05/09/2024: Execrable and discriminating manager or waitress. I arrive first at the restaurant, she first seats a couple of people who came after me, they without reservation having even welcomed me first because only one table available and throws me away and tells me no more available. We serve the people who came first with a little know-how. No excuses, don't try to fix the situation, avoid zero customer service.
05/08/2024: I wanted to have a coffee with my one and a half year old son, the customers on the terrace and ourselves, but we were chased away because the waiter wanted bigger orders. We got yelled at!😂 All the customers wanting coffee had to leave the terrace.... 😀
I advise against it!

30/08/2024: To flee!!!! I've been feeling bad since that afternoon when I ate there!!! It was a real address before but now... Between the boss who shouts at an employee who doesn't hear anything, poor thing, and a kitchen that I describe as more than mediocre (my stomach is angry), it's an address to forget ( What a shame because it was so good…..
30/08/2024: Nourriture vraiment pas bonne, accueil plus que limite (le patron invective sa serveuse devant tous les clients et bruyamment)… En bref à fuir et c’est dommage, c’était si bon avant.

01/11/2023: Too bad it could have been good, the little waitress is very nice but we had to wait almost 30 minutes for a pasta dish... in an airport where you are waiting for your plane!
The pasta was very average, the bagnat bread good but nothing more.

23/01/2025: A nice cafe, ideally situated to watch the world go by, staff were pleasant and attentive. An ideal place for a quick break from the hustle and bustle of Nice. Would highly recommend a visit if in the area

The burgers are good and most of the brand's services are available.
Table service is very appreciated.
Unfortunately, the indelicacy of certain customers means that some tables are dirty during our various visits.
We were less appreciative of the delivery via the Macdo+ application. We will prefer to enter the store to buy takeaway or use click & collect. The drive looks very well organized but let's face its success a little.
Second downside: the parking lot is a bit chaotic with spaces in front of the drive-thru entrance. The parking lot behind the building is often full, so we end up parking in the Leclerc parking lot next door.
17/08/2024: Disappointed drink no taste (because the syrup bag was probably empty) 20 minutes for her to understand the problem even though I clearly told her.
Very dry burger, it looks like they kept it for a while.
In short, disgusted.

Sunday 4:30 p.m. so not an hour of great influence, disgusting floor and toilets. Minimum quantity. I was served a donut on a plate with lots of marks (including a coffee cup) on it.

29/09/2024: Abuse, we are really taken for cash cows, 8 euros for a small glass of proseco and also not good, despite everything after expressing our dissatisfaction, the waiter offered us one, nonetheless 👎
24/09/2024: Arriving at the restaurant, I ask for a table for two, the waiter offers me two. I choose a table at random, but unfortunately, I took the barely cleared table of a former customer, this one still full of leftover food.
No problem for the server, it installs us directly on it. Without cleaning it!
Good be it. I chose to eat a Texas Burger which I requested without cheese, which was respected, apart from the fact that I was not allowed the bbq sauce originally planned inside. In addition, Burger bread looks like low-end bread bought in a supermarket, put in a toaster. The taste was really not exceptional and the fries had an aftertaste.
Other than that...the service wasn't bad.

29/09/2024: I should have read the reviews first. Magicians, a burnt pizza underneath and an uncooked top. I won't talk about the waiters who are more busy with the TV program than serving. I should have gone opposite... to the McDonald's. To flee.
16/09/2024: We did not check reviews before coming into this restaurant…big mistake. We paid €28 for a fixed menu and got a mediocre salad and a sirloin steak that I could’ve bought from a grocery store for €5 and it would’ve tasted better. Service was awful, waited an hour for our steak. Waiters were standing around doing nothing. Overall vibe was dead and very cold. This place sucks. Please do not come here!!!!!!

