09/07/2025: The restaurant is a disgrace. You have to be lucky to find clean cutlery, plates, or glasses. I didn't eat anything there because it was just disgusting. I called the supervisor and showed him the food. He immediately became angry, and I felt threatened. As a supervisor and CEO, I would be ashamed of this performance. We ate elsewhere the rest of the days. Everything there is simply filthy.

09/11/2025: I went there a while ago and realized they'd been shut down by the prefecture due to unsanitary conditions, with cockroaches and rats in their kitchens. I regret eating there; avoid this place immediately for your own health.

14/01/2026: Well, it says "Happy Hour" Monday to Wednesday from 5 PM to 12:45 AM, and we go to get more at 11:15 PM but they tell us no because they're closing soon? Google says they close at 12:30 AM? What's the logic?

11/01/2026: Well... we came to see the Toulouse-Saracens rugby match and when the football match started they turned off the sound... Not very nice... so we left, very disappointed, and given the comments, we understand....

05/01/2026: Passing through Thonon, we ate at this restaurant. Really disappointed: the burger was terrible, nothing special, and everything was frozen. The restrooms are in a deplorable state (no light for the sink, a small lever to activate it, but you have to be quite dexterous). Really so-so.

14/12/2024: Ordered 2 happy meals remotely: no sauce for the potatoes or the chicken nuggets even though requested on the order. No Happy meal boxes, the 2 menus piled into a bag. No toy, not even a book to replace if there were no more toys in stock, in short really disappointed, missing sauces are common but this is really shameful. 😡😡😡

15/10/2025: You can play pétanque. If it's still available, on Mondays there's a buy-one-get-one-free burger, which might be a good idea for students. However, it's quite busy, so orders take a while to arrive.

13/09/2025: Mediocre service. The staff made a mistake with an order. When we politely commented, the waitress threw our plate on the table and left. As the evening progressed, the waitress walked by us, huffing and puffing, without us understanding why. The final straw came when we got the bill, where a Wégé hot dog was charged at the same price as a burger, i.e. €7 more. Of the eight orders, six arrived cold. The first orders arrived 30 minutes before the last (unfriendly). I do not recommend.

29/01/2026: No more chips in stock and they refused to compensate with extra fries, claiming the chips were free, so the manager decides what they want... The quantities have already decreased, and now they're limiting the offers... It's a shame, this isn't going in the right direction.

28/01/2026: I received an extra item, but of course, I had to pay. It's an address to remember.

17/01/2026: Terrible experience: 2-hour wait and still nothing. I strongly advise against going there. I placed an order and, after a one-hour delay, I took the initiative to call the restaurant. I was assured the order was on its way, but two hours later, I still hadn't received my pizzas. This is a complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. Oh yes, the excuse I was given for the delivery delay was that the driver had called me several times and I had never answered. Of course, when you order pizzas for children, you obviously don't answer delivery drivers' calls. If you can't guarantee deliveries, don't take orders. Avoid this place if you're hungry.

09/01/2026: The staff were fantastic, the four-cheese pizza was delicious, but the real gem was the foie gras pizza – absolutely amazing!

18/12/2024: Rather disappointed with this restaurant, in itself it's not bad however the quantity and clearly needs to be reviewed. In terms of quantity/price ratio, it's very light. 10 fries on my plate and a mini steak. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant despite a friendly atmosphere and very pleasant waitresses.

At least being a sleep doctor is a job you love... KFC never again

09/07/2025: Honestly, for a fast food restaurant, I thought we were going to eat something decent, but I have very, very, very rarely experienced this level of junk food, and when you look at the price, well, we would have been better off eating at a restaurant. The sauces, whatever they are, with their commercial name, are not worth a damn. The fries were poorly cooked, or even not cooked at all. Honestly, move on. For me, it's definitive, I never want to hear about KFC again. Oh, I also forgot, they still managed to forget the bottle of Orangina.

20/01/2026: Relaxed atmosphere with a cool Western decor. The dishes are simple but satisfying.
