01/09/2024: I was in a bit of a hurry because of work.
No time or desire to cook.
I go to McDonald's, it's supposed to be quick and the kids like it.
Result?
I waited a good half hour, while the restaurant was practically empty, I had order 3.
The Big Mac arrives cold, I take 9 nuggets, they are hot, no worries on that front.
Except, there are 8 and not 9.... disgusting.
It's a take-out order.
So yes we have to check, especially in these kinds of brands.
I didn't think to count, but that shouldn't happen.
No more Mc Do in Oyonnax.
31/08/2024: Very disrespectful staff they openly disrespect by making fun of the customers if they have a look that does not fit into their morals it is not normal to have to ask if in the end we can take the order for the reason of the mockery made by the staff it is not even tolerable that people who do not know how to behave in society work in contact in professions where contact with people is necessary.

02/09/2024: Saturday evening Lamentable service I ordered cold fries half an hour later I asked for hot fries, they let me reach 20 minutes they serve other customers they really didn't respect me, discrimination advises you to go to other McDonald's there are 2 others

05/06/2024: Je pensais manger avec mon petit fils un bon Burger. Quelle déception. Le pain était mou et de mauvaise qualité ( remarque de mon petit fils de 8 ans). Nous avions demandé sans tomates et il y avait une tranche de ce fruit dans le Burger. Les frites paraissaient sorties du fond de la friteuse, brunes, en petits morceaux et pas salées. La viande paraissait acceptable. Pas de serviette offerte ( j’ai dû aller la réclamer). Bref, nous n’y retournerons pas. Dommage.

01/09/2024: Good restaurant with a menu perhaps too limited in choice but well-prepared and well-executed dishes. Attentive and prompt service. Account in the norm and in line with what you receive. It doesn't disappoint.
17/08/2024: I had an excellent time at the Brasserie "Place Bernard", thanks in particular to the warm welcome and professionalism of Anaïs and Sandy! :)
I invited my parents, and they were delighted with the experience.
In the kitchen, Bertrand is simply incredible, and his dishes have delighted our taste buds.
Well done to the whole team.
As for Jérôme, the head waiter, he manages the establishment with exemplary mastery.
A big thank you to the whole team for this memorable moment!

14/08/2024: Maître d'hôtel en costume service aux petits soins décoration superbe et pour couronner le tout une gastronomie française régionale sans faille.
Cuisses de grenouilles en persillade cuisson parfaite on en mangerait sans s'arrêter.
Petites côtelettes rôties excellentes avec un gratin de patates divin .
Dessert exceptionnel arrosé copieusement de Grand marnier.
Vin du jour de qualité à un prix très correct .
Les tarifs sont très accessibles étonnant pour ce niveau de service et de qualité.
Ce restaurant est une belle découverte et il le tarde d'y retourner.
12/08/2024: Une VRAIE brasserie "à la lyonnaise" avec service irréprochable et plats tous délicieux ! J'ai été impressionné par la qualité des escargots et du poulet de Bresse, sans parler d'un amuse-bouche original et d'un dessert sublime (macarons framboises).
Rien à dire sauf un grand bravo !
PS : réservez, l'adresse est connue et appréciée...

07/09/2024: Attendre une heure pour des pizzas sèches et fades (même la truffe), le restaurant n'est franchement plus au niveau de ce qu'il était à ses débuts.
Le décor est beau, le personnel sympa mais désorganisé et les pizzas du "champion du monde" ne valent plus du tout le détour.
Nous n'y reviendrons plus, dommage....

Recommended to rest body and mind.
29/08/2024: Made a booking for this November 2 nights due to a concert nearby, paid (Approx. CHF 1200) already months ago and wanted to cancel due to a family issue. They just said it was non-refundable and that I was welcome to come on another date. I would have agreed to pay CHF 100 as a cancellation fee. But no refund at all is just not customer-friendly. This hotel is going on my blacklist!

Je recommande vivement même pour les repas d'affaires car le service est rapide
