16/08/2026: The restaurant is very well located, with pleasant and professional service. However, we were a little disappointed by the food, which unfortunately didn't live up to our expectations. Overall, it was a good experience, but the quality of the food could be improved.

05/08/2026: We went to eat there as a group of four for the first time. We were disappointed!!! When we got home, I noticed there was smoke and a strong smell of burnt oil, which after an hour in the establishment was stinging our eyes (a woman even opened the window in the dining room 😬). When our order arrived, my husband's beer was half full of foam because it had fallen over 🤷. When we pointed this out to the waitress, she said, "Uh, no... it didn't fall over, and there's still some left." Oh, right, half full... great 👍. Anyway... we decided not to be fussy customers!! Then there was the egg-free and bacon-free burger 🤷🤷, and the duck breast burger had a tiny piece of duck and no sauce!! So, I was extremely disappointed, and the waitress was acting in bad faith 🥴. When there's a mistake, you own up to it, you don't try to get out of it, you leave, that's the bare minimum. It's a real shame because the place is nice, the presentation of the dishes is well done, and their bread is very good, so frankly, it's a pity.

24/05/2026: This Burger King has gone downhill and is quite sad for a city center location. The place is cramped, the tables are covered in leftover food, the floors are dirty and poorly maintained, and the trash cans are overflowing; finding a halfway decent table is a miracle… And I wasn't even there during peak hours, so there were only a few customers. And while I was there, no one bothered to clean the tables, floors, or trash cans. As for the table service, not a single greeting, the tray was practically thrown at the table. I ordered a coffee with churros, so half the coffee spilled on the tray. And not a word of apology. I don't want to make a scene, but I certainly won't be coming back. And given the poor quality of the food, that's probably for the best.

23/05/2026: This burger joint is the best in my city (Nancy). Besides being inexpensive and right in the city center, it's really great! I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy a delicious meal there!

27/07/2026: I stumbled on this find and would highly recommend. The sandwich was made with fresh curated ingredients - cheeses, meats and pates were authentic…don’t forget to get a glass of wine.

03/07/2026: Hot day, looking for somewhere to find a basic lunch. Got very lucky at this place. Traditional Bistro salad dishes, but never had one with a kind of nan bread full of hot goat cheese before (plus all the usual salad goodness). Excellent, great service, fairly priced.

15/05/2026: Always greeted and served with a smile, the food is excellent, and I hope the restaurant reopens soon. What this restaurant lacks is the Wincard system, which is implemented in other Memphis locations; I think the Wincard could increase customer traffic at Memphis!

14/08/2026: Everything was top-notch. The pizzas, the prawns, the salmon tartare... The beer fridges are impressive! The bartender gave us great recommendations. We didn't use the beer wall. Something to check out. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The staff is energetic and attentive. The music was nice, mostly blues rock from what I could hear. Not too loud. We were able to chat at our table. We'll definitely be back.

I realized after paying that the burger, fries, and drink had been charged separately instead of being included in a meal deal, resulting in a higher bill than expected. When I went back to the register to ask for an explanation and a refund, I was met with a very unpleasant response, with no attempt at self-reflection. Furthermore, the drinks I received weren't even the ones we had ordered. Mistakes can happen, but this lack of professionalism and respect is unacceptable. I do not recommend this establishment.

08/08/2026: A place worth the detour We discovered Steak Easy in Amiens as a group of 12, and let me tell you right away: the evening exceeded our expectations in every way. The first thing that struck us upon entering was the decor. The establishment fully embraces the American theme, with genuine antique pieces scattered throughout the dining room that immediately set the tone and immerse you in the atmosphere. You can tell the decor has been carefully considered, far removed from the hastily applied clichés sometimes found in this type of themed restaurant. As for the service, we have nothing to complain about: our servers were cheerful, available, and attentive throughout the meal, despite a group of twelve, which isn't always easy to manage. Every request was handled with a smile, in a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. And then there's the food. The burger, without a doubt, is excellent: perfectly cooked meat, ingredients that seem fresh and carefully selected, all in a truly successful balance of flavors. You can tell the kitchen doesn't cut corners. A little cherry on top (or rather, on the candle): one of us was celebrating a birthday, and the team offered us the traditional "Happy Birthday" song, complete with a candle on our plates. A simple gesture, but always appreciated and showing that the staff cares about their customers' special moments. Finally, the value for money is more than fair considering the overall quality of the experience, from the service and the food to the ambiance. A truly wonderful discovery, then, and a place we wholeheartedly recommend. We'll definitely be back!

We left the glass as shown in the photo, but despite that, we still had to pay for it, even though we'd said it was undrinkable! Perhaps a little training on how to make a proper Margarita is in order before serving it! Let's start by changing the glass!
