27/08/2026: The burgers were very good, as were the sauces. However, a croque monsieur was missing from one of our orders, which we unfortunately only noticed once we got home. When we mentioned it the next time, they didn't care at all. They just told me I should have come back that same day! (Once I got home... impossible!)... It's a shame, not very customer-friendly.

Avoid the KFC on Avenue des États-Unis in Toulouse at all costs.

02/07/2026: We arrived late, around 2 pm, but received a warm welcome. Unfortunately, the manager was alone that day, running both the bar and the restaurant. There was a slightly longer wait, but considering he was working alone, it wasn't long at all in our opinion. The prices are reasonable, and the food is very good, with excellent homemade fries. I highly recommend it!

11/08/2026: Super fun place, super friendly people, super tasty pizzas (we just found the burgers so big that they took away some of the tastyness) (so you're better off ordering an XL burger, not an XXL burger). But highly recommended!

26/07/2026: Pizza is only available for takeout, but you can eat in using the designated seating area. We ordered three pizzas, all three excellent and generously topped. The service was very welcoming, and there's parking available a little further up the road. Well worth the trip.

23/07/2026: A terrible experience at the McDonald's in Albert… The restaurant was practically empty, but despite that, we waited 25 minutes to be served. When we left at 10:50 PM, even though McDonald's closes at 11:00 PM, we simply opened the door to leave, and the alarm started going off. An employee came over and said, "Thank you very much," in a very unpleasant tone. I explained to her that I couldn't have known the alarm would go off since there was absolutely no warning sign. She told me I should have gone to find a manager to be allowed to leave… Sorry, but if the restaurant closes at 11:00 PM, I don't see why we should have to ask permission to leave at 10:50 PM. Between the wait when there was no one there and the staff's behavior, I won't be setting foot in that restaurant again. Their customer service and respect clearly need improvement.

03/07/2026: I placed my order at 12:00 PM and was served at 12:35 PM. The meal was cold. I mentioned it to the waitress, who simply apologized. We ordered an extra item: a burger, a salad, and nothing was clean. Plus, two World Cup meal deals were missing cups. Let's just say I won't be going back. Spending 50 euros to be served like that? No way, never again.

The food is bad, the service is incredibly slow, and even though they're slow, they manage to order the wrong drink, or it tastes awful. I ordered two King Jr. burgers with two Paw Patrol donuts for dessert, and since they said they were out, they didn't give me any dessert for my children. I don't really understand the concept. Anyway, first and last time at this Burger King.

10/07/2026: The place to eat is disgusting: the tables are dirty, there are mosquitoes EVERYWHERE, I left with three mosquito bites... and the food itself... I ordered a portion of fries, and there were only three fries in it. The market section is okay, even if it's overpriced, but the place is truly awful. The only positive point is the children's toilet; it's at a child's height. But even there, half the sinks don't work, there's no toilet paper, and the toilets are dirty... Plus, there was a smell outside that made it hard to breathe; I almost threw up. In short, avoid it at all costs.
