05/07/2025: Six of us had dinner at this restaurant as a family. The setting is magnificent, with a beautiful garden and lovely outdoor lighting. However, we were disappointed by the food. The starters were fresh and delicious, but no issues. When it came to the main course, my husband and father had the rib-eye steak. Unfortunately, my father's had a different taste, with a cheesy aftertaste and a slight bitterness; the meat was clearly lacking in freshness. My husband's was bland. A shame for two meat lovers who come to a master restaurateur restaurant... We mentioned this to the server, who told us he would look into it. No one got back to us... We weren't impressed by the desserts. We won't be back.

10/12/2025: Perfect logistical base for a 2-day business trip to Sophia Antipolis. The entire team was efficient, friendly, and attentive. The reception was excellent, and the room was impeccably prepared. Special mention goes to the breakfast team, Alisson, Marwa, and Michel, who were very attentive to our needs and incredibly responsive—ideal for starting our workday off right! The facilities are very pleasant, elegant, modern, and functional. Well done and thank you, I'll be back!

19/06/2025: An excellent establishment located at the entrance to the village with a beautiful terrace. Mainly frequented by regulars (so a good place to go), the staff is very professional and particularly friendly. A very fine and extremely varied wine cellar where you're sure to find something you like. Drink on site (corkage fee) or take away. Delicious charcuterie and cheese platters are available, to be enjoyed without moderation.

At the Le Terre del Sud restaurant I had the pleasure of enjoying abundant, tasty dishes prepared with the highest quality raw materials. Each course tells of the passion and mastery of chef Mario, who manages to transform simple ingredients into masterpieces. The welcome was impeccable, Vincenzo, with his education and friendliness, looked after us with attention and professionalism throughout the evening, making sure that our every need was satisfied. Mrs. Agata, with her smile and kindness, made the atmosphere even more pleasant. From pasta to fish, to desserts, each dish was a journey into flavours. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to live a high-level experience, where every detail is taken care of with love and dedication. I can't wait to go back! 18/09/2024: Ambiance agréable, lumière tamisée sans obscurcir l'espace-table et un personnel remarquable de gentillesse, d'efficacité et d'attention aux clients. Bravo pour "le décor," donc. Où tout va nettement moins bien (euphémisme), c'est quand arrivent les plats: *portions minuscules *aucun assaisonnements. Les 3 tables alentours ont d'ailleurs demandé les ménages afin "d'éveiller" les plats. À ce propos, si le foie gras est parfaitement cuit, il est d'une insipidité rare. C'est bien beau de vouloir respecter les saveurs authentiques des ingrédients, mais on attend autre chose d'un étoilé. *aucun amuse-bouche servi avec l'apéritif. Pour un diner 2 services à 60-70€ sans boisson, on peut l'avoir mauvaise.. Note: merci à l'équipe de service qui, constatant mon mécontentement, a gentillement proposé de m'offrir un dessert (refusé).

10/09/2024: Un cadre charmant à l’intérieur petite terrasse à l’extérieur. Nous avons été accueilli par une charmante équipe qui reste au petits soins avec la clientèle. Une cuisine raffinée travailler avec des produits frais. Seul bémol personnel, c’est que le homard est canadien et non du homard européen, c’est une question de goût.😁
