26/09/2024: Fabulous food, best we had in the two weeks in the South of France. Fois gras was excellent, the burrata was the creamiest we have every had, daube with ravioli was comfort heaven and the seared tuna was wonderful. All finished with an amazing chocolate mousse. In addition the service was excellent, friendly and very helpful. Will be heading back very soon.

17/06/2025: I think you will see that I review a lot and rarely do I give low scores. I stopped by this morning to see if there was a drinks list with a view to visiting this evening. There were some QR codes on a notice board so I stepped into the shade to try and see my mobile phone screen in the bright sunshine. Any elder gentlemen came into the same space and said bonjour, and I responded bonjour. I thought he was some local or someone who just wanted shade . That s is 6 hours before opening time. All fine so far. The gentlemen was right next to me so I stepped out away while sorting my phone out. He then proceeded to place one of the outdoor chairs in a position to stop me going back to the notice board and shaded area. Extremely rude. I realized then that he either worked there or was the owner. There was no engagement. No asking if I needed something. If this is the greeting you get them there are plenty of other bars. Try Ma Nolans as another Irish bar. In the picture you can see the gentleman's reflection on the door to the right, making sure I don't step into his previous shade

20/09/2024: This restaurant was unbelievably amazing. The food, service, and the chef himself were all so great. We were treated to one of the best meals I have ever had in my life and the chef came out and spoke with us and suggested the dessert. It was so fresh and light and even though I was so full from the best steak I have ever had with sauce and potatoes that were otherworldly I am so glad we added dessert. We had the artichoke appetizer which had a ginger broth that was unlike anything I have ever tasted and will remember forever. Service was prompt and kind with great suggestions made. Truly an amazing experience and would recommend again and again. I will be back every time I come to Nice.

Sa cuisine, avec le menu dit "à l'aveugle", permet de plonger nos papilles dans le goût des produits qui reflètent la saison, la créativité du chef, l'harmonie des saveurs, et une envie de découverte. Il est agréable de se laisser porter par les précieux conseils de la personne en charge du service, avec une discrétion et une douceur exemplaires, qui propose également un conseil en vin avec une jolie découverte. Rien de mieux que le circuit court ! Sans oublier que les plats sont joliment présentés et préparés avec soin. Les guides ne mentent pas, tout comme la distinction fièrement affichée sur la porte de ce restaurant gastronomique. Continuez à faire briller les yeux de vos clients et à aiguiser leurs papilles, eux qui vous font confiance en franchissant la porte de ce lieu. À bientôt !

16/11/2025: We received a warm welcome at the Brasserie du Col. We enjoyed the dishes: beef tartare – nicely seasoned, scallops, and sea bream fillet. Delicious. The service was impeccable and friendly.

09/06/2025: A very tasty place with pleasant prices. Food and service - everything is home-style, large portions and excellent taste. We took Dorado fillet and chocolate mousse for dessert. I recommend it!
