27/02/2026: Very disappointed, the wait lasted more than 40 minutes, the staff were chatting amongst themselves while we waited for our order, which, if I may say so, only contained 2 hot items (the wrap they gave us was already in the chute just before we started ordering), 1 pastry and 4 cold items. I do not recommend it.

13/05/2026: Disastrous service! A 20-minute wait to be served, even though the restaurant was empty at 11 PM! And then they discovered they were missing a complete menu item, which caused another 15-minute wait. The staff were unpleasant and condescending, not even apologizing for the inconvenience or offering any compensation. Avoid at all costs!!!

06/04/2026: A very bad experience at Barjoe in Béziers. I was relaxing on the terrace with my partner, enjoying a quiet moment, when someone (an employee or someone close to the staff) decided to playfully spray water on some female customers, including my partner. I find this behavior completely inappropriate and disrespectful. This kind of attitude has no place in an establishment that is supposed to welcome customers in a pleasant environment. This incident clearly ruined the experience, and I, for one, will never set foot in the place again.

We were with friends, a group of four adults and three children (ages 8 to 10), and everyone, without exception, was completely won over. The immersion is simply incredible: every detail counts, from the meticulously crafted sets to the remarkable performances of the actors, who were always spot-on and fully committed. The village is alive, teeming with quests and surprises, and the interactions with the characters make the experience even more intense and personalized. You don't just watch; you truly become part of the adventure. Adults and children alike loved going on missions, solving puzzles, and participating in battles. There's a perfect balance between exploration, quests, and action, allowing everyone to find something to enjoy. The organization is seamless, the staff are welcoming and passionate, and you can feel a genuine focus on the visitor experience. In short, an extraordinary, immersive, and memorable adventure. 04/05/2026: 129 lives up to its reputation. Very affordable prices with very (very) generous portions. The sandwich is very good. It's still a fast food place, so don't expect haute cuisine, but if you want value for your money, this is the place to go!

07/05/2026: A very bad experience at Au Bureau restaurant. After waiting for over an hour, one of the platters from our order had been forgotten. When they finally tried to correct the mistake, they brought the wrong platter. Despite this series of problems and the wasted time, no real gesture of goodwill was offered. The only "compensation" offered was a shot of alcohol, even though there was a pregnant woman at the table, which demonstrates a real lack of consideration and professionalism. Disappointing service and nonexistent error handling. We will not be returning.
