19/07/2024: This little cafe is run by wonderful volunteers. The setting and ambiance are inviting with its beautiful garden and mismatch furnitures. And only on Fridays, during the summer,they serve a delicious lunch inspired by the world cuisine. Heads up, they are only open for limited hours during week.

23/09/2024: Es war ein Menü ohne, wirklich ohne jeglichen Geschmacksimpuls. Fade. Einfallslos. Dazu überteuert und nicht im mindesten überzeugend. Nur ausländische Gäste. Die Franzosen wissen besser zu speisen. Hier kommt keiner hin. Der Wein war gut. Mit 80 Euro waren wir in der unteren Preisklasse. Ob hier wirklich jemand 500 Euro für eine Flasche Wein bezahlt ? Die 250 euro Gesamtpreis haben uns wirklich geärgert. Service und Ambiente und Qualität stimmen nicht. Gewürze waren kaum herauszuschmecken. Pok Choi und Emulsion waren wie oben beschrieben fade. Le Tartare war interessant mit süßlich eingelegten Pilzen und Rosinen angemacht. Die Frischkäsebröckchen fielen kaum ins Gewicht. Aber ein Highlight war es nicht. Das Fleisch vom Hauptgericht war punktgenau rare gebraten. Die Gnocchis mit Gemüse allerdings wieder flach im Geschmack. Es fehlte die viel gepriesene Raffinesse in allen Gerichte. La Truite du Cians Entrée: Tarte Feuilletée de Truite Marinée, crème de Bresse aux oignons, vinaigrette à l’huile de Noix, moutarde et Miel à l’Estragon. Plat: Filet de Truite, Pok Choi et pomme de terre au Lard et baies de Genièvre, émulsion d’Ail fumé. Entrée: Le Tartare de Boeuf aux Girolles confites, raisins demi-sec, Noisettes du Piémont et Ricotta de Cunéo. Plat: La Pièce de Boeuf rôti, gnocchis vert aux aubergines et anchois glacés au jus de veau, sauce à la sauge. Der Nachtisch vervollständigte das Drama. Birne mit Parmesanstreuseln umhüllt ohne Pfiff als Angebot „Fromage“. Ingwer und Citrone im 2. Dessert war nicht zu spüren. Das Maroneneis hatte nichts von seinem herben Charakter. Die helle SchokoSauce brachte keinen Gegenpol. Der Keks war langweilig. La Neige de Brebis Basque au Poires pochées au piment d’Espelette et Griottes Poire au gingembre et Citron, Glace aux Marrons et sauce Chocolat, Biscuit Cannelle. Keine Empfehlung!!

10/09/2024: Our last day in vence, and we decided to extend our drive up north to this little town, Tourette Sur Loop. It’s another village for your morning walkabout. We chance upon this restaurant called Clovis, and glad that they were open. It was a Monday and most of the Restaurants were closed. The food, service and ambience were top! I recommend this place.

19/08/2024: We ordered from the Amarena catering service for my husband's birthday and we don't regret our choice. Everything was excellent both in terms of taste and preparation. The manager knows how to respond to your requests and needs with kindness. I will return there with great pleasure! Thanks for everything

06/05/2024: Of course Cannes is something special, especially right before the festival. But as a normal guest the visit is disappointing.

05/05/2024: We loved our stay from April 30 to May 3, 2024. The hotel is magnificent, the staff is attentive to us. We will come back!

13/07/2024: We stayed at an Airbnb located next to this bakery for 2 weeks. Every morning we would wake up with the delicious smell of bread and pastries baking, so yummy! We chose to eat at this bakery because the owners were always happy to see us. Every morning we were greeted by a smile and a happy “ Bonjour “. It made our day . Amazing and tasty pain au chocolat, ficellos, hot chocolate and brioche au chocolat. The last day, they even gave us a free cake for the route. Merci, au plaisir de vous revoir et bonne continuation.

24/06/2024: Great options and everything we tried was great! The people inside are super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend stopping by after a night out, early morning, or a late brunch!

17/08/2024: Big disappointment given the notes we thought we were eating well unfortunately this was not the case. The boss is a little dry sometimes and some comments made us uncomfortable, we will not come back, despite the attractive prices.

08/09/2024: We did a takeaway of the roast chicken that smells heavenly with meat falling off the bones. Absolutely succulent meat that is to die for! Highly recommended!

04/09/2024: Visited this rotisserie for a takeaway dinner in Canne. We are absolutely delighted to be received by the young man who seems like the owner. He explained very well every dish offered in this store. The price is reasonable and the chicken taste extremely good. It’s so well done, simply bone-off without the need to cut even if they offered. I will visit again when I’m in the area. Highly recommended

16/08/2024: Unspeakable dinner, rock-hard fennel for starter, followed by tasteless boiled red snapper with a slice of coppa between two slices of dry bread..... thank goodness we enjoyed the bread with oil!! Young and completely unprepared staff for a 5 star service. The two welcome flutes were added to the bill, and luckily we checked the bill to which two more had been added! A well-deserved star for the director and the location, truly beautiful!
