24/05/2026: This Burger King has gone downhill and is quite sad for a city center location. The place is cramped, the tables are covered in leftover food, the floors are dirty and poorly maintained, and the trash cans are overflowing; finding a halfway decent table is a miracle… And I wasn't even there during peak hours, so there were only a few customers. And while I was there, no one bothered to clean the tables, floors, or trash cans. As for the table service, not a single greeting, the tray was practically thrown at the table. I ordered a coffee with churros, so half the coffee spilled on the tray. And not a word of apology. I don't want to make a scene, but I certainly won't be coming back. And given the poor quality of the food, that's probably for the best.

23/05/2026: This burger joint is the best in my city (Nancy). Besides being inexpensive and right in the city center, it's really great! I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy a delicious meal there!

08/06/2026: More than 15 days after a double charge caused by their own cash register malfunction, I still haven't been reimbursed. The manager, who was particularly haughty, had assured me that everything would be sorted out within 24-48 hours. She even asked me to come back the next day, as if it were the customer's responsibility to go and fix an error made by their establishment. Clearly, at McDonald's, taking the money is instantaneous, but giving it back is much more complicated.

22/05/2026: The sandwich was good and generously filled, plus they gave us a broken cookie in addition to ours! Very friendly service. It's a shame they were out of oat and honey bread; they often run out in the evenings. They still had Italian and Parmesan oregano breads, but they gave us great advice on the breads and meats! We had a great meal tonight, thanks to the team! 😁😁

15/05/2026: 10 attempts, 7 wrong orders! 20 minutes or more to be served—at this rate, it's no longer fast food, it's absurd! No compensation for the wait, nor for the repeated mistakes... Since the staff is mainly composed of non-EU nationals who speak very, very poor French and understand almost nothing of the language (Google doesn't allow you to specify nationality, anyway...), it's no wonder that sometimes 50% of the order is wrong, and that you regularly spend a good 5 minutes (no joke, I timed it) at the kiosk to order. Of course, when you don't speak or understand the language, it's also difficult to read the order on the board... In short, a complete rip-off!

14/05/2026: A quick snack break with my daughter (3 pm). SHAMEFUL! Almost all the tables weren't cleaned!!! Mayonnaise, food residue, and incredibly greasy tables... And the floor was even worse!!! Yet there were staff who weren't overworked!!! 🤢🤮 And then we had to wait.... We were very, very disappointed and I don't think we'll be going back....

05/05/2026: The manager present during order preparation on Tuesday, May 5th, around 7:10 PM, could certainly improve her skills, both in terms of order preparation accuracy and customer service. Oversights can happen, but an inappropriate attitude is unacceptable (thinking you're a manager is still an unattainable dream for some). I advise you to check your orders in person to avoid an unnecessary trip. It's a shame to see the service decline at this KFC!

31/05/2026: Warm welcome. Pleasant outdoor terrace. Generous and delicious food. Good burgers with soft buns and generous toppings. The salad dressing is a gem 😉 Delicious maple syrup iced tea.

29/06/2026: The only Quick in Lyon and the surrounding area where there are consistently long waits for orders. No matter what time you go. Whether it's rush hour or off-peak, you always wait far too long there. Luckily, the staff are friendly, otherwise it would be a disaster.

29/06/2026: It was one of the worst experiences I've had with my two children. We encountered a manager who was completely unprofessional, insulting, and utterly lacking in manners. And all of this happened in front of two children who hadn't done anything wrong. I'm very surprised that this kind of person works for such a large company and that no one has yet put her in her place. She needs to know that this kind of attitude is detrimental.
