14/03/2026: I recently visited the McDonald's in Puteaux and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and my order was prepared quickly. But what impressed me most was Anthony's service. It was absolutely perfect, truly flawless. He was very welcoming, polite, smiling, and attentive. You can tell he takes his job seriously and really takes the time to ensure his customers are well taken care of. Thanks to him, the experience was particularly enjoyable. It's rare to find such professional and friendly service in a fast-food restaurant, and it deserves to be highlighted. A big thank you to Anthony for his excellent work! I will gladly return!

I encountered a balding man at the checkout who was very unpleasant and not very understanding towards respectful customers. I only came here occasionally, but now I will never go back.

08/01/2026: I'd been there before. The hot dogs are very good. However, the service isn't great. And they didn't respect the opening hours. They were closed at 10:15 PM even though it said they were open until 2:15 AM.

19/11/2025: We couldn't get a table inside, but it was open after midnight, so that was cool. Super friendly staff! Not bad, but not exceptional, pretty basic in the end. But I personally found it a bit dry (hot dog). Big thumbs up for the homemade desserts and sides!

22/03/2026: The place is inviting, with a lovely setting. But the food—some dishes were good, but others, unfortunately, didn't live up to expectations. The menu isn't easy to decipher with an app. It would be nice if the drinks were accompanied by a simple appetizer, like peanuts or something, to create an American atmosphere. I understand that the current situation and life are complicated... But personally, it lacks a feminine touch, a woman with energy, zest, and a zest for life. We tried it, but unfortunately, it wasn't a satisfying experience for us. Wishing you all the best.

18/03/2026: While passing through Annecy, we stumbled upon the American Diner and it was a wonderful surprise! We highly recommend it: hearty dishes, fast and impeccable service, all in an immersive decor that transports you straight to America.

23/03/2026: Very disappointed, and it's not the first time. The app didn't work at either the table or the kiosk. No one was able to find a solution. A wasted wait, a waste of time, and on top of that, it was cold. Goodbye.

11/03/2026: I placed an order on Deliveroo for McDonald's Hoenheim, and after a 1.5-hour wait, the delivery driver only brought the drinks and ice cream. He left without me being able to tell him. I called McDonald's, and they said it was Deliveroo's fault, claiming the driver must have made a mistake. But I'm convinced it was McDonald's that made the error because the missing items are clearly visible on the bag's label. So, McDonald's customer service is useless, and Deliveroo is useless. After 10 complaints, 5 messages, and a promise of a refund, I'm still waiting. So, McDonald's Hoenheim and Deliveroo are finished. We'll go to Burger King with the kids. Keep my 40 euros.

19/03/2026: Hello, I've been experiencing the same problems when I go to the drive-thru for quite some time now. Orders are prepared very slowly, and yet again this evening there were no cars in front of me, or even behind me, and things seemed to be going smoothly inside as well. Every time, it's a long wait... a very long wait before being served and receiving the order. And don't even get me started on when the drive-thru is busy... it's a disaster, in addition to the frequent errors in the orders.

17/03/2026: Too many orders filled incorrectly, multiple drive-thru pickups, and often missing items. It's organized theft. Items paid for but never delivered—it's outrageous. No compensation whatsoever. The staff changes almost daily; it's understandable why, and management continues down this path, neglecting its customers. Seriously, I once waited 10 minutes at the drive-thru kiosk. There was no one in front of me, and a line of people behind me. I decided to move forward, and to my surprise, I had to wait another 30 minutes for the next line of cars to pass because I was outside the ordering process… the intern taking the order was in the restroom for 10 minutes? Wasn't there even a manager at that moment? Was he in the restroom too? Bring on the Burger King! 🙂

18/03/2026: I've been coming to O'Malo Habsheim for a year now to get my Malo burgers, tacos, and kebabs, and I've never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and efficient. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend it. Thank you to the O'Malo Habsheim team!
