02/10/2026: The call of the wild. The lure of the unknown. The Anaconda Pasta and waffle fries. These are the things that plague the restless spirit that longs for sporting, swashbuckling adventure. What if I told you that in the deepest, darkest jungle between civilization and nature lies an Eden? I myself doubted it’s existence, for I had been deceived through my internet-based reconnaissance that this particular location would be condemned before my arrival, however by sheer cosmic fortune I was granted passage to a kingdom nearly lost to time. To one accustomed to the stifling pageantry of the modern world the Maître d’Is may have seemed a touch impetuous, but for the journey that lay before me I understood there was a requisite haste and discipline for which some pleasantries must be dispensed with. Hewed from raw, untamed hinterland a cuisine so refined does not emerge without sacrifice. The leaves of my Gochugang Korean Chicken Lettuce Wraps arrived tastefully aged, lending a suppleness reminiscent of the excess skin on one’s elbow. Such culinary subtleties did not escape my perception. As I sunk my teeth into my Creole Macaroni and Cheese I could hear the cicadas singing on the bayou. When my eyelids fell in surrender I sunk deeper into a vision where I became a chompy chompy alligator friend, as something deep within my primordial lizard brain awakened: a sensation both new and as old as time.

The dishes are flavorful, the damdam is superb and beautifully presented, and the ingredients are high quality. The service is also very pleasant and welcoming. La Musardine offers top-quality traditional French cuisine, with homemade dishes where you can taste the expertise and care put into every plate. The icing on the cake is the excellent value for money. For food of this caliber, the prices remain quite reasonable, which isn't so common. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic and generous cuisine, served with a smile. I will definitely be back!

01/08/2026: Anthony gave us a warm welcome; he even offered to carry my bag, as I'd just come back from the Pyrenees (I even saw marmots there, but I digress...)! A truly wonderful guy! Then we were served by the handsome Abdeslam, funny and kind, perhaps a mathematician in his spare time ;) We felt right at home and very well looked after! The food was delicious and the prices very reasonable, especially with Anthony and Abdeslam there to welcome you and make your day :)

01/08/2026: A Parisian institution representing French cuisine. We were in a bouillon, enjoying a worker's dish at an affordable price and in generous portions. The profiterole was beautifully presented and worth the trip. There was no wait at this bouillon on the day of our visit, unlike at other well-known ones. The dining room was noisy, and thanks again to waiter number 26.
