14/10/2026: Extremely disappointed by the menu change; we came to enjoy a French-style hamburger. Unfortunately, there aren't nearly as many choices as before. It's now just a regular restaurant.

11/10/2026: Delicious, although the room was a bit noisy.

13/09/2026: I wish to express my dissatisfaction with an order I placed at the KFC in Sartrouville. One complete meal was missing, as were the fries from another meal, two drinks, and two sauces. While oversights can happen, they unfortunately occur quite frequently. However, I am particularly disappointed by the manager's attitude. When I pointed out the missing items, she replied in a rather haughty tone: "No, everything is there." After I detailed the list of missing items, she finally completed the order, but without any apology or explanation, and with an almost irritated attitude that I would simply ask for what I had paid for. Mistakes can happen, but a customer should not have to justify themselves to receive a complete order. A minimum of listening, checking, and apology would have been appreciated. I wanted to bring this incident to your attention because it is primarily the way my complaint was handled that I find regrettable.

06/09/2026: Hello, I wanted to order the €5 promotion, but on Monday, I was unable to order it because they claimed the ice cream machine was broken. I asked if it was possible to order the promotion without ice cream, but they told me it wasn't. I find this very unfortunate, as a machine breakdown shouldn't prevent a customer from taking advantage of a promotion, especially when a simple solution like removing the ice cream is available. I would therefore like to understand why my order was refused and if you can offer a solution in this type of situation.

05/09/2026: A lovely break in the heart of Metz! Great atmosphere, fantastic decor, delicious food, and the cherry on top: a little surprise on the bill for both adults and children! 🤣🤣🤣 A kind word and a smile from the owner just make us want to come back! 💕💕💕

28/08/2026: We discovered this place by chance during our trip to Metz. All the dishes were delicious, especially the pasta with sauce and the lasagna. The prices were very reasonable considering the country and location. We especially thank Ms. Aylin for taking care of us. We definitely recommend it.

26/09/2026: The meat they use here reminds me of 1,000 peso hamburgers in Colombia.

25/09/2026: I came to get two portions of fries and they gave me tiny, barely-there portions. Even McDonald's doesn't have that much! €7.80 for crumbs?

30/09/2026: As a vegetarian, I ordered two burgers, one vegetarian and one vegan, and they were absolutely delicious! Generous portions, fast service. Special mention to the be rosti; it was simply divine. I highly recommend it!

20/09/2026: Good, although a bit expensive for the quantity.

28/09/2026: A great little restaurant to try if you like burgers and poutine! Admittedly, the wait was a bit long, but the service and staff were excellent. The food is very good; you can taste the quality.

24/09/2026: We've visited Jack's several times and have always been very satisfied! Their poutines are delicious, hearty, and made with quality ingredients. Special mention goes to the homemade iced tea with maple syrup! The staff is always welcoming and smiling, and the Quebec-themed decor is very well done. Excellent value for money considering the portion sizes. We highly recommend it!

13/10/2026: We were served 1 hour and 10 minutes after ordering, and when we were asked at the register if everything was alright, we mentioned the very long wait. The cashier replied, "Yes, we know, we gave everyone a 10% discount..." In other words: we have no say in the matter, and if we're not happy, we can eat somewhere else! Well, fine!

13/10/2026: We just arrived with a table for seven. We were refused entry to the restaurant because there was only one server. I find it appalling to have traveled so far only to be unable to eat at this restaurant, especially since we saw several other cars arriving and being allowed in. For your information, it was a Tuesday evening!

09/10/2026: So good, better than McDonald's!

07/10/2026: I highly recommend KFC in La Valette-du-Var. The restaurant is always clean, the tables are spotless, the service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and there are several attractive offers. I recommend it.

17/09/2026: Quick service and very pleasant staff, especially Laurent, who was very kind and always smiling.

16/09/2026: The order was perfect, and the service and food were excellent.

19/09/2026: At the Buffalo Grill in Carcassonne... a waiter named Zaki... attentive and energetic, he looks after his customers' well-being. The food was very good, but Zaki's excellent service truly made the difference. A rare gem for this establishment! We will definitely be back. Thank you... to him and the whole team! 👍

18/09/2026: Despite the kitchen disaster, the waiter was fantastic. THANK GOODNESS he was there because otherwise you would have deserved a star :p

05/10/2026: Good atmosphere and warm welcome

02/10/2026: We came as a family; it was very pleasant, very clean, and the staff were very kind. The service was impeccable and quick. Thank you to the team, we will be back!

13/08/2026: We had a wonderful time. Excellent service, lots of humor, and we loved it. Delicious and generous portions. I highly recommend it.

12/08/2026: Excellent meal, quality ingredients, a very good combination of flavors and spices. Pleasant setting and staff.

30/09/2026: I recommend it! The burgers are good, the service is top-notch and very customer-focused.

29/09/2026: So much better than McDonald's, I recommend it. Sébastien

05/10/2026: Terrible service, avoid at all costs. The staff is incredibly unpleasant, and that's putting it mildly. As soon as I arrived, a waitress behind the counter was making sweeping gestures with blatant disdain, clearly saying, "Get lost!" Kudos to this person for her excellent interpersonal skills! Zero stars would be great 👍

03/10/2026: One burger is missing from the order... There's an extra charge for unbearable noise in the restaurant...

07/10/2026: I'm a regular customer, and this isn't the first time I've been disappointed! The counter is closed for renovations (which isn't the issue). I'm told to use the drive-thru to place my order, which I do. Once I've placed my order, I wait for ages while several employees are busy preparing orders, and they're not very responsive. When I pick up my order, the employee doesn't put it in a bag with the drink; she just hands me the drink without a holder to keep it stable, which is especially important when you're in your car. Wanting to save money on packaging is one thing, but the quality of service needs improvement!

01/10/2026: Thank you for the service and warm welcome from Alexis and Hafida, they were fantastic!
