This restaurant has managed to keep the atmosphere so loved by nostalgic people and renew itself with a modern and pleasant terrace, with a breathtaking view of the port! 11/09/2024: First of all, the location is just perfect. A truly beautiful wake-up call. A few minutes from the village which is magnificent. Small streets, incredible views, artisan and designer shops make the village a haven of tranquility frozen in time. Lots of small restaurants. we chose Leah Wine, very charming, friendly, home cooking, and very good Sauternes. The night was perfect. Quiet, comfortable, hearty breakfast. Just opt ​​for the lower parking lot, which is more convenient. But 5 stars for everything and even 6 for the view. THANKS. Castres restaurateurs.

04/08/2024: Perfection! The best Japanese on the Coast, extremely fresh products prepared with the care that characterizes true Japanese cuisine. Beautiful à la carte culinary offerings that you won't find elsewhere: beyond the sushi which are divine. If you are a fan of real Japanese cuisine or if you want to discover it, this restaurant is for you.

27/06/2024: We had the chance to discover the chef's cuisine through the Omakase menu which leaves us with sweet memories... The service was impeccable, and the dishes followed one after the other in a ballet of flavors reminiscent of authenticity and Japanese know-how. Special mention for the fried oyster on its exceptional tartar sauce, as well as for the blue crab sushi (a magnificent discovery!), and finally the poached egg with sea urchin tongue and salmon roe which burst into mouthfeel and give the dish a tremendous iodized power. Without forgetting the candied eggplant that melts on the tongue enhanced by dried bonito flakes (the famous katsuobushi), which give the whole thing an incredible umami note. Thank you again for this delicious experience. It was a real trip, we were enchanted.

09/09/2024: We were welcomed as part of a canceled Easy Jet flight. the staff were lovely, the value for money was satisfactory. Unfortunately, the location is quite far from busy places (several tens of minutes). Otherwise I recommend.

20/09/2024: I stayed only one night in this hotel. I thought the services offered by the hotel were good, we didn't like the location so much because there isn't much to see/do around, but it does have nearby bus/train lines to get around. The breakfast, despite being in a relatively small place, was well organized, the staff indicated if you had to grab a tray or where to deposit dirty dishes, etc., which better maintained the harmony of the breakfast area. The rooms are small but they are fine for two people and especially if you travel without so much luggage.

19/09/2024: I am currently staying there I find it uncomfortable (the pillows are rocks I have to sleep without), the room is pretty clean (hair and fur on the walls of the bathtub) and the impression that the window is open even though it is closed The pr tour 3 times more expensive than a First Class which is just as good I'm going to avoid coming back here in December eh..

26/08/2024: Very disappointed without having expected much... duo menu at 70 euros rather meager for the price, deplorable service... waitress more than cold, no suggestion of sauces, or suggestion of dishes, hood not turned on, no smile, from the start of the meal until the bill is paid.. I have been a waiter and I know how to be objective, but this is too much, I absolutely do not recommend, good restaurants do not fight in Nice, but this one is to be avoided.

07/09/2024: 2024: We arrived one hour early because our hotel apartment was not ready. So we borrowed the chairs outside. We were warmly welcomed by the staff 30 minutes later. We ordered a delicious evening meal. 3 different choices as we all have our preferences. Everything fresh. Meat, noodles and rice. I got extra 🌶️ chili. Strong and fresh. After a long day driving more than 500 km this was like being treated in an expensive restaurant. The difference is that this is an affordable eating place with healthy food. Later in the week I tried alternative places on same street. No comparison in the way I enjoyed Pagoda. 2023: We tried two other nearby eating places for variation, but this is the only place where I feel good after eating. We had soup, wok and rice. Thank you for healthy and delicious food. 2022: This place deserves a Michelin star. I would have liked to give it 6 Google stars. We had soup, noodles and chicken with a touch of Thai curry. The family running this business since 1999 are very friendly and helpful to advice. The food ingredients are fresh and cooked by professionals. Healthy cooking with vegetables and not too much oils. Thanks to this place I got to eat wok with noodles with a unique taste. A couple of hours later my stomach was in a good shape. It had suffered from nearby fast food since the weekend. Thank you In the evening we could not resist. We bought takeaway beef and shrimps. Cooked rice in hotel apartment. Yet another perfect meal. Amazing. Next evening we also came back to eat Ramen and Phou soup. Ordered Sushi to eat in the hotel balcony. The gentleman serving gave me extra fresh chili as I like 🔥 food. Conclusion: We live like kings in Pagoda Restaurant.

30/08/2024: the service is good but the pizza is terrible and not at all well described on the menu really disappointed I wouldn't come back, and I didn't really appreciate that the servers didn't do anything to help me with my problem :)

17/08/2024: Wonderful neighborhood restaurant with excellent food quality. Menu of the day is a good value option, with 2 main course options, coffee and dessert. The menu will be changed every day that means we can go every day.

29/08/2024: Terrible service!!!I do not recommend this restaurant. In addition to the (non-existent) service, the food is not as good as before and the prices have increased. On August 27, 2024, at 12:30 p.m., I had lunch with my husband in this restaurant, where I was particularly disappointed by the service. A waiter, whose name I don't know but who has worked here for a long time, started talking in a very loud voice as soon as we arrived. Additionally, there was an error in our rating. When we brought this to his attention, his behavior was unacceptable. Despite our mention of wanting to file a complaint and leave a negative review, he clearly showed a lack of interest in our experience. His voice echoed throughout the restaurant. I have been visiting this establishment for 30 years and I would like to point out that the quality of service has deteriorated. The servers are unpleasant and the quality of the dishes is no longer up to par. I would also like to mention that another waiter, of short stature, was also rude before we called on the room manager, a tall man of around 40-50 years old. .

14/09/2024: Cozy family-run Italian restaurant in the middle of the old town, the staff were cheerful and welcoming - almost like having dinner with someone you know. Good atmosphere and the food was delicious, bought pasta with mussels which was super good! Tiramisu and coffee rounded off the meal beautifully.
