29/03/2026: An authentic establishment offering genuine traditional cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere. A warm and efficient welcome, amazing ice cream, and, starting in the spring, a delightful outdoor dining area under the apple trees.

28/05/2026: The meat is incredible, and so is the fish. A great menu, top-notch service, and a lovely atmosphere. We highly recommend it!

10/06/2026: Asked if they were still serving breakfast was a large party with 2 young children. Was told it was served till noon. At 11:35 shortly after seating us the waiter came to take our order we asked for a few more minutes to decide and ordered a bunch of drinks. At 11:40 we were told we can't order breakfast any more and they only serve lunch at noon. Was extremely rude about it. See rude waiter in photo.

06/05/2026: This lovely mod restaurant is set in a row of nearly 20 other restaurants, bars, and dance clubs which go live in the evening. Set alongside a Mediterranean marina it has beautiful views, art sculptures including metalwork which I especially like. The menu is large with a wide variety of seafood and other specialties. We had the crab tartar, fried octopus, and a grilled seafood plate with jumbo prawns and extra large shrimp, scallops, baked mussels with herbs in olive oil. We splurged for the creme brulee and must say this would be one of the top 5 we've had in our lifetime. So many go eats here. And the price is good and portion is large. A highlight of Cros de Cagnes.

19/05/2026: We ate what were undoubtedly the best cannelloni in Nice, and the apple tart was also delicious – truly home-style cooking. We will gladly return.

The setting is already a delight: you enjoy a very pleasant environment, with pine trees just overhead, and despite the nearby road, the place remains surprisingly calm and peaceful. The service is top-notch: a warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive team. You feel comfortable from beginning to end. As for the food… words fail me. The appetizers were as beautiful as they were delicious—probably among the best I've ever had. A real surprise, both visually and in terms of taste. The main courses, which aren't always the highlight in some restaurants, were absolutely remarkable here. Every bite was a treat: original combinations, meticulous presentation, and above all, incredible flavor. The desserts were more classic in their approach, but perfectly executed. Simple and effective. Special mention to the chef: as someone who is usually much more drawn to sweet than savory food, I savored each dish as if it were a piece of candy. That's how successful it was! A memorable experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend it.

10/06/2026: Very pleasant terrace, in a large square in front of the City Hall. Background music quite well chosen and at a level that does not bother. Many possible combinations: menu, single dishes and a midi formula with a correct quality-quantity-presentation-touristy price ratio that includes coffee. The bread is good. The house wine is not bad: if they bring you ice cubes to cool it; use them. Not very attentive to the rhythm of the table: a long quarter of an hour can pass between the main course and dessert and another quarter of an hour between dessert and coffee (take the opportunity to ask for the bill), this with half the tables full.

As soon as we arrived, we had to wait outside on the sidewalk because there was a delay and the restaurant was too crowded. After 30 minutes, we had to go inside ourselves to ask to be seated and for the tables to be cleared. The service was mediocre. Tables and chairs were sticky, and the air conditioning wasn't working, despite what the staff claimed. Even they weren't credible, they were dripping with sweat. We had to ask for the door to be opened to get some semblance of "fresh" air during this heatwave. And we were criticized by other customers for asking for the door to be opened. Except that all the other customers in the restaurant were fanning themselves with the paper menus or their fans. The dishes we ordered were very bland, tasteless, and unseasoned. A pan of tasteless pasta, sticky and undercooked. We didn't finish our plates. The beef tartare was bland and lacked seasoning. The baked Camembert came with two slices of deli meat and two sliced ​​potatoes. The "gourmet coffee" was ridiculous, and the desserts were frozen. The soda cans were dirty. We spent over two hours eating unprepared dishes, most of which must have been frozen. The dishes were supposedly "cheap," around €25, and now we understand why.
