03/06/2026: Absolutely nothing to complain about, a superb place I discovered recently. A friend who used to go there over 35 years ago recommended it to us. What a pleasant surprise! The dishes are beautifully presented, but above all, delicious and very reasonably priced. I recommend the octopus dish and the meringue for dessert. The staff is also incredibly friendly. This is becoming my new go-to spot.

01/06/2026: The worst service we have experienced in the south of France. Rude, arrogant staff that made the whole meal uncomfortable. Restaurant was extremely dirty, food took 45 mins to come out, the dessert fridge smelled off every time it was opened and shut. We also asked 3 times for share plates which they refused to give us. How you can be so incompetent and operate a restaurant like this is beyond me. Avoid this restaurant at all costs, literally anywhere else in Antibes is better.

02/06/2026: Great spot for some relatively inexpensive tasty pizza. We tried the Napolitaine, Flamekush and Nutella pizzas. The Nutella pizza was a bit underwhelming but the savoury ones had great flavour and good crust. The service was also very friendly. I give it 4 stars only on the food because the base was a bit dry but that was helped by the chilli oil the provided.

11/05/2026: For 2 minutes on the pool table, they charged extra. In principle, if the pool hall had been full, there wouldn't have been a problem; however, we were the only customers in the pool area, and then they complained because we divided the bill by the number of people in our party. This person was arrogant, and when I said I would leave a bad review because I was disappointed with their service, they gave me a threatening look. Absolutely no customer service skills; avoid them at all costs, especially since their place is practically empty. Poor guy, though.

04/04/2026: Thank you to the person who took care of us, Valérie I believe! A super warm, professional and efficient welcome! My father's birthday was great in a simple and friendly atmosphere (19 people). The food is simple but the value for money is consistent.

26/04/2026: We went there hoping for a peaceful meal, but unfortunately, the waitress was moving the restaurant chairs, which aren't equipped with noise-reducing pads. When I pointed out the extremely unpleasant noise, she replied that there was nothing she could do about it (I thought golfers appreciated peace and quiet!). Throughout our entire meal, it was nothing but a racket, which is a real shame. If you order a glass of wine, they don't offer any suggestions; they just serve you whatever they feel like. I find that appalling.

25/04/2026: A unique setting where the food is excellent, and the value for money makes you want to come back 😉😉 A warm and genuine welcome. I really love this place for the food and the peaceful atmosphere of the golf course.

20/04/2026: Super friendly service, fantastic carpaccio, delicious coffee… I didn't have room for dessert… but it looked wow… We left very happy.

29/06/2026: René Socca is a must-visit in Nice. It's a place from my childhood that I return to every time I'm in the city, and it's always a real pleasure. If you want to discover Niçoise specialties in an authentic setting, this is the place for you. The little benches, the wooden tables, the friendly atmosphere… everything is there for a truly Niçoise experience. The staff is very busy, given the number of customers, but we received a very warm welcome. I think that when you respect the work of those who dedicate themselves to their craft, that respect is reciprocated. Despite the crowds, we were served with a smile and had a wonderful time. An address I wholeheartedly recommend and where I will return with great pleasure! Florence.

09/06/2026: I just bought a Nutella cookie, and the €5 price tag already seems excessive. Then, outside the shop, I open it. I had previously asked the saleswoman if the cookies were homemade, and she had said yes. However, when I pick up the cookie, it feels like it's frozen. It's extremely hard, and I can't even break it by hand. Someone needs to revisit the definition of "homemade."

05/04/2026: Small but cozy place, friendly staff and very good food. Furthermore, which is very rare, they serve coffee with a free glass of water. Finally, the place is not called margot as on Maps but (o ble des lys).

29/05/2026: The food isn't great, but it's passable; however, the service is the biggest problem. The customer at the next table is complaining because he's been waiting for 10 minutes, while I've been waiting for at least 15 minutes. That's understandable, but not a smile from the two servers assigned to that area, not a glance... are they busy? They're running around... but why? Pointless back and forth. One starts taking my order, then leaves, and the other takes over. I'm served, I finish, I wait, and wait, they clear my table, not a "Did you enjoy it?" or a smile. They just glance at me from the till, "Would you like dessert?" I ask for the bill and specify that it will be by card. They come back with the receipt, but without a card reader. The server tells me that his/her colleague will take my payment, as he's already doing it for others. Well, no? I'm waiting... A restaurant can have excellent food or less excellent food, but it's the customer service that matters, and unfortunately, there was none here! It's worth noting that the restaurant was far from full.

29/06/2026: Unfortunately, it's not what it used to be, and the quality has dropped. It's a real shame, because we used to love this restaurant. The chicken no longer has that authentic Portuguese taste: it's dry, dry, and clearly lacks flavor. As for the ribs, they're good, but far too fatty. The prices have also gone up considerably. We're disappointed by this decline in quality and, unfortunately, we no longer recommend this restaurant.

15/06/2026: The food was very good. The only downside was the noise. The music was loud, and consequently, the other customers spoke loudly to be heard. The noise.

10/02/2026: Pizza du Mont Borron has excellent pizzas. The ingredients are good and the pizzas are generously topped. The wait can sometimes be a little long, but it's worth it. I highly recommend it.

01/02/2026: Disgusting. A disgrace. I ate a shoe leather. The €2 pizzas from Carrefour are better. And when I call to complain, they hang up on me. Enjoy
