18/09/2024: Waiters got agressieve Dont go here. It took 2 hours for the food to arrive. I got in at 19:45, and paid the bill at 22:00. Waiters didn't offer anything, neighter did they tell me that it took longer. When I tried to talk to the waiter about it, (I said: I would've appreciated it if you told me that it would take longer, or if you offered me another drink) he got super defensive and told me I was blackmailing him? They didn't offer a discount. Forced me to pay for the full menu even though I told them I didn't want dessert anymore. It became a whole scene, they didn't react well. On my way out I bumped my wine glass, he then took me by my pink shirt and pulled me over. He started pulling me and screaming. For my own safety I made a video, here's a total anonymous screenshot of the situation. Don't. Eat. Here. Very female unfriendly.

25/09/2024: My wife and I had the most memorable meal in a long time at L'Ovale. They had a large party of tourists when we arrived. They seated us and asked us if we mind a short delay while they finished with that party. As it was our wedding anniversary, we were hoping for a longer dining experience, something we truly enjoy in Europe. When they learned it was our anniversary, they provided extras during our time there. They took the time to make sure our visit was truly special. They duck confit and cassoulet were excellent! At the end, they brought us profiteroles with sparklers and candles and sang to us! Thank you so much for the experience!

11/09/2024: Endroit sympathique, avec de bon produit et un tes bon foie gras, le coq au vin et les confits comme a Toulouse rien a dire , je reviendrais pour le cassoulet !

20/08/2024: The only positive thing is the view. Restaurant without charm, service that leaves something to be desired. Dishes without flavors, the prize goes to the sole in brioche which looks like a fish hot dog covered in a tasteless sauce. The perfect example of these restaurants found on the Côte d'Azur which take customers for pigeons. Nothing is going well, plus we have the feeling that we are disturbing.

18/08/2024: I'm going to get an ice cream for my granddaughter (Italian ice cream). Not knowing I wait in front of the stand for 5 long minutes with an employee with an unpleasant attitude who walks past me without bothering to look at me, when I end up asking her a question, she doesn't even speak to me and points at his colleagues behind the window (too high). I pay for the ice cream with a cone which is already extremely liquid, I come back after 10 seconds to ask her for a pot, she gets annoyed and gives me one that is too small so I explain to her that it is for the ice cream that I just bought and she takes a bigger one and gives it to me abruptly, saying "that's good there" I understand that it is not easy to work in this heat and that it is possible that the conditions are not pleasant but when you have a polite, caring person in front of you it would be useful to make an effort and above all From this bad experience there is only one less customer left because I will not go back!

07/09/2024: Impeccable establishment, I highly recommend, the staff are attentive and very pleasant, no false notes from start to finish, I had a wonderful time, glad that restaurants like that still exist, their success is not not by chance

25/08/2024: Yesterday evening we came to this brasserie there was an evening on the marina port, there were certainly people very quickly overwhelmed this brasserie and but the reception 0 spoke to us badly we took our drinks order 30 to 40 min after our arrival, we were asked to choose our dishes but with only one complicated menu! I do not recommend this brewery at all!!!

05/12/2024: Christmas meal: small piece of tomato/cheese pizza, chicken breast with reheated tagliatelle, green beans and tarte tatin for €30 without drink or coffee while the poultry supreme as the dish of the day was priced at €12.50, look for it 'error ! It is clear that I do not recommend.
