13/05/2024: 6 of us had take away burgers ,quite simply we all agreed we were robbed ,we paid full menu prices for take aways that were wet , soggy and cold , clearly they had been prepared well in advance of collection, from 6 boxs ,we threw 2 whole boxs away never again

01/07/2025: Placed at your KFC restaurant drive-thru on July 1, 2025, around 8:30 p.m.
I ordered a Spicy Tower Box meal, tenders, two Krunchy fries, and bacon fries.
However, once I got home, I noticed several errors in my order:
• I received a Boxmaster meal instead of the Spicy Tower Box
• The fries were plain instead of bacon fries, as requested
The tenders and two Krunchy fries were there, but the order was not what I paid for.
Given that I couldn't turn around, I'm really disappointed with my experiences at this fast food restaurant. Not once was my order complete or correct... I do not recommend it.
Thank you in advance for considering this complaint.
30/06/2025: I haven't been to this restaurant for several months, using the drive-thru, because the wait was way too long.
Tried it again today: a 20-minute wait for two tacos and a sandwich! There was only one car in front of me.
When are you going to do something about this, KFC? You're going to have to rethink your drive-thru concept...
At this rate, you'll soon have no more customers and will have to close!!
Unless that's the goal?

08/09/2024: Découverte de ce restaurant via une Smartbox. Très bonne surprise. L'établissement ne paie pas de mine de l'extérieur, mais cela vaut le coup de s'y arrêter. Personnel chaleureux et accueillant. Burgers de bonne qualité, très copieux avec une mention spéciale pour les buns qui sont excellents. Gros coup de coeur pour les milk shake, gourmands et délicieux (vanille et Kinder bueno). N'hésitez pas à vous y arrêter!

Des burgers très goûteux, des frites, excellentes, des bières originales, et un accueil très sympa. La déco intérieure est bien représentative des « dinners » aux States.
Le tout pour une addition légère, nous recommandons fortement !

18/12/2024: Since the return of the old card, I find the experience even better! The burgers are always just as tasty, with fresh and well-balanced ingredients. The brioche bun is soft and golden, the meat perfectly cooked, and the cheese delicately melts in the burger.
The fries are crispy and served in generous portions, which perfectly complements the dish. The atmosphere remains friendly, with fast and pleasant service. A great address for lovers of gourmet burgers.

05/12/2024: Twice in a row that I have come to your place and we are more and more disappointed even though we love coming at least once a month... it's cold and some of your tenders are the size of one of your competitors' nuggets... so first we found the price correct for good service, now we find it expensive for the quantity… well, I hope for an improvement otherwise I think you will lose a lot of customers… I'm not the only one to say that!! !

I have never seen a fast food restaurant with so few employees (only one in front doing everything).
Given the latest comments on the heating I think the managers don't care, we had to eat with our coats on... shameful
I will come back when you have hired staff
