08/12/2024: A good find, my wife and I were looking for an authentic restaurant and we found it with this establishment. The welcome is warm, and the cuisine is prepared with care by a passionate chef. The prices are more than reasonable given the quality of the work and the (fresh) products. The chef has come into the restaurant to see if everything is ok, he will speak to the customer as if they were regulars of the place. Thank you for your welcome and for the discussion revolving around your cooking and choux pastry!!! Best wishes !!! See you soon !!!

28/08/2024: Wir kamen durch Zufall in das Restaurant. Die Wirtin war sehr freundlich. Wir bestellten einmal das Menü und einmal die Spezialität des Tages eine gemischte Meeresfrüchtegrillplatte. Das Essen war hervorragend, handwerklich top zubereitet und sehr lecker. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
27/08/2024: Authentic, home-cooked French food, served with a smile. A wonderful experience not to be missed. Scallops perfectly seared, beef fillet Rossini absolutely divine, oven-cooked Camembert that oozes onto your bread. Everything perfect.

20/09/2024: Small restaurant located next to the market, simple decor, checkered tablecloths on the terrace, welcome and service nothing to say. Good market cuisine prepared every morning by the owner, it's good, it's fresh, it's generous. Don't miss the grilled octopus and aioli and the homemade tiramisu for dessert. To do again? Certainly !
20/09/2024: If squid was this tender everywhere else in the world, I’d eat it all the time. A wonderful “plate of the sea” with squid, 2 perfectly grilled shrimp, superbly cooked fish, on top of delicious eggplant and bell peppers, in a light sauce with no butter. A light lunch that won’t put you into a food coma, allowing you to sightsee in the afternoon.

10/12/2025: As the bistro was booked for a private corporate event, we had the privilege of enjoying the bistro menu, but in the fine dining restaurant setting. The ambiance and warm welcome were impeccable, the starters, main courses, and desserts were superb, the organic wine from the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. We'll be back as soon as possible. Highly recommended!

21/09/2024: Lunch for 2 on a sunny Sunday. The opinion is quite simple since everything was perfect. The welcome, the food... No false notes. In short, let yourself be tempted. You won't regret it.
19/09/2024: There were three of us and we had not booked. However, we were received with open arms by Romain and his adorable mother.
This small restaurant steeped in history, the house having belonged to the actor Pierre Brasseur and his wife Catherine Sauvage until 1980, lives up to its name because it is all the pleasures of life that we were able to appreciate: eating well, drink well and chat well with Romain who does not lack humor.
Located in an intimate and warm setting with a magnificent view, it is a place of sharing where you feel at home or with friends.
This grandson of the writer Bernard Clavel, winner of the Prix Goncourt in 1968, is passionate about his profession who only works with fresh, local products in a short supply chain. Everything is homemade, from bread to cold meats.
We had a great time there enjoying an excellent meal and we will come back with pleasure.
We recommend it without hesitation.
