16/03/2026: I've been ordering from you for a long time and I've never had a problem until tonight. I placed an order for 10 wings and some potatoes. The order was confirmed over the phone, then I received a call back later to say that there were only 5 wings left. I was offered a replacement, but since I'm gluten-free, I couldn't have the tenders. I was then told that they would add some salad. An hour later, the delivery arrived. The total was €10, and the receipt stated 10 wings. I checked the order, and there were only 6 wings. After speaking with the manager, I was told that the price remained the same because "some things had been added." In reality, only a few lettuce leaves had been added. When I refused, the manager decided to apply the €8 price as an "exceptional" measure. For your information, on the website, 5 wings cost €6, so the billing is still difficult to understand.

22/03/2026: There are things I don't understand. We arrived on a Sunday at 10:05 AM, and the restaurant wasn't open. Five minutes late is understandable. But at 10:15 AM, it was still closed. We went through the terrace, where the door was open, and were told off for having come in. At 10:30 AM, the restaurant was still closed to customers. Have the hours changed? Because there's nothing posted, or at least nothing indicating such a change. Oh, and it would be nice to avoid being condescending to customers; that's not part of the staff training.

22/03/2026: Outrageous!!! Over €100 for 6 people and... The fries weren't filled, the sandwich and sauces were missing, and the wrap was folded haphazardly. And when we complained about not having enough ice cream in our sundae, they charged us 25 cents for the larger size!!! We really appreciated that gesture! Ugh, we'll never come here again! We should have listened to the recent reviews....

12/02/2026: Why go to a "real restaurant" when you can have something literally better right here? Having been used to ordering burgers that are simply excellent and generous for the price, this establishment offers a more than decent variety for its size. Fast service whether you're ordering takeout or dining in (expect less than 15 minutes even when the place is full for one person), friendly and welcoming staff, a pleasant dining area, spotless restrooms, and a view of the clean kitchen... In short, whether you're looking for a quick bite or a leisurely meal with friends, you can go there without hesitation!

18/12/2024: Rather disappointed with this restaurant, in itself it's not bad however the quantity and clearly needs to be reviewed. In terms of quantity/price ratio, it's very light. 10 fries on my plate and a mini steak. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant despite a friendly atmosphere and very pleasant waitresses.

A €5 meal deal with extremely limited content, an unreasonably long wait for a simple burger and a bottle of Volvic water, and these guys somehow managed to forget about the burger… The only positive thing about all this is that the employees seem to have the perfect skills to apply for the role of McDonald's mascot. PS: To the employee who reads this review and writes a reply I'll never see: I'll leave you my burger, buddy. Enjoy, because it'll be the last one I buy at Quick. Kisses.

07/03/2026: Every time I go there, there's always a problem! Today I got takeout because every time I eat in, it arrives cold, so I thought I'd reheat it at home! I ordered a meal deal, and I also got cheddar fries, but when I opened the bag at home, there was no cheddar at all; it was some kind of samurai sauce or something! I couldn't be bothered going back, but it's simple: I won't go back at all!

18/03/2026: Hello, the food is a disaster. I was already disappointed with La Fringale because of their fries, which I found really bad, and the pizzas weren't great either. I wanted to go back yesterday for a takeaway kebab with a friend. When we got home, we started eating the fries, and there was no meat in either of the two kebabs (La Fringale must be a world champion in the kitchen!). We had to go back once to get the kebabs, but the meat was still bad. It must be frozen kebab meat that they cook haphazardly because we didn't see a rotisserie in the kitchen. The cashier was very nice, but a bit overwhelmed because I got the impression she had to manage everything there... I won't be going back anytime soon.
