09/07/2025: Mediocre An employee made a mistake by retrieving my order from the register while I was paying. As a result, I paid for my order twice, and worse, I had to come back once I'd been charged both amounts. The manager is incredibly friendly. She doesn't know what customer service is. If I could give zero stars, I would. I don't recommend. Run away. Moreover, it's expensive for what it is!!!

To the attention of the boss in France 4 million unemployed. You will definitely find someone who wants to work. Not like your staff this Sunday, August 1, which is crazy about customers.

08/06/2025: I don’t know what happened to this place. Maybe there was a change of management. It’s been two times I come here and the food hasn’t been great. I used to crave their cheeseburger but last time I had it wasn’t good. The meat was overcooked I even though I had asked for rare. The taste was not great either. I didn’t eat it. That being said, my friend’s club sandwich deluxe was good so we shared that instead. I thought it was an isolated incident. Second time I came here was yesterday, and my scrambled eggs were not eatable, there was liquid egg water on the bottom of the plate, not very appetizing. Also a piece of bacon from my friend’s plate looked stale, and she preferred not eating it. Service was friendly but not well organised. The runners are clearly overwhelmed and the person supposed to seat people and take orders is completely out of it. I don’t think I’ll come back to this address, which is a shame because I loved their menu. Hopefully the one on the left bank is still good.

23/04/2025: Great place to have a complete breakfast or lunch in the 16th close to Trocadero ! Fresh food, delicious desserts great people ! And we live in the area coming here for 20 years 😊

08/12/2025: Tonight they refused to serve tea. If you don't order anything, the toilet is inaccessible. I've never seen anything like it! Shame on this shopkeeper. Hot chocolate was €3.80, not a drop of milk! There were two of us! I was barely allowed to sit down. I come from Franche-Comté; I'll remember the hospitality of Lyon.

18/12/2024: Great experience at McDonald's! The service is fast, the premises are clean and the team is really welcoming. Special mention to Anthony, the manager, who is always smiling, professional and attentive to customers. He ensures that everything is impeccable, which makes the experience even more pleasant. The burgers were hot, well prepared, and a very generous quantity of fries. Honestly, I recommend this McDonald's for a moment of relaxation and pleasure. Well done to the whole team!

24/03/2025: La qualité des produits et du service se dégrade de plus en plus et c'est bien dommage…. Nous avons commander une entrecôte elle était rempli de nerfs, le rumsteak était censé être à point il est arrivé bleu. Les tapas étaient trop cuits Obliger de réclamer une carafe d'eau sinon personne ne vient nous voir, temps d'attente entre les plats trop longue. Ce n'est plus ce que c'était et sans parler des prix qui n'ont pas été revu à la baisse.

15/02/2025: Plat froid, une fois retourné, plat chauffer aux micro-ondes ,le pain des burgers dur le jambon grillé Alosse pas mangeable. Pour un anniversaire, notre fille a eu son plat à la fin après avoir attendu plus d’une heure et demie. Je recommande absolument pas. Obligé de réclamer le gâteau anniversaire avec la musique , du coup nous somme partie avant. Trop long 19h45 sortie 22h16 . 🤔.

09/07/2025: The restaurant is a disgrace. You have to be lucky to find clean cutlery, plates, or glasses. I didn't eat anything there because it was just disgusting. I called the supervisor and showed him the food. He immediately became angry, and I felt threatened. As a supervisor and CEO, I would be ashamed of this performance. We ate elsewhere the rest of the days. Everything there is simply filthy.

05/09/2024: Adresse à retenir, personnel très accueillant, quant au rapport qualité prix il n'y a rien à redire. Nous avons passé une super soirée après le décollage de la vasque, cela restera une soirée inoubliable. Merci à tous pour l'accueil que vous avez réservé aux mamies ravies
