20/09/2024: So good we went twice. They are only open from 12-3 most days. We arrived the second day without knowing that and we must have looked very disappointed because they came out and told us to stay and they served is. It was very nice of them. We tried the Galette Complete and the Croque monsieur. Both were great. My wife loved the little salad that came with the Croque Monsieur. You should definitely give it a try!!

Familiale conviviale et bonne, une table à laquelle nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!! Merci à la patronne au presque imprescriptible accent de l’est. Du Doubs moment 😉

16/09/2024: We had a wander round lovely Biot one evening, whilst on holiday, wondering where to eat. Café Brun looked cosy and inviting tucked away through an archway. The food is decent, home cooked style food with items on the menu such as ribs, satay, curry, so not the typical French cuisine which we appreciated for a change. We also got talking to the owners who are a lovely couple… and finally the pièce de resistance was the raspberry cheesecake - yum! Would recommend if you’re ever in Biot.

25/08/2024: Small shaded terrace... Very pleasant... Tables well spaced.... Beautiful trellis with bunches of grapes... Really pleasant setting conducive to a good tasting of excellent dishes...

23/08/2024: We go to Michelin-starred restaurants from time to time to indulge ourselves culinaryly and also to take advantage of an experience that might be offered to us. The restaurant Les Terraillers is a good restaurant and the star is perfectly understandable because all the work is there. On the other hand, we felt the hubbub and stress of the service. A back and forth dance (service which is very “present” in the room). We even wondered if there weren't too many people in these positions. The idea is not to compare but it is true that some other stars offer a much more relaxed, relaxed, zen service. The dishes are traditional dishes, they are very good. But for us also the price might seem slightly unjustified. We should probably see this as all the costs of the restaurant: service to pay, geolocation, land etc... But we did not necessarily find the price in the dishes. Thanks anyway, overall it was a good evening.

09/09/2024: Incredible place with wonderful food, exquisite desserts and top-notch atmosphere/service. I have never had such a delicious red sauce with shrimp. I hope to be able to return soon.

08/09/2024: Loved it first time, came back to be disappointed unfortunately and never to return. We ordered salmon tartar which was bad and salmon pasta which was even worse :( the service want very nice neither

15/01/2025: Roots Menu A lovely evening because we came for my birthday but we were very disappointed with the flavors and the finesse of the dishes... Aside from the appetizers starter which was fantastic both visually and taste-wise, a lot of creativity and research, very well presented. The starter was very good. These are indeed excellent products but at the price of the Menu, €450 is not enough... Not enough originality and finesse on the main dishes, fish and pigeon No discovery apart from the beet which was planted a second time... The trofiés are well presented, but also not incredible in the mouth... The cake was really not edible, the quality of the vanilla was exceptional, however such a heavy dessert, full of cream, too fatty, no finesse and delicacy... A shame for a 3 Star... In addition, a garlic dessert is quite unusual...and not to our taste. The potato and cocoa dessert was excellent in its originality. The sweet treats in terms of dessert, it's all in the visual but not in the finesse...the carrot trompe l'oeil madelaine had a poor texture... I love madeleines... The granita has no interest... Lots of crushed ice with a fennel flavor... And then? Fortunately we had a delicious time thanks to the staff, it was still good... But not at the level of the stars and the price... We will unfortunately not come back..... And we will not recommend it to our friends either... Excellent service... Fortunately, because we were the only ones in the restaurant. Then another couple arrived much later.
