10/08/2026: So I bought two packs of cigarettes and wanted a glass of water, but they refused. Then a customer asked for a glass of water and gave it to me. Bistros aren't what they used to be. I'm not sure refusing drinking water is legal 🥺🥺🥺 It's really shocking.

17/05/2026: Attention, change of ownership! Although the new owners are young and friendly, it's far too expensive for this type of family-run, friendly restaurant—really, way too expensive! Two courses and two drinks for €60. Especially since, compared to the previous chef, the food is a bit less tasty and the portions are smaller, yet the bill is even higher! We used to like this place, but we won't be going back!

28/03/2026: The meal was good, but the waitress clearly wanted us to leave quickly; it wasn't even 2 pm yet. We were offered coffee immediately after our meal.

05/09/2026: After a good movie, it's nice to have some good ice cream; it's a shame the staff are so unpleasant.

20/07/2026: I arrived at 9 PM on July 20th to get an ice cream before my workout, but was refused service with a smile, even though it was supposed to be open. Disappointed

28/09/2026: A pizzeria serving takeaway pizza. There are no tables, so you'll have to eat elsewhere. Overall, it's not a problem. The price for two huge 40cm pizzas and two large Cokes is €57. Taste? Flavorless. The taste was nothing. I was completely disappointed, as they looked appetizing. I don't recommend them.

23/09/2026: The chicken wings pictured were supposed to be paprika/barbecue style, but instead I got goujons in curry sauce, the kind you find in supermarkets that you microwave. The pizza dough was practically raw, the potatoes on the pizzas weren't salted, and the "reblochon"... well, I think it was brie. Because the color and taste were nothing like tartiflette cheese. I was told it was cheaper than City Pizza, and since City Pizza was closed, I finally tried Mister Pizza at 30 years old... Well, first of all, it's more expensive, but as a bonus, it has no taste. T-T

10/08/2026: This was the bakery that was the closest to us during our holiday which made it easy to stop by and visit. They had a large selection but we just needed a baguette traditional as well as a small pastry. The baguette was a bit on the drier side, we came around 11 so that might be the reason but nonetheless nothing to write home about.

08/05/2026: Great bakery! The saleswoman served me warmly and with a big smile; it's lovely to see bakeries that employ young people. The place was spotless—you could eat off the floor! P.S.: I highly recommend their flan; it's delicious!

01/08/2026: The food was a disaster and not recommended. The service didn't speak English and the atmosphere was tolerable. The burger tasted like fish and the seafood bowl consisted of chicken and sausage.

27/07/2026: Excellent restaurant! The owners are incredibly kind and the food is perfect. I recommend the paella, and my wife had the grilled sardines. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. And had a wonderful evening. Thank you both so much.

25/09/2026: Hello everyone, I had a delivery, and it's not the first time they've made a mistake with my order. I had to get a different butter delivered because it wasn't the one I ordered. You can't even taste the curry sauce in my wife's butter. It's shameful; I'll never order from them again.

18/09/2026: A delightful evening at Tortola where we enjoyed a delicious meal in an exotic setting with panoramic sea views. The staff were incredibly attentive. We highly recommend it. A place worth discovering. Aloha!

16/09/2026: As a regular customer of the Villeneuve-Loubet location, I stopped by this one today for my first meal of the day. At 10:30, I ordered a tomato and mozzarella panini. They weren't ready yet, but the saleswoman offered me different options and prepared it fresh. Unfortunately, an hour later, I left with indigestion, and I don't understand why... I hope the staff will check to see if any of the food is past its expiration date. I'll stick with the Villeneuve location and not this one... Otherwise, I have no complaints about the staff, who have always been excellent.

28/08/2026: If you're looking for a bakery that's always closed, you've come to the right place! If you happen to have a public holiday during the week, the bakery will be closed from Monday to Friday… Even the post office is busier than this bakery… it's a shame because it's a good bakery

30/07/2026: Beautiful location and good food – unfortunately, very disappointing service. We were here for dinner with a group of nine people (six adults and three children). Two days prior, we made a reservation in person and specifically asked if there were any children's dishes. We were specifically told about chicken nuggets and pasta with tomato sauce. One member of our group speaks fluent French, and I also speak sufficient French – so we can rule out a language misunderstanding. Based on this information, we made the reservation for nine people. The location is truly beautiful, and the food was of very good quality – with one exception. Unfortunately, the evening was significantly marred by the service, especially by the head waitress. Several things were recorded incorrectly when we ordered. For example, still water was served instead of sparkling water – not a problem in itself and easily rectified. More annoying was that we had specifically ordered steak tartare with fries as an appetizer, but it was only served with the main courses. When we pointed out that this was inconvenient, especially because of the warm fries, our point was completely ignored. What was particularly irritating, however, was the handling of the children's menu. We were suddenly told upon arrival that there were no children's menus, and specifically no chicken nuggets. When we pointed out that these had been offered to us two days earlier during our personal reservation, we were simply told it must have been a "misunderstanding." The only alternative offered was steak and fries, which we ultimately accepted. The bill was all the more questionable: the children's menu was listed as "Nuggets Frites"—precisely the dish we had previously been told was not available. Mistakes can happen. What matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, we found the head waitress to be extremely unfriendly, inflexible, and unwilling to find a solution. The younger server, on the other hand, was friendly; our criticism is expressly not directed at her. It's a real shame, because the location is lovely and we were generally impressed with the food. However, for a dinner party of nine, we also expect friendly, professional service. Unfortunately, this significantly marred our experience.

08/10/2026: ⚠️ Beware of this Pickup point! The hours displayed on Google and the Pickup platform are different… and most importantly, they don't correspond to the actual hours of the pickup point. WARNING: The pickup point is actually only open 3 days a week!!! The Pickup platform displays hours until 6:30 PM from Monday to Friday, except Thursday, which was particularly convenient for me since I work. However, the reality is quite different… I don't even understand how you can still be a Pickup point with such limited hours. A complaint has been filed with the Pickup platform to inform them of the situation. In short, check carefully before choosing this pickup point, as the available information is far from reliable.
