This isn't always easy with some customers, like the scene I saw earlier where an elderly woman yelled at Julien/Julian because her quiche arrived 1 minute and 45 seconds after her beer... it's difficult to work with customers around... 24/08/2026: We arrived on August 23, 2026, at 5:30 PM; it wasn't very busy. The tables were dirty, and after saying hello, I politely asked the waiter if it was self-service and if it was possible to clean the table. He gave me a very rude reply, saying that there were only two of them and they couldn't do everything. There was only one other person waiting for their order at the bar, and the waiter was busy restocking his already full refrigerator. I left without ordering anything. Politeness is definitely a thing of the past!

24/08/2026: Very disappointing A very bad experience at Pipo, in Terminal 1 of Nice Airport. The tables were filthy, with visible marks and grime, and some were clearly not cleaned between customers. On top of that, the staff were unfriendly and not very polite. In an establishment located in an airport, one expects at least a clean table and a decent welcome. It's a shame, because the location is convenient. But the hygiene and customer service definitely need improvement.

26/09/2026: Contrary to all the negative reviews, I only have positive things to say. I immediately felt at ease. A classic brasserie offering good food and drinks, where locals gather. The owner is very friendly and takes good care of his customers. It's my favorite brasserie in Cagnes-sur-Mer.

13/09/2026: I ordered a steak tartare and my wife had a Caesar salad. For the pre-prepared tartare, I had to search for the capers, onion, and egg yolk. There was no salt or pepper on the table, no Tabasco sauce, etc. The meat was almost liquid and not cold. The basket of fries was only half full, even though it was small. The croutons in my wife's Caesar salad had a strange taste. There was only one napkin for two people, even though we asked for one when we sat down. There were two waiters and I assume the boss. No one seemed very concerned. The young waitress and the boss were smoking in the alley next door, and the second waitress was running around everywhere. Not great, a shame.

08/10/2026: ⭐ Very bad experience at this restaurant. Upon arrival, I informed the staff that I had found a hair in my food. Instead of taking my comment seriously and handling the situation professionally, the manager spoke to me very rudely. I found his attitude particularly disrespectful and completely unacceptable in the face of a hygiene complaint. Finding a hair in your food is already very unpleasant, but the way my comment was received made the experience even worse. Given this incident and the way the situation was handled, I believe a hygiene inspection would be entirely justified. I do not recommend this establishment and I will not be returning.

26/06/2026: A bit out of the way and definitely not for walkers. You need a car. Great view and good sized balcony but room size was small and paper cups only provided. Not a luxury experience. Staff were ok but busy and inattentive. Restaurant service was good though.

27/05/2026: The Hotel was amazing and the service outstanding. The pool is fantastic, as are the views. We had a wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant. Would definitely return.

05/10/2026: The first waiter was incredibly nice and friendly, and even accommodated us linguistically since my school French wasn't up to par. We were seated immediately, which was most likely due to the fact that we arrived right at the beginning of lunchtime. I can't comment on the fish soup, but my companion certainly can. It wasn't particularly tasty. However, taste is very subjective, so this isn't meant to be a deal-breaker. What shocked us both, though, was the way the waiter who served us at our table behaved. He was very rude. During the payment process, I simply wanted to see the receipt again, at which point he became extremely aggressive and tried to withhold it from me. I tried to ask him in two languages, English and Spanish, what had provoked his behavior, whereupon he abruptly snatched the card reader away from me, saying he only spoke French. While I understand everything in French because of my native language, Spanish, I unfortunately can no longer speak it myself. Perhaps one should consider which waiter to allow at one's table.

02/10/2026: We only had an espresso and a beer, but the service was super friendly, the place was nice, and an espresso for €1.80 is pretty good… A small addendum: the toilets are not recommended; there's no toilet seat, and they're not clean.

05/10/2026: I went in to buy a cookie, and the saleswoman's attitude was barely decent. I felt like I was bothering her, and she walked away while I was paying by card, saying from a distance, "It's all good, it's gone through," without a smile. I ended up retrieving my purchase myself because it was difficult for her to hand it to me, and again, her attitude was appalling. Lost customer.

27/09/2026: A truly disastrous restaurant that deserves zero stars! Overpriced dishes for almost nothing on your plate, and the food comes straight from a supermarket (frozen fries, nothing fresh...). The service was appalling; the waiter wasn't friendly and never came back. In the end, after we complained, they offered us two small decaf coffees as compensation, but that's unacceptable. A real rip-off and tourist trap. Never again, thanks and goodbye. P.S.: Avoid this place at all costs!!!

19/10/2026: On Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 7:00 PM, I went to your bakery to pick up a surprise basket. The display was very nice, and the young man was friendly. However, the behavior of your first sales assistant needs improvement (I asked the young man if she was the owner, and he replied, "No, she was the first sales assistant"). She didn't even greet me and was rather unsociable. She spoke to her colleague in a deplorable manner in front of other customers and didn't hesitate to tell the young man, "Do what I say!" She (referring to me) was waiting. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I immediately thought I wouldn't come back. Fortunately, your products are very good.

09/10/2026: At 6:30 am, I ordered a full breakfast set and a ham and butter sandwich. A few minutes later, I asked if I could exchange it for another one with prosciutto, which was brought afterward. The waitress refused, telling me that the cold chain had been broken... Surprising and not very customer-friendly...

30/05/2026: A wonderful discovery! The hotel offers a magnificent setting, surrounded by nature, with particularly refined, elegant, and charming decor. The owners are incredibly kind and extend a warm welcome to their guests. The cuisine is also excellent, featuring high-quality ingredients and carefully prepared dishes. A big thank you to the chef, who is as talented as he is friendly. I highly recommend this place.

02/09/2026: Café & Thé terrace on the main square of Grasse, not too crowded, friendly young waiter, good tomato juice very well presented, served with 4 condiments around it!

21/08/2026: We had ice cream and drinks. Everything went very well... The owner even let my daughter make her own ice cream behind the counter. We had a lovely time.
