17/09/2024: 20 people in a restaurant that holds 120 easy. I ask for a quiet place (I have major family problems with my 92-year-old mother who has just been hospitalized and I am the trusted third party, I have to telephone). I am placed near a family with two children and told that it is the only place available. I didn't stay. Don't come crying because we don't have people. A dissatisfied customer is a lost customer in all of your restaurants.

06/09/2024: Uber Eats order, placed this evening. The delivery man went around Nantes twice, even though he only had one order to deliver on the way. I am obliged to alert you with this notice to relay the information to Uber, since they cannot explain the complaint.

18/09/2024: Just a post to relate an important fact and elicit a reaction from management: this day, I am showing up with my 78-year-old mother to spend some time in a place chosen by her and where we go regularly with pleasure. Upon arrival, the waiter whom we do not know: coldly announces that I have no more room. Wait... he comes back and shows us a nearby tablet where there are already people and leaves without explanation. At this late hour and seeing several empty boxes of 4 I understand that he does not want to give us this place. I told my mother, given this lack of consideration, I refuse to eat here in these conditions. The server arrives again with other clients…. I tell him you have nothing else to offer us... he says no. Ok we are leaving…. He responds “go”…. This is how he receives a son and his 78 year old mother….. at 12:45 p.m. being in two places ready these days is a guarantee of quality and reputation. I regret because we like this restaurant and the usually friendly staff but here we came across the wrong one….this kind of person must work in a factory alone and not be in contact with the public…. For management, be careful about the people you hire at the risk of losing customers….

22/09/2024: More and more disappointed, I clarified that it was an Uber Eat order. Restaurant open at 7 p.m. and order placed at 7:10 p.m. to be delivered at 8 p.m. Otherwise in terms of burgers and fries, the fries were not cooked (white) and the quantity also decreased and the cold burgers had to be reheated, the one of the month was good. I took some extra nuggets, they are very good but I find they are getting smaller and smaller.

01/06/2024: Sir/Madam, I am writing to you to express my deep dissatisfaction with the inappropriate behavior of one of your bouncers at the entrance to your establishment. On 05/31, I went to your bar with friends to spend a pleasant evening. Unfortunately, a minor incident occurred when I accidentally dropped a chair on the patio. I would like to emphasize that this incident was entirely unintentional and I immediately apologized to those present. Despite this, the bouncer on duty that evening refused me access to the establishment in a very abrupt and excessive manner. I completely understand the need to maintain order and security in your bar, but this bouncer's reaction was completely disproportionate to the situation. Not only did he prevent me from entering, but he also showed a blatant lack of respect and professionalism. I am a regular customer of your bar and have never had any problems before. This incident not only ruined my evening, but also tarnished the image I had of your establishment. I believe that this type of behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards of service that you promote. I request that you please take appropriate measures to deal with this situation. I hope that action will be taken to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future, and to ensure that all of your customers are treated with respect and fairness. 14/08/2024: First visit to this buffalo, served by Isaac, who was literally adorable and gave us wonderful advice. Thank you for the advice and the good humor you bring. I had a double blue hamburger, very substantial, the blue was not strong enough in taste in my opinion, but still very good. We were next to children, a little noisy at times, without being unbearable. Highly recommend, overall great first visit.

20/08/2024: Very original immersive atmosphere. Very fast service and with a smile despite the number of tables. Hats off to the waiters and waitresses who remain very available. We loved our dishes. The price is high but nothing shocking, we are at the Disney village and the service is great.

10/09/2024: Shut this place down. The staff ensure the French get fed first anyone who isn’t from France last. The locals look at you as though they own the place.Giggle like schoolgirls as they laugh at the time it takes you to get served.Half the menu isn’t available. When the food arrived, surprisingly it wasn’t cold but very good.
