18/09/2024: Merci pour ce voyage culinaire aux côtés de Fleur de Sel. Sa cuisine, avec le menu dit "à l'aveugle", permet de plonger nos papilles dans le goût des produits qui reflètent la saison, la créativité du chef, l'harmonie des saveurs, et une envie de découverte. Il est agréable de se laisser porter par les précieux conseils de la personne en charge du service, avec une discrétion et une douceur exemplaires, qui propose également un conseil en vin avec une jolie découverte. Rien de mieux que le circuit court ! Sans oublier que les plats sont joliment présentés et préparés avec soin. Les guides ne mentent pas, tout comme la distinction fièrement affichée sur la porte de ce restaurant gastronomique. Continuez à faire briller les yeux de vos clients et à aiguiser leurs papilles, eux qui vous font confiance en franchissant la porte de ce lieu. À bientôt !

18/09/2024: Really lovely restaurant offering great food, room, atmosphere, location and exceptional value. Highly recommended if you are nearby and worth a detour if you aren’t. Every good wish to the young couple running it in their first year at the helm. Already a very polished gem!

16/09/2024: Very good place to stop and eat in this small village of Saorge.. very friendly welcome, you can eat there in the alley just outside. And above all we had a great time. I ate a very good caponata, all with local products.. I highly recommend

Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene. Distante mille miglia dalla maggior parte dei locali che si trovano nella “Veil Antibes” sia per qualità ma anche per il prezzo. Certamente un luogo dove ritornare

01/09/2024: Tout est dans le titre. De retour 2 ans + tard et c'est encore parfait. De l'accueil au service et du service à la cuisine. Les mets sont fins et délicats. Le menu Vauban est d'un bon rapport qualité prix pour un semi gastro. Que du plaisir de la très bonne huile d'olive jusqu'au dessert. A 2 personnes avec apéritifs + 1/2 btle de rosé, on est à 140 € mais c'est vraiment bien. Que du plaisir dans un milieu professionnel sans chichi. Perso, je recommande.

26/08/2024: What a sublime place for gastronomic cocooning! Jason - your pro in the selection of meats and wines - and his other half who is head chef in the kitchen welcome you... deliciously in a temple of MEAT (but there is always a great fish too!) and with accompaniments of gratins, mille-feuilles and purees and other vegetables from Saiyson and the local area to die for!!! The gratin dauphinois is worth the detour! Just like the marrow bone (a tibia cut in two along its length!) which we will share with pleasure.... A very nice gastro 'bistro' without fuss, authentic, where you feel good and where everything savored with tranquility and joy. Well done ! Not to be missed and ideal for celebrating with friends as well as for an intimate or family meal..... See you soon!

23/08/2024: Visited this lovely intimate bistro with French friends. This place is excellent especially if you like beef and great wine. It is modern in style, classic in flavour using the very best, high quality produce. The service is also excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and happy to please. The steak is great and there was an amazing sausage made with pork and wagyu beef. The vegetable dishes were very good too with a delicious buttery potato and carrot mille-feuille and dauphinoise. The house sangria cocktail was the best sangria I’ve ever had. This maybe a small restaurant but it is big on flavour, style and not too pricey.

14/09/2024: Came here with friends. The portion of paella was very generous. The seafood was very fresh and sweet. The Sangria wine I ordered was the best I have ever tasted. It’s a great restaurant. They also gave us chili oil to enhance the flavor. The waiters were also very friendly. It was OK. Speaks fluent English, five-star rating!

30/07/2024: It was the clímax of our visit to Monaco (remembering that the reastaurant is located a few meters out of Monaco) and it was a delicious surprise for us: confort food home made by Stefano, the guy, our chef and owner of the restaurant. We are greatful to Stefano that received us as good friends and to Martin that indicated and booked a table for us directly with Stefano. Once in Monaco region, I strongly recomend to visit this restarurant!!!!

18/09/2024: Gentillesse assurée de l’accueil (particulièrement pour les petits enfants !) qualité constante de la cuisine (hmmm les rigatoni à la truffe sur lesquelles le patron en râpe généreusement des copeaux…), originalité des desserts (miam la pana cotta à la poire et au chocolat), modestie des prix : rien à redire !

28/09/2024: This was by far the best meal we had during our entire 10 day trip to France. Marie was such a fun and gracious host and Chef Jean Michel’s cooking is magic. The duck dishes are his family recipes from the Bordeaux region and exemplified comfort food at its finest. The service was superb and the food was the perfect finale to our trip. Go hungry and get ready to conquer a delectable feast. The wine and armangnac were also fabulous! Thank you both for an unforgettable experience!

23/09/2024: The nicest place with delicious pancakes in the finest old town. Both the pancake with comte cheese, ham and egg and the pancake with goat's cheese are highly recommended, and the children loved the banana split pancake. There was so much ice cream that there was also a taste test for the adults😋 Large free parking lot nearby. Booked a table via email and they responded very quickly.
