29/01/2026: I casually went in on a Friday night to try a special edition snack from the "Emily in Paris" series. It was sold out, so I went for the classics, went upstairs to eat, and found a DJ playing and a breathtaking view of the Arc de Triomphe – experiences that only Paris can offer.

06/12/2025: During Covid, everyone was crying on social media: "Let us work!" So they started making deliveries. We, at work, were happy, we ordered, everyone was satisfied. Business is picking up again, and they're singing a different tune. They're telling us to get lost for an order of almost €120 (and yes, we're starving at work!). Claiming no delivery driver available... right in the middle of rush hour... (for an order that has to be delivered at 6:30 pm, someone needs to explain the rush to me). Anyway. They prefer money to supporting those who supported them during Covid... Several of us have stopped going there. On principle.

29/11/2025: I organized a surprise birthday party for my partner at this restaurant. We were expecting 40 people, but in the end, there were only 19… and yet, the owner gave me the exact same level of service and attention as if there had been 40 of us! He was very involved in the organization: choosing the main course, the dessert, the wine… He truly did everything to make the evening perfect. We ate and drank very well. The welcome was warm, and the staff was very friendly. We were already familiar with the restaurant for their à la carte menu, but due to the small number of guests, we had a set menu: vol-au-vent. The chef outdid himself; they were excellent. And what can I say about the dessert… A homemade chocolate fondant—you could really taste the quality. A true delight! Thank you for the warm welcome and professionalism. We had a very pleasant time at your establishment!

03/02/2026: My first day in Paris. Unfortunately, it was a rainy night. I took shelter from the rain at a restaurant called Hand. I was standing under a tent. Then the waiters saw me and folded up the awning… Then, after I left, they opened it again… I don't understand. And I was really upset by the indifference of the bartenders. A very bad experience.

18/01/2026: We come to Paris once a year and always make sure to have lunch at HAND, which we discovered while strolling through the city. For the past three years, we've been looking for a dish that might be just okay, but we haven't found one—everything is delicious. The pastries are all amazing. Thank you for the wonderful food!

07/12/2025: There are serious management problems at this restaurant. The wait time is consistently excessive (30 minutes on average). This might be acceptable in a traditional restaurant, but for just to fry four chicken tenders, it's outrageous. Furthermore, the quality of the burgers and other items is far below that of other restaurants in the chain. I want to emphasize that I'm writing this review because it reflects my experience after several visits, not just one. Not to mention the price-quality ratio, which is frankly questionable for this establishment.

11/02/2026: Extremely disappointed. I arrived today at 12:05 PM after a very long wait at the drive-thru to place my order: no hamburger, no cheeseburger, and no McDonald's sandwich in the kids' meals… The sauces we ordered weren't even put in our bags. And on top of that, they gave me a large meal without asking me. And yes, that's not all! The fries were completely cold! In short, we won't be back!

02/11/2025: Too bad, we went back on 2/11 at 12:30 and the door was closed without warning. Initial review: We regularly stop at this establishment when passing through Vierzon, but on our last visit we received a poor experience: - cold main course - cold side dish - bad burger served - required phone number when paying - wet toilets In a setting typical of an American diner, you'll find a full menu of US specialties: burgers, hot dogs, wings, and the traditional Mac & Cheese.

01/09/2024: Passing through your city, returning from vacation this Sunday plus 1 hour wait at the counters the staff laughed about it in to do. Flee this KFC. To the attention of the boss in France 4 million unemployed. You will definitely find someone who wants to work. Not like your staff this Sunday, August 1, which is crazy about customers.

15/01/2026: I'm reacting to KFC's recent switch to "all halal." In a secular country like ours, I don't understand this decision. It's not just an option, but the entire menu. Why cater exclusively to one religion and ignore others? I find it unfair. Furthermore, we often forget that this method of slaughter is more cruel than conventional methods.
