06/03/2026: Seriously, there's always a problem! It's impossible to get through to them on the phone; they just hang up automatically. I've called at least 10 times. I ordered online, and there's always something missing. It's completely unacceptable, and they refuse to give a refund. It's so frustrating! You just need to read the order carefully; it's pretty simple, isn't it? Go to another McDonald's if you want to receive and see your entire order.

24/08/2026: A friendly atmosphere in the heart of the Tuileries, excellent, typically French food, and prompt service. Tables are available inside and outside under the chestnut trees.

18/08/2026: The service was atrocious. We waited so long we had to leave before dessert. The waiters were nonchalant and never smiled. The food was greasy and low-quality… completely uninteresting. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby. It might have been nice 15 years ago, but now just keep walking; you're guaranteed to be disappointed.

05/08/2026: We wanted to have dinner to try it out because the place looks nice. We started by ordering a drink. When we asked for a cocktail, the owner made fun of us. He had absolutely no tact and made very unpleasant remarks. We ended up having a quick drink and then went to eat elsewhere where we received a very warm welcome. That said, the staff are lovely; it's the owner who's the problem. Avoid this place; there are plenty of other options in the area.

07/06/2026: I regularly come to this place with my son, and it's one I highly recommend. The crepes are excellent, as are the hot dogs, bagels, and milkshakes. I particularly appreciate the owner's flexibility; he readily adapts dishes to suit individual tastes, allergies, or dietary needs (for example, with plant-based alternatives). But what truly sets it apart is the welcome. The owner is incredibly kind, a great listener, and especially caring with children. He knows how to create a warm atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. During a period when I had work commitments, he even welcomed my son for lunch and made sure he got back to school afterward, which was a huge help. It's also a pleasant place to work or study on your computer thanks to the dedicated space nearby. Between the quality of the products, the friendliness and the attention paid to customers, it is a precious address that I am always happy to return to.

29/05/2026: The place is already GORGEOUS, a real breath of fresh air with the new layout 🙂‍↔️✨. As for the value for money, I highly recommend it 🥰 it was delicious and the portions were perfect!

21/08/2026: Very good food, but very long wait between courses, when ordering we were not asked if we wanted dessert, we wanted to have it later but the wait was so long that we left because the waitresses were passing in front of us without stopping.

21/08/2026: Nice place and the food was quite good and relatively generous, but the wait was interminable due to a machine problem and the staff were completely unresponsive. A shame!

01/07/2026: Unacceptable! The self-service kiosks don't work. We try our best to place orders between glitches, but in the end, we don't get what we ordered because we can't even finalize the order. The staff knows perfectly well that the kiosks aren't working and offers no compensation whatsoever; worse, they treat customers with contempt.
