10/08/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience at Christie's nightclub in Cannes. I completely understand that an establishment can have a dress code, but I find it regrettable to refuse entry to a customer without even trying to understand her situation. I recently had back surgery and, for medical reasons, I currently cannot wear heels. I was therefore wearing sneakers, not because I disrespected the dress code, but simply because I have no other choice to protect my health. I did take the time to explain my situation at the entrance, but unfortunately, this was not taken into consideration. I find this particularly disappointing, especially when someone clearly explains that they are wearing shoes adapted to a medical condition. I can understand that there are dress codes, but a little understanding and consideration for customers would really go a long way. It's a shame, because I would have liked to experience the establishment under better circumstances.

05/05/2026: If you're looking for delicious meat, look no further, this is the place. Special mention goes to the veal chop, which was absolutely amazing, and the homemade profiteroles (though without ice cream, a real treat). This rustic inn is run by a lovely family; I highly recommend it.

15/04/2026: It's magnificent, right in the middle of the slopes! We slept incredibly well at 1650 meters altitude. The room was very comfortable, the price very reasonable, and the breakfast was enormous.

29/03/2026: A real gem on the slopes of Auron! Between runs, or in the evening, a warm atmosphere, a top-notch welcome, and above all, cuisine that's well worth the trip. Special mention for the wood-fired meat dishes: perfectly cooked, incredible flavors—we simply loved them. They're generous, authentic, and exactly what you crave after a great morning of skiing. An address to remember for combining the pleasure of the slopes with the pleasure of fine dining. We'll definitely be back!

This restaurant, which has a slightly pretentious name if you don't know the chef is Mr. Disavow, is well worth the detour and is undoubtedly a worthy contender for a Michelin star. We had an exceptional time with the tasting menu, where everything was pure finesse and inventiveness, perfect pairings, and flawless execution. I give it 6 out of 5 for the quality of the dishes, and another 5 for the service and welcome, and unfortunately only 4 for the setting, which is very pleasant, but located on the edge of a busy and noisy road, which is a bit of a nuisance, especially at the beginning of dinner. I was told as we were leaving, while I was regretting this inconvenience, that I should have requested table 20 when making the reservation. Shh, it's an insider secret! In any case, the average of 6 + 5 + 4 equals... 5 out of 5! Thank you, Chef, for this exceptional moment in the company of your incredibly talented dishes!
