02/10/2026: A great find at Midtown in Plouzané with my colleagues! 🍔 I tried the burger of the month with raclette cheese and Molène sausage: a real treat, very indulgent and with ingredients that are a bit out of the ordinary. 😋 For dessert, I had the gourmet coffee, which included an excellent brownie! A really nice place to eat in an American-style atmosphere, with generous and flavorful dishes. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back!

04/09/2026: Everything was great! The concise menu hints at the quality that's reflected in the dishes; I was pleasantly surprised by the mocktails, which were divine. The menu clearly indicates what's homemade and what isn't, and honestly, everything tasted homemade because it was so delicious 😌 What a pleasure to eat in Midtown!!! Thank you so much 🙏

08/10/2026: The service was really mediocre, the restaurant wasn't cleaned and was therefore dirty, and the burgers were just average. Frankly, not a great experience. Avoid it.

22/08/2026: A fantastic find! Located in a quiet area. The exterior is very basic, but the interior is great. The avocado burger is excellent, a real treat. The service is top-notch; they're lovely. Burgers that are a welcome change from the traditional cheese and bacon. And the bun is both thick and light! Absolutely perfect!

15/09/2026: A very good experience. We arrived at 2:30 pm, later than the lunchtime service at other restaurants, and were warmly welcomed by a friendly waitress and a chef who, despite the late hour, was there to serve our burgers. My only slight complaint is the price of the burgers, but this includes unlimited drinks and, if I understood correctly, unlimited fries. Of course, the burger itself was quite generous, so we didn't even need to ask for more fries. I'm very happy I came and was so well received! Thank you both.

13/09/2026: Today, September 2026, new Route 66 sign: we arrived at 12:45 PM and left at 1:30 PM without our order being taken. There were three servers, three tables, and one other server who arrived after us had their order taken, but ours wasn't, so we went to the other table. There wasn't a soul around. The table next to us was complaining about the temperature of the food. And the servers just watched us wait while they went to get a drink... Change businesses or staff. Previous review from the Memphis days: only the setting and the themed decor remain interesting. The service was very slow, and the interactions with the server need improvement in terms of language skills (as he put it: "A brothel at his age"). Regarding the meal, it was fine for children. For adults, it was very bland and heavy. And yet another restaurant that can't even make a Caesar salad for €16 (the salad wasn't curly endive and baby spinach, but romaine lettuce...). The price/quality ratio is not good. Too expensive for fast food.

07/09/2026: A relaxed atmosphere on the terrace in the evening, and the staff were very friendly. There was a good selection of dishes and desserts, all reasonably priced. We had the truffle pasta, which was delicious, but the burgers were pretty good too.

02/08/2026: Absolutely disgusting, the atmosphere is awful, expensive for the price, always sick and cold, in short, never in my life would I have gone there. I dreamed of going there.

03/10/2026: Two pints ordered during Happy Hour, and when the bill came: €20. Clearly, at your place, "Happy" mainly applies to the person taking the money. Check your bill carefully before paying, because apparently you have to do the server's job.

22/09/2026: At the last minute, I wanted to celebrate my birthday, but I didn't have a place. A friend recommended this bar, and shortly after making my request, I received a reservation confirmation for my nine guests. Once there, we were warmly welcomed. It wasn't too crowded for a Friday night, the waiters and bartenders were lovely, and the drinks and snacks were excellent. I recommend this place 1000%! Plus, there was a DJ from 10 pm, so we could dance until closing time! See you soon!

27/07/2026: I stumbled on this find and would highly recommend. The sandwich was made with fresh curated ingredients - cheeses, meats and pates were authentic…don’t forget to get a glass of wine.

09/09/2026: Stumbled across this place while cycling to Lac de Montriond. Tuesday night was their last BYO Bbq 🍖 so we grabbed some meat from the shop next door and chef cooked our food perfectly. You could help yourself to bread, coleslaw, potato salad and condiments. We had a fab evening and met some great people. ✌️

05/09/2026: Great food, great service, great vibes. La marmotte d’or is a truly special spot, the interior is cozy and welcoming and the sprawling terrace has gorgeous views of the mountains; the sunsets here are stunning! The food is very well-portioned and reasonably priced with some good vegetarian and vegan options. There’s a good variety of drinks: beers, wines, cocktails and mocktails. The bar regularly hosts events and concerts so it’s a great place to spend a fun evening. The staff is very friendly and all speak French and English. If you’re in or around Montriond it is truly worth the stop!
