27/05/2024: Très agréablement surprise par ce restaurant typique italien ! Très frais, de belles assiettes et une finesse tout en simplicité. Nous y avons fêter un anniversaire, l'accueil y est très chaleureux et la décoration épurée et chic ! Adresse à ne pas manquer, cela change des attrapes touristes trop souvent présents sur un lieu aussi touristique que la zone piétonne.

10/09/2024: Excellent location for the tram and train. Supermarkets and bakeries nearby. Rooms a good size, staff really helpful and friendly. Rooftop pool superb but small. Great value stay here

31/08/2024: I am extremely disappointed with my first and last order at Côté Sushi. The gyozas were very hard, very dry, probably overcooked, so really not good at all. As for the sushi, the fishy taste was so strong that I couldn't even eat it and had to leave it aside. This is the first time this has happened to me, and I love sushi. Additionally, there were no chopsticks, wasabi or ginger in my order. Unlike other restaurants who always provide these items without charging for them. I had already heard negative reviews about this restaurant, and this experience confirms that their products are not up to par. I will definitely not recommend them again. 25€ lost!

01/09/2024: L’endroit est charmant et bucolique. La salle agréable, la cuisine de bonne qualité. Et il y a une dame Pascale qui est charmante et d’une efficacité remarquable, elle se démène pour pallier au peu d’enthousiasme de ses camarades de travail ! Planqués au fond, blablatant entre eux et tellement peu impliqués que la commande de notre dessert a été oubliée !!! Heureusement que Pascale a rattrapé le coup. Il paraît que le recrutement dans la restauration est ardu, c’est surtout la non motivation des jeunes recrues qui laisse désirer ! Encore merci à cette dame.

23/08/2024: Endroit magnifique au bord de la rivière, par contre le service a revoir, nous avons été obligé de demander pour commander a boire et de redemander s'il ne nous avez pas oublié, malgré le peu de table dans le restaurant. Les pâtes carbonara pas terribles le reste des plats très moyen malgré une addition pas donné. Nous essaierons les planches une prochaine fois pour l'apéritif mais dernière fois côté restaurant.

20/08/2024: We had 4 courses - the food was good albeit the bread is not the best. We asked for a wine menu as the menu we were given was it only by the glass I asked if we could order a bottle the waitress who spoke very good English said she would have to check and came back and stated they only serve by the glass so I ordered 3 glasses (which were very small) which cost 24 euros and my partner had 2 beers at 18 euros. At the end of the meal I looked around and noticed that 3 tables all had bottles of wine - they were all French, I called the waitress over and ask why we were not able to order a bottle of wine etc and she said sorry I don’t speak good English I didn’t understand which was totally in correct - please note they do do bottles even though they refuse to give you a menu

04/08/2024: Superbe endroit pour déguster des plats variés la planche de charcuterie était excellente et la sélection des vins est impressionnante même dans les palaces cannois la sélection n'est pas autant varié pour les vins. Le serveur en salle etait top ! Nous reviendrons à l'occasion

03/09/2024: Excellent restaurant!! Welcome, setting, cuisine, everything is top notch!! Proof that vegan cuisine is as surprising and appetizing as other types of cuisine, executed by a talented chef, supported by staff who take great care of the customers. Revisiting Italian cuisine is not an easy thing to do and here, the challenge is perfectly met!! I highly recommend this "small" great restaurant!!!

08/09/2024: We could walk past it without stopping (very small, few tables, a small terrace on the edge of the semi-pedestrian lane of the old village of Colle sur Loup...) and we would be very wrong because the cuisine is superb (des tasty dishes, with daring but always successful compositions...) a real treat, a real surprise, a real good gastronomic moment. The 5 flavors menu (with little choice, but all the proposals are exceptionally successful in their flavors) at 65 euros is worth the detour. There are only a few differences with the 3 flavors menu at 57 euros but it would be wrong to deprive yourself of the appetizer and the pre-dessert (what originality, what delicacy!) One small downside, the wine list does not match the dishes offered (a Languedoc wine and a Graves at more than 40 euros per bottle, it is not good value for money] but that No matter the rest is exceptional, you have to go there.
