15/09/2026: The two of us were there for lunch for the second time today. The team is incredibly friendly, funny, and helpful. Both times, the food was a real treat, something we hadn't expected in such a small town. Last time it was the set menu, and today it was fish. We're thrilled! 03/05/2026: My first night ever in Nice I found this gem of a bar. I asked why so many are dressed in pirate outfits. Turns out it's their closing down party. Tragic. But happy to have had the chance to experience this last hurrah!

25/09/2026: A family-run Vietnamese restaurant with authentic flavors, a wide variety of dishes, and reasonable prices. The pho is delicious, and I love the atmosphere here.

03/09/2026: Appauling reception by the maitre d'hotel. Not an hello, nor a how are you. But a "We dont find your reservatiuon, despite having your name and credit card number down". Not an apology, not a "How can we help". Therefore difficult to judge the food. But the atmosphere was livid. Avoid, unless you like to be mistreated. One extremely nice guy though, taking care of the valet parling.

01/09/2026: I'm counting all my calories. An app found this restaurant by analyzing a photo of my meal. The truffle cheese was good and it fit well with my protein intake for the day. The dining room is very quiet.

13/09/2026: Beautiful green setting surrounded by mountains, easy access and very large parking lot with children's play area, dogs allowed, excellent and plentiful cuisine, slow service but welcoming staff and close to the customer, the toilets could be redone and it would not be a luxury.

14/08/2026: A warm, family-run restaurant with excellent service. The food is delicious, no complaints whatsoever. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend.

17/09/2026: In a town stuffed full over overpriced, touristy restaurants Le Bistro Marceau is a breath of fresh air. Great local fresh food, beautifully prepared, reasonably priced and served by a lovely family. If you're in Cannes then you absolutely must go here. We've only had lunch here a couple of tumes but they have live jazz in the evenings too. Oh, and the best dog in France as well. What more do you want?

03/09/2026: A complete disgrace! I reserved a table for four people. I asked for a table near the balustrade to enjoy the view, and I was told that was possible. When we arrived, the table wasn't the one we had been given. No one had told us that the kitchen would close at 2:00 PM (or 2:30 PM). They pressured us and rushed us to take our order. After ordering, when the food arrived, I asked the waitress if fries were included with our meal. The waitress, unpleasant, rude, and completely unprofessional, replied, "I only have two hands." I work in the restaurant industry and I know how difficult it is to meet every customer's requests, but I have never allowed myself to respond to a customer with such arrogance and rudeness. I was really disgusted by the service, it was shameful.

03/10/2026: I've had the sea bream and the pizza there, both very tasty. Attentive service, pizza arrived very quickly, pleasant atmosphere, admittedly in a typical tourist area, but definitely worth a visit!
