09/05/2026: My partner and I arrived at your establishment around 5:00 PM on Saturday, May 9, 2026, hoping to enjoy a pleasant moment with a bottle of champagne. To our great surprise, we were refused service with a particularly unpleasant and contemptuous remark: "At this hour, we only serve food." This response would have been questionable given the numerous empty tables, but the tone used left a particularly negative impression of an establishment clearly unconcerned with hospitality and service. It is difficult to understand such an attitude towards customers who simply came to enjoy themselves in a setting that is obviously intended to be upscale. Fortunately, another nearby beach, equally pleasant, welcomed us with professionalism, courtesy, and a smile. This significant difference serves as a reminder that the quality of a place is not measured solely by its location, but also by how its customers are treated.

14/05/2026: I find the whole thing, with all its fancy awards, completely overpriced. There's nothing offered, my dinner was a disaster: the steak was dry and tough, there were bones in the chicken, and the rest of the presentation was just awful. You can get much better elsewhere. I forgot an item of clothing, and they only wanted to send it to me for an extra charge. In Switzerland, you get that for free in every 4- or 5-star hotel. Sorry, I can't recommend this hotel.

31/12/2025: The civil registry staff are fantastic! They are incredibly kind and caring! It's rare to find staff like that!

30/04/2026: The service was good, but the cappuccino was unfortunately absolutely undrinkable.

21/04/2026: Returned the coffee, it was undrinkable. First you look confused and then blame the machine. Show some self-respect if you didn't manage to rip off a tourist! Apologize, and if you're a man, don't accept the money.

23/03/2026: Absolutely delicious! The owner and the staff were incredibly friendly. The boiled fish and flavorful eggplant were both fantastic, with authentic flavors. Highly recommended!

21/03/2026: The taste was okay, but definitely not as good as in China. The downside is that you have to wait an hour for each dish, and the chef won't start preparing your order until other people have also ordered it.

01/04/2026: Owner sucks, no understanding about extravenicular circumstances whatsoever. Go anywhere else, your money will be more well spent. Again, the owner is rude and off-putting

01/11/2025: Very tasty pizza at a fair price. Mostly used for delivery orders, there's also some tables along the road. Pizza is made quickly and very good. Don't expect a nice restaurant, it's just a very simple pizza joint.

02/12/2025: Small pizzeria, big on quality! Mamma Mia is a real neighborhood gem: generous pizzas, daily specials, and a small 100% Italian grocery section. We enjoy it every time; it's a true taste of Italy!

28/10/2025: Thanks to the pizza maker, the pizzas are very good. However, owner, you need to improve your customer service and show more respect for your customers. Some locals (like the municipal police) are welcomed with open arms.

02/05/2026: I stayed for a week in this magnificent 5-star hotel. The staff were exceptional, attentive to everyone's every need, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The spa was outstanding, and the rooftop terrace was lovely with its unobstructed view of Nice and the sea, bathed in sunshine—very pleasant indeed. The food was fresh and prepared to order right in front of you. The pool was clean, and the customer service was wonderful. A truly excellent stay; I highly recommend it! 😍😍😍
