30/07/2026: Beautiful location and good food – unfortunately, very disappointing service. We were here for dinner with a group of nine people (six adults and three children). Two days prior, we made a reservation in person and specifically asked if there were any children's dishes. We were specifically told about chicken nuggets and pasta with tomato sauce. One member of our group speaks fluent French, and I also speak sufficient French – so we can rule out a language misunderstanding. Based on this information, we made the reservation for nine people. The location is truly beautiful, and the food was of very good quality – with one exception. Unfortunately, the evening was significantly marred by the service, especially by the head waitress. Several things were recorded incorrectly when we ordered. For example, still water was served instead of sparkling water – not a problem in itself and easily rectified. More annoying was that we had specifically ordered steak tartare with fries as an appetizer, but it was only served with the main courses. When we pointed out that this was inconvenient, especially because of the warm fries, our point was completely ignored. What was particularly irritating, however, was the handling of the children's menu. We were suddenly told upon arrival that there were no children's menus, and specifically no chicken nuggets. When we pointed out that these had been offered to us two days earlier during our personal reservation, we were simply told it must have been a "misunderstanding." The only alternative offered was steak and fries, which we ultimately accepted. The bill was all the more questionable: the children's menu was listed as "Nuggets Frites"—precisely the dish we had previously been told was not available. Mistakes can happen. What matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, we found the head waitress to be extremely unfriendly, inflexible, and unwilling to find a solution. The younger server, on the other hand, was friendly; our criticism is expressly not directed at her. It's a real shame, because the location is lovely and we were generally impressed with the food. However, for a dinner party of nine, we also expect friendly, professional service. Unfortunately, this significantly marred our experience.

07/07/2026: During my vacation, I went there one Sunday morning. Frankly, it's impossible that the bread or pastries were fresh, judging by the state of the croissants. We bought some, and the taste confirmed that they weren't fresh at all; they were completely doughy. Add to that an unfriendly saleswoman. I know it's not ideal to work on Sundays, but this only reinforces my decision not to go back.

23/04/2026: They barely even said hello, no smiles, and no goodbye. I won't be going back. I gave it two stars even though the Tropezienne tart was good.

19/05/2026: The rooms, service, and location were all quite good. 🏨 However, breakfast was a bit chaotic with many tour bus guests, leading to coffee lines. ☕ And for eggs? You had to boil them yourself, which wasn't ideal. 🍳 Still, a decent stay overall! 👍

13/05/2026: We spent a layover night at the Campanile Nice Airport, room 334. We arrived at 10 p.m. Check-in went smoothly; the young woman was very pleasant and professional (much more so than the cashier who didn't even bother to say hello). From then on, we went from one disappointment to another: The third floor smelled of cannabis resin, even in the room. When we opened the window to air it out, we were greeted by young people on the walkway below, talking loudly and smoking. The television and air conditioning weren't working. The toilet is right up against the wall, which is rather inconvenient when you need to sit down. The shower head was faulty and the soundproofing was nonexistent (we could hear the person sniffling in the next room). We wanted to inform reception of these problems, but there was no phone in the room, and opening the door to go down to reception would have been extremely inconvenient given the smell in the hallway. In short: a night to forget. It's inconceivable, in my opinion, for a hotelier to expect their guests to be happy (and that's an understatement) to leave their room when the alarm rings at 5 a.m. I recommend a thorough walkthrough of the rooms to check the facilities, as the location is excellent, opposite the airport, and must attract a large business clientele who deserve the advertised comfort.

18/07/2026: Extremely dirty place. The tables and chairs were not clean, and the floor was absolutely filthy. They used the same cloth to wipe the food display glass, the tables, and the seats, which is completely unhygienic. I ended up throwing my food away because I no longer felt comfortable eating it.

16/07/2026: It's always a pleasure to eat at Subway, at any time of day. I've been coming for years, and the staff are always so friendly and the subs are always so generously filled and delicious.

01/06/2026: Excellent sandwich, prepared in front of the customers with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The fries are also delicious and perfectly cooked. The owner is very friendly, welcoming, and immediately puts you at ease. It's without a doubt one of the best sandwiches I've tasted in the Alpes-Maritimes (06). The drink selection is also very varied. Honestly, nothing to complain about, I highly recommend it!

17/07/2026: No welcome (no hello), no smile, a €7 bottle of water for a carafe filled from the tap that wasn't even cold.

Everything is perfectly orchestrated to ensure a wonderful experience in a magnificent setting. A special mention goes to the superb Rothschild cushions, which add a touch of elegance to this already charming place. I wholeheartedly recommend this address. 07/08/2026: An excellent evening for our daughter's birthday. The setting was magical. Blue Beach, open at night, with very welcoming and attentive staff. A lovely space dedicated to our family group of about twenty people with young children. A wide selection of aperitifs, including an exquisite strawberry punch and a lovely variety of canapés to enjoy. And a delicious dinner, unanimously praised for its Mediterranean flavors. A huge thank you to the entire team for their attentive service and for making this celebration such a success.

06/08/2026: The only downside was the state of the restrooms. But otherwise, it was good, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

16/07/2026: Appalling quality and hygiene. Unpleasant staff. Undercooked pizzas and poor quality ingredients. We ordered 8 pizzas and waited 1 hour and 15 minutes. Seven of them were undercooked, with over 2 cm of flour underneath. It's a disgrace. My children had stomach aches. We will be reporting this to the DDPP (Departmental Directorate for the Protection of Populations).

28/07/2026: Delicious steak frites. Recommended medium rare for the steak. The hippo sauce was quite unique, the black pepper and bernaise were also good. Do try the egg mayonnaise starter and the panna cotta at the end for dessert. Worth it! Would recommend if you are near Massena.

24/07/2026: An excellent spot for lovers of truly great burgers! The ingredients are fresh, the brioche bun is incredibly soft, and the meat is perfectly cooked and flavorful. Special mention goes to the fries and the original burger recipes that are a refreshing change from typical fast food. The portions are generous, the value for money is excellent, and the staff is always welcoming and efficient. I highly recommend it! 🍔🍟

20/06/2026: Open for years but never tried it. The reviews aren't great. But it was delicious, very high quality. Frozen fries, but good. The cashier wasn't the friendliest, but it didn't spoil the experience.

23/07/2026: I absolutely do not recommend! The pizzas ordered for delivery were not the right ones and not the right number, and the worst part is that the manager contacted by phone through the delivery driver told us it was our fault, half an hour of discussion to finally get a refund, and our evening ruined.

23/07/2026: A very bad experience. We ordered 7 pizzas, only 6 were delivered, and only one matched our order. When we called to report the problem, the manager offered no apology and even tried to blame us. It took over 30 minutes to get a refund. Appalling customer service; I do not recommend this place.

12/06/2026: Very disappointing experience. We arrived with a confirmed reservation but could not access the accommodation. Reception was unattended, and the emergency contact number was unreachable despite several attempts. As a result, we were left standing in front of the hotel without accommodation and without any assistance. The lack of communication and support was unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property and would advise others to avoid it.

09/06/2026: A very friendly man at reception upon arrival. And a young woman at check-out who didn't even say hello and didn't even look at you. The location is quiet and the apartment is spacious and clean. €59 for the room was inexpensive. However, a little friendliness would have made it even better.
