05/01/2025: We were most impressed by the friendliness, happiness of the main lady who greeted us as we came in from a cold night. The service was perfect and the meal was wonderful for two cold hungry travellers. To be greeted with such a wonderful smile and a feeling that you were very welcome and valued as a customer was so refreshing. Thank you for the very satisfying burger and particularly the very smart, respectful lady who made the place so warm and welcoming for us.

22/12/2024: I recently dined at this restaurant and it was a lovely experience. The warm welcome and friendly atmosphere immediately put me at ease. What struck me the most was the kindness of the staff, who really cared about our well-being throughout the meal.

04/03/2026: Initially, I didn't know anything about it, but after looking it up on Google, it seemed pretty good, and frankly, I recommend it 100%. Friendly staff, quality ingredients, and an easy-to-understand menu. 5/5, nothing to complain about.

15/02/2026: Probably the best burgers in the area: quality ingredients, perfectly cooked. A major drawback is the fries: consistently soggy (probably a poor choice of potato). The chicken nuggets, on the other hand, are incredibly dry, which is a shame because the breading is nice!

14/03/2026: The food is good, pub grub, simple. The service is very good, the drinks especially the cocktails are done well. The staff are friendly but sadly the manager is ill equipped to deal with customers where she is aggressive and ill mannered where we would struggle to come back because of her. She is not for customer service at all!

01/03/2026: We came to Paris on holiday from Naples, Italy, hoping to enjoy a pleasant evening with our family. On February 27 at around 7:00 PM, we visited Bugsys (15 Rue Montalivet, 75008 Paris) as a group of 10 people. Unfortunately, this place turned into a deeply humiliating experience for us. Before ordering, we asked a female staff member about the Happy Hour and were assured. Based on that confirmation, we ordered large glasses of Moretti around 7:00 PM. However, when the bill arrived, we realized that we had been charged full price instead of the Happy Hour rate. When we politely questioned this, an older woman who identified herself as the manager responded in a very rude and dismissive manner. Instead of calmly resolving the misunderstanding, she told us that it was 8:30 PM and Happy Hour was over — even though our order had clearly been placed at 7:00 PM. What made the situation worse was the way we were spoken to in front of other customers, staff, and families. It was extremely embarrassing and disrespectful. As visitors to Paris, we expected professionalism and basic courtesy — not public humiliation. A restaurant is not only about food and drinks, but also about respect and customer service. Sadly, we did not feel respected here. I hope the ownership takes this feedback seriously so that no other family has to experience the same disappointment. — Lorenzo Mario

08/03/2026: Very disappointed with my visit today, which will be my last… I used to eat in there occasionally (occasionally, because the prices are still quite high), but I frequently stopped by for a bacon milkshake. Today I was told that this is no longer possible because the restaurant has converted to Halal… Adapting to accommodate new customers is one thing (even though I'm against it and no longer eat in Halal restaurants due to the animal cruelty involved in this slaughtering technique), but to go so far as to eliminate the legendary recipes of a 40-year-old company… the American founders must be very disappointed with what has become of their brand…

07/03/2026: Absolutely fantastic! I came on March 4th at noon, and everything was perfect. The manager, Anthony, is super professional and manages his team with a great sense of humor 😜. The employees are welcoming, smiling, and very efficient 🙂 Fast service, complete order, and piping hot. Clean restaurant, pleasant atmosphere. It's a real pleasure! I highly recommend this KFC 👏

25/02/2026: Very disappointed, the service was incredibly slow. It took two of us to explain the till to the new customer, and we were left waiting. I won't be back anytime soon.

01/07/2025: Great for the evening!!! However, avoid it for morning coffee; the serene is as unpleasant as can be.

28/06/2025: The bartender was nice but the server was horrible, he spoke badly and pushed you to get through, so you did your best to be stuck at the bar, knowing that there were very few people. I had a simple lemonade, it wasn't even fizzy (check your PETs maybe?). I was just passing through, so I wouldn't recommend it. Have a nice day :).

09/03/2026: I want to share an episode that goes far beyond a simple bad dining experience. It's the contemptuous, intolerant, and deeply humiliating treatment my family endured at the Sisters' Cafe in Versailles. There were five of us: me, my two young children, and the grandparents. A moment of normal family conviviality turned into a nightmare. The place was small and crowded, but we sat in the back, hoping for a quiet lunch. The problem began when, when the owner (or manager) arrived to take our order, we revealed ourselves to be non-native French speakers. My in-laws, in particular, spoke basic French. The most "complicated" request? My mother-in-law, seeing "Croque Monsieur" on the menu, politely asked if it was possible to have a simple cheese toastie, a more basic version of the same dish. Nothing out of the ordinary, a request that in any establishment with a minimum of courtesy and flexibility can be granted with a simple "yes" or "no." The man's reaction was straight out of a horror movie. Instead of explaining, trying to understand, or even politely denying the change, he immediately became angry. His face darkened. In an aggressive tone and without any explanation, he pointed to the door and ordered, "Out." That's right. "Sortez!" We were stunned. At first, we couldn't believe our ears. We tried to figure out if we'd misunderstood. But no. The man, visibly furious that we dared not order exactly as planned, insisted on kicking us out. The reason? Having the audacity to ask for a simple change (not an extra dish, not a complication, but a simplification!) and not speaking perfect French. We were literally thrown out, under the embarrassed eyes of the other customers, along with two confused children and two mortified elderly people. My mother-in-law was devastated, feeling guilty for not understanding the term "Croque Monsieur," as if that justified such a violent and hostile reaction. Think carefully before going to this place. This isn't just bad service; it's pure and simple discrimination against those who aren't local or don't speak the language. It's unspeakable arrogance that translates into humiliating an entire family out of pure caprice and intolerance. I've never written such a negative review in my life, but what happened at Sister's Cafe cannot and must not go unnoticed. Never again. There are civilized ways to handle a misunderstanding or an off-menu request. Chasing away customers isn't one of them. It's an act of commercial barbarism.

20/02/2026: I'm very surprised by some of the comments. Not being from the area, this is my first time at this restaurant. Excellent kebab, hot and crispy bread, lean and very generous portion of meat. As for the crispy and golden fries... I don't know of any equivalent in the 95th district.
