20/04/2026: I enjoyed dining at Mets Vins Chics nearly every day during my stay at Côte d'Azur. My second night in Eze called for much celebration, so I trusted my server's guidance, recommendations, and selections for dinner and wine, and he so graciously created the perfect meal and wonderful evening. The entire staff was a part of making my visit a wonderful experiences. Also, I highly recommend the Paleron De Bœuf Braisé! Merci de votre patience face à mes difficultés linguistiques. 12/05/2026: Literally on the border with a dining area overlooking the entire city of Menton below, it's the perfect location to enjoy a variety of tasty and generous tapas, especially the croquettes (thanks to the mother). The welcome is warm and friendly. A great place to spend some time.

25/02/2026: Quite disappointing. The frito misto had two unpeeled prawns...the lemon tart was extremely basic, with a shortcrust pastry base as hard as wood. Very expensive for what I ate...plus the other diners were noisy, rude, and inconsiderate! I'd been wanting to have lunch there for a long time, but I won't be going back.

30/01/2026: A very pleasant restaurant with a terrace, facing the sea on the promenade in Cros-de-Cagnes-sur-Mer. The welcome and service were very friendly and welcoming. Excellent Italian cuisine. A very good place to eat.

Good service, attentive staff, and delicious food... the escargots de bourgogne are a plus... the pork melts in your mouth, the duck sirloin is a poem... and the pizza, which you might not expect much from a place outside of Italy, beats many pizzerias in the country. In short, it's worth trying again and again.

09/04/2026: A very popular spot where reservations are recommended. Pleasant, friendly atmosphere, quick and cheerful service. Pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven right next to the counter. Plenty of choices at reasonable prices.

26/02/2026: I wanted to try eating at this restaurant again. I had a terrible meal there years ago, but since I see it's still open, I thought maybe the quality had changed. The location is great and the restaurant is huge, but the quality is the opposite, 10 years ago as it is today. Very, very disappointed. I ordered coconut balls for dessert, which were inedible, or at least dangerous. The chicken and pineapple dish was boiled and had a stale taste. The rice was completely sticky. Luckily, the sauce salvaged it a little. I don't understand the 5-star reviews. It's just not possible. Run away to avoid getting sick. Sorry, but at some point, you have to be honest. How do they manage to sell food and survive? I wonder... I really don't understand.

22/04/2026: Yoko's food and experience was perfect. I heard from my Japanese friends in Nice about how great Yoko is that I came from Nice to enjoy....and it was a beautiful lunch. This is a real Japanese restaurant with exceptional quality food. Go and enjoy

29/03/2026: You enter here without being dazzled. The dining room, stripped to its bare essentials, clearly makes no attempt to seduce. No lanterns, no lacquered wood, no Japanese clichés. Nothing to hint at what's happening in the kitchen. And yet. Behind this almost austere decor, a French chef—assisted by his Japanese wife, whose precise and discreet service evokes the customs of the archipelago—creates cuisine of unexpected rigor. The ingredients are fresh, the techniques masterful, the dishes conceived with a meticulousness that contrasts with the simplicity of the setting. First, the tonkatsu: impeccable breading, perfectly crisp, juicy meat. A starter that sets the tone. Then, the goma udon: a delicately vinegared sesame broth, perfectly cooked noodles, a balance of flavors that testifies to true expertise. The trio of ice creams—green tea, sesame, and yuzu—concludes the meal with a fragrant simplicity, without a single false note. A glass of Ume Shu accompanies the meal, a light plum liqueur, dangerously easy to drink. We leave with the feeling of having discovered a simple place that does things right, cleanly and sincerely. A restaurant that doesn't try to be flashy, but masters the essentials: flavor.

09/04/2026: What a pleasure it is each time to stop and enjoy one of Sarah and Nicolas's unique products. It's a true delight for the taste buds. The trip is definitely worth it. This time we tried lemon-thyme and raspberry-grape ice creams. Bravo for these combinations and their boldness! Both young and old were delighted. I dared to try the 100% dark chocolate bar, and it's a pure marvel of balanced flavor, just like all the products in the shop. Thank you so much for all these sweet treats. See you soon!

10/05/2026: Passing through this restaurant, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very good experience! We tried two pizzas, and frankly, they were incredible, a true masterclass. The dough, the ingredients, the cooking… everything was top-notch. The tiramisu was a little below the rest, but the atmosphere and the welcome more than made up for it. We'll gladly return!
