25/08/2026: I stopped by on August 25th just to buy two baguettes. Three saleswomen stood in front of me, and not one of them looked up or said hello after a minute… UNBELIEVABLE. The day before, I'd come to eat on the small terrace, had a terrible sandwich, and received the most appalling welcome imaginable. If you don't want money from tourists, close your bakery immediately.

15/12/2025: Expensive and so dirty. The toilets are even worse.

20/05/2026: Honestly, one of the worst Asian restaurant experiences of my life. I ordered sweet and sour chicken, but there was practically no real meat in it, no chicken at all. This restaurant is a rip-off. The texture was really strange and frankly disgusting… I'm still wondering what I ate; I was sickened. I paid €10 for an inedible dish. Luckily, it came with rice, otherwise I wouldn't have eaten anything at all. Very disappointed, I definitely do not recommend it.

03/08/2026: As the reviews said, the prices are cheap, but the exterior looks unsanitary. I ordered orange chicken and Indian curry fried rice, but they just haphazardly microwaved it for me. The chicken was too salty and mushy, and the fried rice was completely inedible; the outside was dry and hard from the microwave, while the grains inside were all mushy from the moisture. I was really hungry, but I couldn't eat more than a few spoonfuls and left the rest.

31/08/2026: Total disappointment. The orange juice had no taste, it was just water, and the manager made no effort to rectify the situation, all for 4.60 euros.

12/08/2026: So, based on my experience, I can't judge the pizza since I simply didn't get it. After calling for the 230th time (approximately), I received no answer, so I'm left to starve. Thanks for leaving a customer in need.

I don’t understand how come this disgusting place still has 4 stars … I knew this place long ago as a French gastronomy, a pride institution, a place where we could savour French finest food And then it changed the owner It changed everything Don’t be fooled everyone! 11/08/2026: This place was closed. Made an online reservation today and when we got there it was closed. Not sure if it is permanently closed but there was no sign indicating that they are closed just for holiday.

12/09/2026: Extremely slow service (over 15 minutes wait for two drinks) even though there were no other customers to serve. Unfriendly waitress. Exorbitant prices (€4.50 for a can of Coke).

11/09/2026: A disaster! We came for the lunch special. The sea bream with vegetables was good, but the sirloin steak was inedible, as tough as shoe leather. But the worst part was the Italian waitress who ignored customers, refused to speak French, complained constantly, made faces, and her entire behavior towards customers was very disrespectful! She never even came back to our table to take our dessert order after our meal. Instead, she preferred to take her cigarette break and be on the phone... I'm only giving it a second star thanks to another waiter who kindly helped us resolve our food issues, and also thanks to the owner and his attitude in this kind of situation, as he removed one meal from our bill. It's the first time I've had to complain about the quality of the food and service in France... I believe it's better to let customers wait a little longer if there aren't enough staff available, and to fire the useless waitress who ruins everything.

31/07/2026: A great place to grab a bite. I've bought many different sandwiches, all fresh and delicious. The Croque Monsieur was the best I've ever tried, and the pan bagnat was also good. The service was always excellent, the staff was great!

29/07/2026: The staff was very unpleasant. I'm being polite, but the disrespect shown by one of your saleswomen warranted a reprimand. Frankly, you need to replace one of your employees who speaks in such a disdainful tone.

14/09/2026: The pizza box was defective; my pizza collapsed onto my t-shirt, which became a bib. Furthermore, the restaurant closes at 10:30 PM, which is very early.

25/08/2026: Hello, I'm writing because this guy tried to charge me 40 euros for two pizzas. It's not that I can't afford it, but given the state of his place, I'm going to steer clear. Anyway, be careful of him; his name is Allan, and he's dangerous.

01/09/2026: A very bad experience. The bakery seemed particularly dirty, and the hygiene was truly appalling. The waitress handled the products without gloves, with extremely long fingernails, which is frankly unsettling for a food business. And above all, nothing worked: supposedly the bread slicer was broken, then the cash register wasn't working… Each time, the wait became interminable. Several customers even ended up abandoning their purchases and leaving because the organization was so disastrous. A huge waste of time, disorganized service, and, above all, a serious hygiene problem in my opinion. For me, this is an establishment to avoid.

17/07/2026: Rude staff... Me and my friend visited this shop this morning and weren't greeted at all by the young cashier because we spoke English and we can't speak French. When ordering, it felt like the worker was irritated by everything. Before we could even ask to eat here instead of take away, she was wrapping it all up. She did not ask us if that's all after ordering something, so she forgot to add a cake. I reminded her kindly but I did not receive a nice reaction. The food was average and there are enough choices, so a two star is good for this place. The binn outside was full, and we didn't receive any cutlery for the cakes for example. Do not go here if you are a tourist expecting kindness/happiness back from others in the morning.

08/07/2026: DO NOT HAVE YOUR PACKAGE DELIVERED TO A PICKUP POINT. I RECEIVED A MESSAGE SAYING MY PACKAGE WAS AVAILABLE, BUT WHEN I ARRIVED THERE, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY PACKAGE EVEN THOUGH I RECEIVED THE MESSAGE TELLING THEM THAT ST ORANGE WOULD CALL ME TO HELP ME INSTALL MY DEVICE. SO THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE MONEY AS A PICKUP POINT, BUT THEY DON'T DO THEIR JOB. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, LAZY, AND MORE.

22/06/2026: On the evening of Fête de la Musique (Music Day), I went to this store to buy beer. A beer marked at €2.60 on the shelf was charged to me at €3.75 at the checkout. When I pointed out the price difference, instead of acknowledging the error, the staff insisted the price was indeed €3.75. I then went back to the shelf to take a picture of the label showing the €2.60 price. The cashier followed me and removed the label from the shelf. Shortly after, another employee put up a new label with a different price. I also noticed that the labels on many other products had been changed in the same way. Customers make their purchasing decisions based on the prices displayed on the shelf. Charging a higher price at the checkout and then hastily changing the labels is unacceptable. Taking advantage of an evening as busy as Fête de la Musique to try to overcharge customers is not an honest business practice.
