Despite their numerous automated responses like "We're not up to scratch," it's clear these messages are generated by automated systems and not by any real human oversight. There's been no improvement whatsoever, as it seems their primary objective isn't customer satisfaction, but rather increasing profits for shareholders. Following our complaints about a 20% price increase in June, they've implemented another 3% price hike on their burgers, all while maintaining increasingly poor service. I therefore recommend everyone boycott this McDonald's to send them a clear message. 03/12/2025: I came this Wednesday at 6:40 PM. There were very few customers (so not during rush hour). I ordered a Happy Meal which included fries, a game, and a hamburger, but it ended up without a patty, so it was empty… I can understand that during rush hour, but the fact that the McDonald's was practically empty is unacceptable. Check things before sending them out.

10/07/2025: Very good food, both quality and quantity. Good value for money. We were warmly welcomed and served by the friendly and professional manager. I recommend it without hesitation.

08/07/2025: Run away!!!! (Female) manager who isn't up to the task of running a restaurant! Unpleasant comments toward customers... We waited 40 minutes for our food, only to be told: "There's no more left..." with no sympathetic apology! Just saying "Don't cry, it's nonsense." What a disgrace... I don't blame the young waitress who's starting out, and I wish her a lot of courage in working with this kind of person.....hello, the training provided..... I reiterate my dissatisfaction at the checkout. We still paid €100 for two, and no one was any wiser. 09/01/2026: I really like this restaurant, I order from you regularly and I'm always satisfied with the quality 👍 However, there was a mistake with one of the dishes on my last order. 12/12/2025: Takeout order. The children's three toys and the Stranger Things glass were missing! This is very unfortunate. It's impossible to reach them by phone; it just goes to voicemail. In short, a disappointment.

10/12/2025: My order took forever to arrive, I honestly don't understand the service. Don't go there if you're hungry, it's so slow! On top of that, they forgot my nuggets and when I told them, they said I'd have to wait. Seriously incompetent there, and the portion size is stingy, frankly.

25/10/2025: Lamentable 😡 Burger ordered the calzone for 10 euros, this is what I received! Fries supposedly homemade for 3 euros, I received crumbs. I do not recommend at all!!! I never thought I would say this one day, but frankly, it's better to go to McDonald's.

25/10/2025: Burger not up to par, strange taste, like it was thawed. The potatoes are dry. In short, very disappointing. We won't be back.

14/11/2025: What a great discovery last night in the courtyard of the Irish Cultural Centre: Burger Boss is amazing! 🍔🔥 Incredibly delicious burgers, fresh fries peeled, cut, and cooked to order right in the truck, top-quality Rungis beef… Honestly, everything is fantastic. A real treat from start to finish. Go for it, I 100% recommend it! 🍟💥

05/12/2025: Honestly, they're great. You order, you sit down, you get your food, you eat. Simple, efficient, and fast. They're open until 3 AM, and even at 2:30 AM you can show up and they always have something to offer.

15/11/2025: Still as good as ever!! Generous portions! This fast food place, along with 129, remains one of the best sandwich shops in the 93rd district. The best milkshakes in the 93rd district! Only downside: the service is lax, especially with the tables! It's a shame.

29/12/2023: Comme promis à Oceane je met 5 etoile dencouragement pour tout les efforts reunis depuis peu dans ce burger king ou l'equipe a l'air davoir changer et qui est beaucoup plus pro qu'avant , a lecoute de ses clients Ce burger king a fait de net progres ! 5 etoiles continuer comme ça, je suis la personne qui a la mucoviscidose qui à discuter avec Oceane !
