25/08/2026: We had dinner at Lakota restaurant on a Saturday evening in August. The welcome was perfect, the service excellent, the food pleasant, and the presentation of the dishes was superb despite a limited menu. My only complaint is that I ordered a Perrier with mint, and the small amount of syrup was charged at €1.00. Okay, I'm not one to quibble over a euro, but I have to admit that's excessive.

16/09/2026: Personally, I spent 15 years in the restaurant industry, eventually becoming the manager of a franchised restaurant. Returning to Tarbes every year, I was served by Adam, a genuinely kind and attentive waiter—truly nothing to criticize about him. The team and the restaurant are all top-notch. You can tell there's a great atmosphere within the team, and that's essential; this team doesn't forget it. 🙂🙂 Best of luck to everyone!

15/09/2026: Excellent service, thank you Guillaume!

20/09/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us by lifeguards; we really didn't know where to go. In the end, we were so glad we followed their advice in every way. First of all, the welcome was warm, friendly, and welcoming, and the service was very professional and attentive. The dishes are well-prepared with quality ingredients, which greatly contributes to its success. The prices are very reasonable, so a good time is guaranteed.

28/08/2026: The worst burger I’ve ever had. Even McDonald’s is better. The meat was burnt, and the fries were burnt as well. Very disappointing.

06/08/2026: The sauce was the best sauce i have ever eaten.

28/08/2026: Very fast, and a friendly welcome!

08/10/2026: Delicious, succulent meat and top-notch customer service

27/09/2026: I've eaten there several times. The food is actually quite good, it's true. However, the service is catastrophic. You need to have plenty of time when you go. And it's been like that every time I've been. Today, it took 45 minutes between our starter and the drinks being served and our food order being taken. My partner had steak tartare and wanted bread. There was some bread left over from the salad, so she refused to bring any more. He asked for more once he'd finished that piece, and then she was supposed to bring more, but in the end, we never got any. The tartare was finished... without bread.

26/09/2026: Florence is fantastic, very helpful, courteous, attentive – a 6-star employee. Thank you so much.
