04/01/2025: Je me suis dit en voyant l’endroit que ça serait un piège à touristes très cher mais j’ai été surprise et ravie du service très courtois et efficace du personnel, de la carte variée et abordable, nous avons pris des pizzas et des pâtes et tout était très bon. Les desserts sont délicieux et très copieux! Les tables sont justes un peu serrées et l’endroit est bruyant. La clientèle est un mélange de locaux, d’habitués, de touristes, de personnes m’a tu vu et de riches étrangers, cette mixité se marie parfaitement au lieu.
30/12/2024: Este lugar es una institución de Cannes y ha sido uno de nuestros lugares durante nuestras visitas regulares a Cannes a lo largo de los años. Siempre confiable, consistentemente buena comida y pizzas, servicio amable y precios razonables dada su excelente ubicación en la Croisette. Visitamos dos veces la semana pasada y sigue siendo tan bueno como siempre, utilizado por los lugareños y visitantes por igual. Muy recomendable.

02/01/2025: Family experience on a Thursday evening at the start of the year! Very good meat: entrecote ++ duck breast ++ salmon tartare with mango and avocados a delight. Only fresh produce!!! The only problem is the smell of cooking when you come home, but otherwise everything else is very good.

We didn't have time to order desserts or coffee, which they gave us the bill to pay 😂.
It's oddly often full.
I have often been disappointed in the past,
but I tried again with my father who came to spend a few days with us.
Bad experience.
The setting is nice, a little noisy, polite servers.
But the cuisine is no longer that of yesteryear... too bad.
It's more of a back-up canteen if you need to eat quickly.
There are some very, very good restaurants at La Turbie!
Unfortunately, the Café de la Fontaine is no longer one of them.

15/11/2024: It's absolutely delicious👍👍 The owner is also very kind. Rize specialty Vinh Phat fried rice is really delicious. The portion is a little small, but it's really delicious. The price is reasonable, so be sure to order it with other menu items and try it.

28/09/2024: I know I'm in France... and I shouldn't have ordered a pizza but I did. The crust wasn't fully cooked and the taste was bland. They served it with what appeared to be a chili oil but that also didn't have any flavour to it. As it was the only dish ordered, my rating can only be based on this.
The restaurant was definitely busy as it was Saturday afternoon and there were two people serving. The one woman appeared to be doing most of the serving in the entire restaurant while a gentleman appeared here and there.
Maybe I just stopped in on the wrong day at the wrong time and ordered the wrong thing because I just don't see how this could be so highly rated.
23/09/2024: We left immediately, asked if there was still room with a "hello" and "please". The reception was poor, telling us to wait at least 30 minutes in a contemptuous and non-courteous tone.

01/11/2024: La magnificencia de este lugar aunque abrumadora. El personal era muy servicial y profesional. Experimentamos lo que significa un nivel de servicio verdaderamente alto y la calidad de las bebidas también fue excelente. Este es uno de los lugares más exquisitos de la Riviera Francesa, que contribuyó a nuestra maravillosa estancia.
23/10/2024: Tenía muchas ganas de cócteles de cumpleaños pero me fui sintiéndome un poco desinflada y decepcionada. La decoración era suntuosa, pero el ambiente en general fue arruinado por la música, simplemente no encajaba. Dos chicos estaban cantando versiones de Radiohead, Megan traidor, etc y aunque eran muy buenos, simplemente no coincidía con el entorno. Luego, cuando llegó mi cóctel, vino en un vaso en forma de plátano, de nuevo fue el lugar equivocado para un vaso novedoso. Solo nos alojamos para una copa, ya que no era la experiencia con clase que esperábamos.

06/10/2024: A great experience in this small village in the south of France.
In addition to a welcoming atmosphere and friendly service, the food is fantastic.
We ate a delicious starter, followed by duck magret with divine pepper and unforgettable chicken.
The house red wine at a very modest price was delicious and the chocolate mousse was one of the best I've ever tasted in my life.
I recommend it very strongly. Especially because Biot is a delightful place to visit.

06/09/2024: If you get ice cream in a jar, you can't sit at a table because they'll come and remove you as quickly as possible. A service that does not match the quality of the ice cream, which is a shame!
This is shocking and very disappointing!!!

A service that I like, full of smiles and politeness.
Tasting level continues with positivity because it was divinely good.

15/09/2024: We spent a month in Villefranche this summer and were frequent guests of the wine bar at the Welcome Hotel, although we did not stay at the hotel. There is no better place in Villefranche to stop by for a glass of wine or a cocktail before dinner or anytime with beautiful views of the harbor and the waterfront. Good wines were available by the glass or bottle and they serve a killer gin and tonic with Monkey 47 gin in a large bowl glass at a reasonable price. We can’t wait to get back there!
09/09/2024: Nice lil wine bar inside of a hotel. Staff were lovely and attentive, and was nice to look out onto the sea / harbour.

Waited 20 minutes to finally see the priority Uber orders.
I do not recommend any professionalism at all.

28/07/2024: Visited on an afternoon in late July. We found the fresh air we were looking for and surprisingly also many games for children at an acceptable price, in a beautiful pine forest. There is also a great bar and a ski lift which in summer is used to go up to the top of a dirt track which you can ride downhill in small, engineless go-karts.
