13/06/2026: I just placed a click and collect order at 11:50 PM, received it at 12:45 AM, and received no compensation or apology... This is supposed to be a fast food place! If I'd gone to the one in Bordeaux, I would have already come back!!! Never again will I go to McDonald's in the Bassin d'Arcachon!! Luckily, a Burger King is opening in Biganos!! I strongly advise against this McDonald's.

15/05/2026: The staff were very friendly but rather reserved. The sandwich was the usual Subway type and quite generous. It's a shame we had to get takeout because the restaurant wasn't open the evening we went.

17/06/2026: Ice cream reviews. The chocolate-topped ice cream is good, but I find the pistachio-topped ice cream a bit too sweet.

21/06/2026: We originally came just for a drink during the Fête de la Musique (Music Festival) and ended up deciding to stay for dinner. We were told that all the tables were reserved and that we could only eat inside or at a high table. We accepted without hesitation. A few minutes later, a couple who arrived after us, without any apparent reservation, were offered the table we had previously occupied. This gave us the impression that some customers were being treated better than others, which was quite unpleasant. As for the meal, the burger we ordered was very dry and did not match the menu description: neither the advertised sauce nor the Parmesan cheese was present. After we complained, we were offered complimentary desserts. Unfortunately, despite a long wait, no one ever came to take our order. We finally decided to leave. We live in the area and had simply come to enjoy a pleasant time with our family before a day of school and work the next day. We weren't looking to stay out late, just to be welcomed and served properly. It's a shame, because the atmosphere at the Fête de la Musique was lovely, but the lack of attention unfortunately spoiled our experience.

21/05/2025: Hello, I'm a customer at Memphis, but I went there today and the meal was disgusting. They still dared to charge me €27! The Memphis sauce wasn't even fresh; I have photos—it was all yellow.

09/06/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience at the McDonald's in Pau Université. The staff spends more time chatting in the back than serving customers, which gives the restaurant a bad impression. There's a real lack of organization, and it directly impacts the service. The wait time to order and receive your meal is considerably longer, even when it's not busy. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered these problems. After several disappointing visits, this will be my last. I hope management will take the necessary steps to improve the organization and the quality of service.
