poorly treated, and now they don't even work on Sundays and holidays... No deferral of charges or assistance for this kind of "professional" who's just following in their father's footsteps. Give work to people who are motivated and deserving; there are plenty of good places nearby.

14/08/2026: We had dinner last night at Casa Viale restaurant in Meximieux and everything was perfect: from the service to the atmosphere, and most importantly, the pizzas. We had a wonderful time. The staff is attentive, very friendly, and genuine, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The pizzas are delicious, generously topped, and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great place for a friendly and high-quality dinner.

08/08/2026: As an Italian accustomed to good pizza, I found the pizza we had here to be absolutely delicious. It was cooked perfectly and the topping was incredibly generous. I highly recommend the buffalo mozzarella. The staff were kind and friendly; they even moved us to a table outside because it was too hot inside. Highly recommended.

23/06/2026: Three years of experience. I've been going there for weekly meals with my colleagues from the regiment. Never disappointed. The owner is always present and knows his stuff. For me, it's the best place to eat when you're in the area. Go without hesitation.

19/08/2026: The welcome and service were good. The staff were friendly and helpful. But I wish they had asked us if we were happy with the meal, which would have saved me from having to write this review. The place is pleasant. The biggest disappointment was the food. Starter, main course. We expected better after reading the reviews. This was just one experience with the set lunch menu, but the mastery of flavors, textures, seasoning, and cooking techniques seems very limited. We didn't like what we ate at all. The risotto, for example, was much overcooked and more like mashed potatoes. The mint leaves on all the dishes, including the beef, surprised me. The salmon starter tasted more like overly salty herring reduced to mush. There was no crunchy texture, for example, to contrast with the mushy salmon, which had to be eaten with a spoon. I would have preferred to express my disappointment at the time, but I regret that we weren't asked our opinion on the main course. We were only asked about the starter. We have rarely eaten so badly. We had to force ourselves to eat to avoid going hungry. The attractive presentation and setting could have been convincing. But imagining my rice next to my meat on a cafeteria plate, it's not up to par either. On the other hand, thankfully, the bread was good. The set menu isn't expensive, but it's far too expensive for what's served. Luckily, we didn't order wine (€7 a glass), otherwise I would have regretted the money spent on this meal for a long time. In response to the previous comment: Regarding the mousse, I wasn't expecting it to be crunchy. But a few crunchy textures would have been welcome to make this large quantity of mush (since it wasn't at all fluffy) more palatable when eaten with a spoon. The smoking was a failure and left a harsh aftertaste long after tasting it. The flavor was more sooty than smoky. It was clearly too salty. The pieces of salmon were very tough. I can recognize mint by both sight and taste. What I had on my plate was definitely mint. The beef wasn't a failure. I didn't like it, but that's purely subjective. Objectively, it was well-prepared. On the other hand, I would have been ashamed to serve even my family a risotto cooked like that. It was hard to distinguish from mashed potatoes, it was so overcooked. I understand that you didn't want negative feedback. Sometimes you have to swallow your pride and accept constructive and kind opinions that you didn't want to hear. This allows you to improve or correct mistakes. You can try to convince yourself, for example, that it was basil and continue adding mint, etc. There are other places to go; that's what I'll do, and other unsuspecting customers will come to you because all they have to do is read positive reviews to convince themselves they're getting a good meal.

25/07/2026: The setting, the service, the food—everything was excellent. We had a very pleasant time. The service was perfectly paced, allowing ample time to savor and enjoy the experience. The dishes, from the appetizers and main courses to the desserts, were perfectly coordinated. (Surprise menu) A truly delightful experience to savor refined and sophisticated cuisine. Another point worth noting, having dined here several times, is the consistently high quality of this establishment. A place I highly recommend.

15/06/2026: The hotel is pleasant and the atmosphere is friendly. The room I stayed in was clean and well air-conditioned, although a bit small. However, I found the elevator to be extremely slow, to the point where taking the stairs would have been faster. Despite this minor inconvenience, the stay was generally satisfactory.

12/06/2026: I went to the hotel to attend a friend's leaving party. He had enjoyed the hotel's outdoor terrace. The place was clean, very pretty, well-maintained, and welcoming.
