10/07/2026: A very good bistro offering a great €30 set menu including a starter, main course, dessert, and a hot drink (coffee or tea). I highly recommend the fish soup, which is divine! The mussels are also very good. The staff are friendly and attentive. The shaded terrace is a bonus.

The team is very professional and the servers are courageous and very competent. Despite the restaurant being full, the wait wasn't long at all. The waitress (Ambre) took care of us very courteously and professionally. This restaurant deserves to be in the top 5 best restaurants in Rouen without a doubt. You can go there with your eyes closed. The prices are not excessive and their burger and fries are delicious.

29/04/2026: After three months in my new job, I decided to break out of my routine and try some new places… and what a pleasant surprise Au Gourmet de Picpus was! The starter (a goat cheese and honey puff pastry with crudités) was both very generous and perfectly balanced, a real treat. The main course, a beef skewer with sautéed potatoes, was just as good: perfectly cooked, flavorful ingredients, nothing to complain about. But beyond the food, it's also the atmosphere that makes all the difference. A warm welcome, attentive service from start to finish, and above all, that little something extra that's rare these days: a real chat with the owner and another customer when it came time to pay the bill. Simple, personal, authentic. A place I recommend without hesitation and where I'll gladly return. I'm willing to bet Cyril will approve!! 😆
