22/09/2024: Luxurious fish sandwich!!!!! Crushed cold reheat very bad this is unfortunately not the first time but it will be the last....

19/09/2024: Unacceptable! And it's not the first time that an error has occurred without being repaired, but this one really deserves the palme d'or! The current burger being sold out (as always in Sélestat), my husband ordered a Greek Mac burger, in addition to 3 other burgers for the family. The order being to go, we had a surprise at home: a “burger” without toppings??!! Of course, it was impossible to reach them by telephone that same evening, and my husband therefore came the next afternoon to express his dissatisfaction. The employee, remembering well the order from the evening before (this must have been so astonishing: yes, a burger without toppings!!) recognized my husband and simply told him that there was no fault on their part and that they would make no action! Too bad for him! He would have accidentally entered the information incorrectly when ordering at the terminal (without onion and without tomato?!) and he was therefore served, for €6.20, this “bread” without ingredients. No one in the kitchen found this strange and even bothered to ask him if it was normal. 👍🏼 Who would pay 6.20 euros for that, honestly? Who eats a burger without steak, without cheese, without salad, in short without anything? No sense of business and customer service! In any case, we won't come back, that's for sure, even though we are much better received elsewhere, among others at KFC or Burger King!

14/09/2024: Beautiful terrace, lots of staff, deserves its name FAST FOOD

14/09/2024: Very very very slow service more than 50 minutes of waiting for people in the McDonald's and the manager tells me that they are in full service. Dirty floor that sticks, the seats are broken and very old, you have to be very, very patient to get your order. Dirty table I ask to clean no one came to clean.

29/09/2024: Unable to use points. The staff, who are very particular about verifying orders (in case there is an undue claim), make no commercial gesture.

20/09/2024: Lack of staff was the answer...but I asked several times who was missing an ICE tea green/green on my order..and I ordered without ice cubes, the girl gave me ICE tea peach without ice cubes, after I asked...she gave me ICE green with ice cubes and I can't have a cold in my throat..you have to respect my request.I have a throat problem..but the lady next to the other civil servant...that's enough ma'am you don't see that we are lacking in effectiveness...conclusion lousy service, lack of respect towards people.

25/09/2024: Impossible to reach them by phone I tried several, the number does not exist. They messed up on my main menu potatoes instead of the requested fries and the wrong Burger I asked for the new spicy mcchiken I ended up with the Classic! Clearly we're fed up! So now we have to open the Burgers to check? You lack professionalism! Not putting the number is to avoid giving discounts to all dissatisfied people??

07/09/2024: 15 min for 2 happy meals, Cold fries, we kindly ask for hot ones but apparently they don't have them anymore so we either give them cold fries again. So I take this opportunity to point out that the trays are dirty.

07/09/2024: Hell, this is the 3rd time I've taken delivery, the order is postponed so that in the end it's 1 hour late and 3 delivery men get stuck waiting. It's supposed to be fast food but in the end we are served much later than elsewhere. And of course there is always something missing.

05/08/2024: Disappointed and as with every order something is forgotten… The time before it was the children's games (still good...) the next time 8 patetos are missing! Last order today, order a “small beef” result instead a fish burger, Mac Fleury kitkat + supplement of 40 cents of chocolate, result no chocolate 😡 in short it was the last time!!!!!

13/09/2024: You have to know what you want because we don't give you time to see the formulas, the girls not all the charlottes too bad in the kitchen, we don't come often but it inoculates you a little more.

10/09/2024: Since you are not able to hear the areas for improvement face to face, I will therefore explain it in writing. I had a command error on a macfirst during the last command. I had beef instead of having fish although I don't eat meat I unfortunately couldn't eat it. Not knowing the procedure, since this is the first time this has happened to me and of course to err is human, especially when you know how employees are treated. During my next order, I would like to pass on the information not as a commercial gesture but so that the error does not happen again (the wrapping paper is misleading) I was therefore quite shocked by the behavior of the manager (a brunette with small glasses) who directly confronted me with a haughty and unpleasant air. I want to hear that working in restaurants is not easy every day (having myself worked for the competition when I was a nursing student and then a dentist student) But to look down on oneself when there is clearly no reason to do so and to lack human value and communication at this point is still serious. You do not have the vocation to work in contact with people, do not hesitate to reorient yourself even if I admit that you are in charge of the job. More generally, McDonald's lives up to its managers with waiting times that are much too long outside of rush and orders received cold, not to mention the drinks cut with hard water with disgusting coloring and so on.

19/05/2024: Lack of everything, already in the middle of a long weekend there are no longer 2/3 of the ice creams offered. In addition, the tables are VERY DIRTY, they are never cleaned. Too bad because it's an ideal place for a short break but it seems that customer satisfaction is not a priority

Don't go eat (too expensive) and IMPORTANT, to drink a coffee or a drink, you should know that after a walk around the vannades, you cannot drink before opening around 10 a.m. until noon and after 3 p.m. .... priority of the owner (to make money only with meals...)...otherwise, we direct you to the snack bar next door with no diplomacy...example...2 "crème" coffees. (IN CUPS AND STRAWS) and you queue to be served for 6 euros "abused"🤔....I think the owner doesn't understand the principle, located opposite a lake, his restaurant and his snack bar should open earlier for morning walkers and every day of the week!!!! Otherwise there is a city center for restaurants!!! This summer, the walkers took your water bottles 😉....We regret the former manager (aka MOMO)....

23/08/2024: Yesterday I bought the maxi tray of fries and was very disappointed by the quantity. 3rd time I've complained about it we won't go anymore because the boss made him laugh. Run away!!
