14/09/2024: Hello I am currently putting this comment at the table, HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE manager, forgot in our order cold burger and when I ask to have a hot one I am told not possible and to put my burger in the microwave even though it was not not overwhelmed.
In short, as a regular customer I am extremely disappointed, but the team had no problem who understood very well but who could not go against the manager

Hotel warned of difficulties in honoring the reservation: no interest in our problem because we reserved through booking and non-refundable room. despite the travel difficulties, we made the trip to honor the 2nd night. And there, we learned that our reservation had quite simply been canceled by the hotel and the room re-rented!!

Un personnel extraordinaire de gentillesse et de dévouement : on peut choisir la cuisson, changer la sauce, choisir même un pain sans gluten pour les personnes allergiques! Cerise sur le gâteau tout est fait maison et très copieux! Mon mari, très bon mangeur, a eu du mal à finir! Le cuisinier est aux petits soins avec sa clientèle et la gérante est adorable! Un moment très convivial nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour la cuisine mais aussi pour le personnel accueillant et à l'écoute! Merci infiniment! ❤️

An extraordinary staff of kindness and dedication: you can choose the cooking, change the sauce, even choose gluten-free bread for people with allergies! The icing on the cake is everything is homemade and very generous! My husband, a very good eater, had difficulty finishing! The cook takes great care of his customers and the manager is adorable! A very friendly moment we will come back without hesitation for the cuisine but also for the welcoming and attentive staff! Thank you very much! ❤️

The quality of the products is undeniable and that makes all the difference. And what about the fries? Real homemade fries, crispy as can be, which perfectly accompany this delicacy. 14/08/2024: J ai voulu sonner une 2 eme chance au restaurant.
Déjà , dès l'accueil on nous dit qu a 21h nous serons dirigés vers le bar ,car 2 ème service.donc,,,le ton est déjà donné.
Les serveurs sont là toutes les 2 minutes pour débarrasser les verres et assiettes vides.
La bière : une blonde insipide, sans bulles aucun Intérêt . ( Mieux vaut prendre en bouteille, meilleure et plus chère surtout !)
.bon on est allé la boire ailleurs.
Sur la carte il est indiqué steak 170 grs .
Il me semble qu'il n existe que 150 ou 180.
Ceci dit c était bon....

20/07/2024: The service is friendly, the setting in a fairly atypical theme is pleasant. However, we took takeaway (I have no opinion on the cooking on site, I think it's not the same observation) when we sat down to eat our bagles were inedible, soaked in water and in pieces.
20/07/2024: The staff and surroundings are nice but the bagels are more than average. The bread was wet and there was a hair in it...

15/01/2024: The restaurant is good however the service is catastrophic, almost 2 hours to eat a main course and a dessert even though we were only two tables in the restaurant. The waitress preferring to be in the kitchen or clearing other empty tables without taking into account the customers present. In addition, the cooks made a mistake on a burger which can happen! But we can send it back to the kitchen and instead we bring you a steak on a side plate, the cooking is not respected. The restaurant is pretty but no music. Very disappointed compared to other restaurants tested in the same chain.

- cold restaurant without heating
- Very long waiting time
Moreover, when it was time to pay we wanted to enjoy our hobby. Surprise ! The waitress tells us that they haven't had the pastime since 12 p.m. the same day... Anything!