07/07/2025: The cashier in the store kicked everyone out of the store while I was simply looking for an item, we did absolutely nothing wrong. She was extremely rude, started yelling, and even used foul language. Completely unprofessional behavior. I will not be returning.
30/06/2025: Super horrible and I can’t believe this happening in a tourist area.
I just want to buy a postcard and just have $10 and $100 with me. So I gave $10. The cashier lady asked if I have coins and I said nope that is the only smallest amount I have. The cashier lady spoke French in a bad tone ( don’t ask me how I know, literally she put it on her face) and gave me one $5 and twenty 20cents. I have doubt that it’s the best they have, they could have give me $1 instead these much of coins.
I told the cashier lady I wouldn’t take the postcard in this case. Since she gave me lots of coins rather than a reasonable amount of change (four $1).
The other staff popped up and yell at me, saying I couldn’t do a refund. At the end, they throw me back the $10. WHAT A GOOD SERVICE THEY PROVIDE BY THIS SIMPLE POSTCARD BUYING MOMENT. Bluhhhhhh

Good morning,
I am writing to tell you about my first visit to your establishment, which unfortunately went very badly.
Around 3:30 a.m., after informing my husband and friends that I was going out to order an Uber, I went out alone because I was feeling oppressed and had a headache. Once outside, I sat for a few minutes on the small step to the right of the entrance, also suffering from pain in my feet. I point out that I was calm and alone, using my phone.
It was at that moment that one of your security agents, a tall man of strong build, with a ponytail, of North African origin, called out to me from afar, shouting: “Hey you, There, get up! Hello?!” Thinking he was talking to someone else, I didn't react immediately.
He then raised his voice even more by saying: "Hey you, don't you understand when we're talking to you? Get up, I tell you!"
When I looked up to check if he was speaking to me, he continued to speak loudly to me, without making the effort to get closer, as if he was deliberately trying to "show off" in front of everyone. the world, making the situation even more humiliating.
At that point, two other customers, shocked by his behavior, intervened to point out that he had crossed the line by speaking to me like that.
These people were obviously as outraged as I was by the way your agent treated me.
Despite this intervention, your agent continued to speak to me aggressively, look at me with extreme meanness, and verbally intimidate me. His attitude was not only disrespectful, but also completely unjustified.
I understand that your agent was doing his job and that certain rules must be respected, such as not sitting in that place. However, there are ways to speak to customers, and respect is essential. If your agent had just asked me nicely to stand up, I would have apologized and complied without a problem.
This situation almost escalated into a fight, purely because of the provocative behavior of your own agent!
As customers who have spent a considerable amount of money in your establishment (we were three couples, and we consumed at the bar), this experience is all the more frustrating. We certainly did not expect to be treated with such little consideration.
I am convinced that this agent would not have spoken to me like this if it were a man or a person of another origin. His behavior was not only inappropriate, but also disrespectful, condescending and deeply macho. He took me for someone drunk or malicious, which was absolutely not the case.
Please note that I work 60 hours a week. I don't come to your establishment to "beg" or wait to be offered drinks like the majority of your customers do.
I come to relax, not to be mistreated by your "security" personnel.
I would still like to point out that your servers were very respectful, professional, attentive and present throughout the evening.
We were shocked, disappointed and frustrated with how our evening ended.
Unfortunately, the attitude of your "security" agent reflects a serious misunderstanding of the principles of respect and professionalism that such a position requires.
I invite you to view the video surveillance recordings, in order to see the situation for yourself.
I would like to obtain his first and last name so that I can take appropriate action and consider filing a complaint against him for his unacceptable behavior.
Pending your return, I thank you in advance for your attention to my complaint and I hope that measures will be taken to prevent this from happening again.

22/09/2024: Apart from the frontage which is pretty otherwise rated for nothing. We are made to wait for hours so that in the end we enter a pseudo 100 m2 box where everyone is crammed together. The music is more than deplorable, dancers who haven't even worked on a choreography. The prices are exorbitant compared to the quality of service. Fortunately, Parisian evenings are there because what a disappointment.
We were solicited in the streets of Cannes by a pseudo promoter who promised drinks and a table with hip hop rnb music when everything was false. Electro galore

The food seemed to be made very basic, raw materials/peoduce of low quality.
We got Chèvre chaud for starter, cheese and bread was OK, but the salad seemed to be directly from a bag and then the typical cheap fried onion from the nearest Carrefour express. Mains, entrecôte with fries, both again seem to be low quality and made with little effort. Even at home, one would make a bigger effort to make a better presentation.
We ended with tarte aux pommes, which may or may not be homemade.... But we were definitely heated in a microwave and served with cream from a can.... Worst food experience in Nice so far.
Good note of the service, even though he seemed stressed due to being by himself, with too many tables, he was still attentive.
