21/04/2026: Cheers to excellent service, food and ambiance. Just got done with dinner this evening. Bread roll was the best I’ve had this trip, the most soft and tasty olive bread and hearty olive oil with robust flavor. The service was fantastic - waiters were kind enough to explain each dish and presentation was exceptional. I loved their beetroot presented in the shape of a lotus and their onion pie (a local dish). Risotto was delicious and the fish was the absolute best!! Dessert was also artfully constructed and very balanced in flavor. A wonderful evening.

The side dishes are equally impressive, featuring fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. A special mention goes to the homemade desserts, which are absolutely divine—it's hard to resist! All this in a pleasant, friendly atmosphere with top-notch service. I highly recommend it!

The quality-to-price ratio is excellent. As for the atmosphere, it's so pleasant, I have absolutely no complaints. The service was truly impeccable. Well done!

12/12/2025: The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, not very convenient for public transport, especially since there are practically no sidewalks along the roads. The hotel is fairly comfortable but a bit dated. The restaurant is a bit pricey and offers limited choices. The spa is a major plus and very good.

08/12/2025: I only tried the spa, where I was kindly invited by my best friend. After paying our entrance fee, we went down to the spa and waited 10 minutes at reception before realizing that no one was coming. There were no more bathrobes available in the changing rooms, and no one to tell us anything. We took the two remaining bath towels and went around. There was no hot water for the herbal teas. In short, it was very, very poor! I won't be going back.

13/04/2026: Every time we come to Juan-les-Pins, we never miss a stop at the Horizon restaurant. It all starts with a warm and friendly welcome from the owner. The menu is relatively short, which is a very good sign. And depending on what's available, the ingredients are always very fresh. The kitchen is clearly visible from the dining room and is remarkably clean, thanks to the owner himself at the stove. We've tried all the dishes, and they're all worthy of the finest restaurants. You can go there with complete confidence.

28/04/2026: The place itself is quite charming: a former girls' school, apparently later co-educational if the photos are anything to go by, with beautifully decorated interiors and a truly magnificent building. The welcome and service were very professional from start to finish. You can tell the establishment is run by a family who know their business very well, with a serious approach but without being rigid. We opted for the set menu of starter, main course, and dessert for €46. For me, the homemade foie gras was a real treat. The duck fillets with vegetables were cooked to perfection; everything was just right and well-balanced. And to finish, a vanilla cream with hints of citrus: a lovely way to conclude this superb lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this characterful setting, enjoying authentic, high-quality French cuisine. An address we will gladly keep in mind.
