14/05/2026: Our order took forever to arrive... A Royal Deluxe and a cold cheeseburger. An employee in a shirt, who I assumed was a manager, brought our order but then took it back because we weren't happy to pay for cold food served at the table. He went to reheat them... instead of giving us more. He forgot about them and didn't bring them back... so we had to go ask for them again at the counter... everyone had finished eating when my husband was just starting on his burgers... very disappointing

13/05/2026: My daughter was eating her fries, and what do we find at the bottom of the container? A lid from a cream sauce stuck to the bottom. I went to a member of staff and asked if they cleaned the dishes, showing them the bottom and telling them it was a bit of a hygiene issue. She looked at me and said, "There's nothing I can do, it's the dishwasher, it happens."

24/02/2026: I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendly welcome from the bartender. Excellent service! A very typical local bar, well worth a visit. Fair prices.

04/05/2026: So, unfortunately, I'm forced to go through this process because you're ignoring the follow-ups from KFC headquarters. My children and I had food poisoning from your chicken. I opened a case and sent three follow-ups, but you're turning a blind eye. I requested a refund for my order, but you haven't responded.

03/05/2026: We order often because we like it, but the service at the Villiers location always leaves much to be desired. They forgot a fry and the dessert for one of the children… last time, they were missing the children's drinks and dessert, but since they didn't offer me a receipt, I couldn't get a refund on the KFC website, even though I had a copy of the initial receipt on my bank account. Frankly, it's frustrating.

25/05/2025: Overall, it was good and worth the price. Friendly waitress. Good selection. Very good desserts. I'll definitely go back.

21/05/2025: Hello, I'm a customer at Memphis, but I went there today and the meal was disgusting. They still dared to charge me €27! The Memphis sauce wasn't even fresh; I have photos—it was all yellow.

13/05/2026: No wait, ordered the set menu, reasonably priced. Our starters were very good. However, the meat was tough, with many crunchy pieces, which was a shame. Desserts were fine, a yogurt with honey and nougat.

The manager, Sandrine, has a gift for giving a warm welcome, and what a pleasure it is to settle into a comfortable sofa and sip a good coffee.
