09/07/2025: A customer of this Nice specialty restaurant for over 10 years, I was very disappointed on Friday, July 4, 2025 to be served 5 defrosted shrimps when I ordered a prawn skewer. So 2 small bites to peel and dry. Snail butter on my goat cheese.......very disappointed! And the staff was off the mark....it's no longer the address I knew

07/07/2025: Excellent service! The waiters, Thomas and Robert, were very nice and very accommodating! They had a fantastic sense of humor, and the happy hour was definitely worth it! The food was delicious and the value for money was definitely good! I highly recommend it!

28/09/2024: I know I'm in France... and I shouldn't have ordered a pizza but I did. The crust wasn't fully cooked and the taste was bland. They served it with what appeared to be a chili oil but that also didn't have any flavour to it. As it was the only dish ordered, my rating can only be based on this. The restaurant was definitely busy as it was Saturday afternoon and there were two people serving. The one woman appeared to be doing most of the serving in the entire restaurant while a gentleman appeared here and there. Maybe I just stopped in on the wrong day at the wrong time and ordered the wrong thing because I just don't see how this could be so highly rated.

23/09/2024: We left immediately, asked if there was still room with a "hello" and "please". The reception was poor, telling us to wait at least 30 minutes in a contemptuous and non-courteous tone. Please review your welcome.

26/06/2025: We came with EF and I swear this could just be because the traveling company we were under purposely went for quantity over quality, but the food was bland and not that good, there was Nats all over the place, the water was warm, and it was super stuffy and hot,smelt like a gass leak, the desert was fire though.

16/11/2025: We had a reservation, but the service was incredibly slow. After waiting an hour at our table, we had to ask to place our order. The food was decent, but we had to ask twice for water, and then again for coffee, which took another half hour to arrive. There wasn't a single apology for the wait. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, another waiter came and offered us free coffee as a gesture of goodwill. It was very noisy; we couldn't hear ourselves speak. Disappointing.

16/11/2025: Hello, I was at the restaurant last night with my colleagues—there were about fifteen of us—seated right next to the table mentioned in the previous comment, and I'd like to add my experience. It's true that the service was slow: the servers were clearly overwhelmed, and it seemed like a particularly busy evening. However, when the waiter came to bring their coffees, we all heard him apologize for the wait. At that point, the way he was addressed really surprised us: the woman spoke to him very loudly and aggressively, saying she didn't want the coffees anymore and that she wanted the bill immediately. The waiter tried to explain that they were very busy and apologized again, but he was met with a very aggressive response, which made everyone in the restaurant uncomfortable. The waiter even offered to offer the coffees free as a gesture of goodwill, which seemed quite reasonable given the circumstances, but this was refused in the same tone. The situation escalated to such an extent that one of my colleagues had to intervene to ask the customer to stop shouting, as it was becoming intimidating for the staff. Yes, the organization wasn't perfect, yes, it was very busy, and the servers were doing their best under difficult conditions. But they remained polite and tried to find solutions. The Warm-Up is a brasserie with a relaxed, family atmosphere: if you're looking for a very quiet setting and impeccable service like in a fine-dining restaurant, this might not be the most suitable place. I simply wanted to recount what I saw and heard, politely, out of respect for the staff who work the evening shift and who don't deserve to be treated this way, even if they have to wait. 22/09/2024: Nous avons beaucoup aimé les pizzas. Nous y sommes retournés deux fois. La pâte était excellente : bien aérée, souple et croustillante. Personnel agréable.

Déjà on arrive on demande une table le serveur nous demande d'attendre dehors le temps quil dresse la table, chose qu'il na pas fait, il est parti et ne reviens jamais nous voir. Heureusement un de ces collègues très pro nous a installé et dressé la table. Concernanr les pizzas, rien à voir avec les pizzas d'avant. Ont ils changés le fromage ou.autre chose ? Pizza insipide, fromage dur sur la reine, avant le fromage etait coulant, la il etait figé et tout levgras ressortait sur la pizza comme si de l'huile avait etait rajouté. Je suis déçu. Dommage de perdre des clients locaux. J'espère que le patron prendra conscience des messages et que ça redeviendra les meilleurs pizzas
