29/09/2026: Not too long a wait to be served at our table, considering it was a Saturday evening at 8:45 pm. The staff were welcoming, but I still deducted one star 🌠 because we didn't receive napkins, and more importantly, the tray wasn't clean and contained ground beef, even though we didn't order burgers as we're vegetarians 😅🍃

27/09/2026: I've never been to a MC like this. No service, very dirty, and poorly managed. We waited about 20 minutes for our order (two regular menus) and the place was empty. The only positive thing was the security guy who took care of everything. Apart from him, there were no staff.

26/09/2026: I don't know where to begin, the carnage was so complete. We arrived after the papal mass, barely hungry, and waited over an hour and a half at the counter hoping to get our order. First, it wasn't mentioned that we had to go to the front to pay: 10 minutes wasted. Then, we waited for a server to bother taking our payment: 25 minutes. After waiting for our order, a group of people snatched it from us without us even noticing. We asked the waitress to take action, providing all sorts of tangible evidence; 30 minutes had passed. She told us she would check the security cameras, then, a good half hour later, we saw her leave McDonald's without a single word to us, having given her the receipt. So, when after an hour and a half someone decided to retake our order, they had to retype it by hand, due to their colleague's incompetence. A shout-out, though, to the security guard who at least did his job properly. Best regards.

05/09/2026: This is the first review I've ever written. I arrived at this restaurant with my daughter in the extreme heat (we had to go outside several times to get some fresh air). We waited quite a while while the employee finished two Deliveroo/Uber orders, all very slowly, sighing, and nonchalantly pacing back and forth across the restaurant. Those two orders took forever to come out before she finally got to mine, only to realize she'd forgotten another order and ask me to wait while she prepared it. Obviously, I left, having wasted time, sweltering in the heat, and unable to order because there was no way I was going to wait another minute. And let's not even mention the green flies buzzing around the food and the unpleasant smell that hits you as soon as you walk in.

24/08/2026: Serious hygiene problems (flies and food that looks questionable). The staff are incredibly slow and unprofessional, whispering in front of customers and then laughing gives a very bad impression. Are they mocking their customers? Are they laughing at something completely unrelated? We don't know, but well-mannered people know how to behave, especially in a professional setting. Furthermore, when one employee is cooking while another is "cleaning" when there are other customers, it would be good if they stopped "cleaning" and helped their colleague to avoid customers waiting almost 30 minutes when there are only six of us waiting for our order. Given all the recent reviews repeating the same problems, WHERE ARE THE HYGIENE DEPARTMENTS?

25/01/2026: We arrived very late, almost at closing time, and were greeted with a smile. The food was fresh and high-quality, and the fries were homemade and excellent. The meat was cooked to perfection. If I could give six stars, I would! Bravo, Chef!

29/09/2026: We came specifically for the Bloolok special editions. We were expecting to get four different books. But no, all four were the same. They have special events without actually having the products. It's really disappointing. I hadn't been back in a long time. Well, this has put me off. The staff were polite, but you could tell they weren't exactly celebrating. Blasé, without any enthusiasm. There were three of us customers and we waited over 10 minutes. There weren't many people working in the kitchen, that must be why it was so long. The work system is incredibly demotivating. In my line of work, it's the same; we're always understaffed. It sucks.

27/09/2026: It says everywhere that it opens at 8:30, but I've stopped by twice just before 10:00 and it's closed... Plus, the bins are overflowing... Makes you wonder if it's actually going to open...

19/09/2026: I ordered an Uber Eats. They gave me the wrong drink. A CBO with what I think was stale bread that had been in the oven for over 7 minutes, and an overcooked 4-1.

20/06/2026: Our family walked in and the woman just rolled her eyes at us. My husband asked if they were closed, and then came lots of groans more eye rolling and moaning we walked on her floor she just cleaned, and they only have a minute before they close. So we walked away and got some sandwiches from starbucks instead, 5 mins later i see a young couple walk in and go straight to the tills and be served! I then walked over and asked why she was reluctant to serve my family, but 5 minutes later can serve someone else, and she suddenly couldnt understand english. The woman had an awful attitude, and looks like im not the only person to notice. AVOID!

04/06/2026: Honestly where to start the girl who served us had an attitude and then proceeded to make our burger without washing her hands and touching everything first and her college who was cleaning and had dirt and harsh chemicals on her hands came over and touched our cheese so we asked the burgers to be made fresh and for the one who was serving us to clean her hands first and she had a problem with it then proceeded to give us very old stale fries as soon as my partner went back over the girls where clearly speaking about him and rolling there eyes the young lad who was working the fryers named jeremy he was really nice and instantly solved the problem and give us and extra portion of fries if it wasn’t for him it would be a half star and worse review the manager came out and served food to another guest and was pulling funny faces at the food before bagging and serving to the customer best advice after seeing all other reviews aswell if you see Jeremy ask for him he seems the only nice one here

28/09/2026: This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at. Long waits, a wrap folded poorly compared to other restaurants, and undercooked, rubbery fries that are inedible. I don't recommend it; it's worth looking elsewhere.

10/10/2026: Honestly, a disaster. The hygiene is deplorable. It's dirty from 11 am, tables and floor... The service was also terrible; the hamburgers were cold.

10/10/2026: A very bad experience at the McDonald's in Craponne. The service was far too slow for a simple iced latte. To make matters worse, I was served a hot coffee. When I pointed this out, the employee sighed, visibly annoyed, before adding ice cubes. The result: an undrinkable coffee, much too diluted, practically just coffee-flavored water. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced such slow service at this establishment. Having worked in fast food myself, I understand the challenges of the job and the sometimes difficult customers. But I remained polite and simply asked for an iced coffee! This absolutely does not justify such behavior. I do, however, want to acknowledge the kindness of the young man who was mopping the floor; he was the only one who bothered to help me. It's high time they improved their service and customer experience.

26/08/2026: What a shame! We were really looking forward to enjoying some delicious crepes. But the service was incredibly slow, the misting system was awful, and the crepes themselves lacked flavor.

22/08/2026: The sweet crepes are not good. They taste like mass-produced crepes, just reheated, served haphazardly without butter or flavor. It's impossible they're homemade... besides, they're served too quickly to be fresh. Many items on the menu were unavailable. The toilets were disgusting, with a large puddle of water on the floor in front of the counter. Avoid at all costs.

16/09/2026: Avoid at all costs! What a disaster! I ordered, and it took 30 minutes, and I got burnt meat and half-empty fries. And the Coke? It was water! I'm sorry, I don't like to complain, but I left €50 and we had to throw away both trays. McDonald's, wake up! Your honesty is embarrassing you.

16/09/2026: No napkin, no sauce, a 25-minute wait for fast food… Cold fries… Keep walking, there's no pleasure in eating here. You need to change your management/manager.

30/06/2026: We went there three weeks ago and discovered it's no longer a pizzeria but a caterer that makes rotisserie chickens... the new owner is riding on the coattails of the previous owner's reputation... not very honest at all... we left without buying anything...

23/01/2026: I don't understand why the restaurant is temporarily closed. We used to go there regularly, and suddenly it's gone. We were big fans and really disappointed to find the restaurant closed for months.

24/09/2025: Disappointment. The buffet looked nice, but it tasted reheated; nothing was crispy in the fried food, not even the rice. The wok was fine. I know many products can be frozen, but you can have things that don't come out of a microwave. A year or two ago, it wasn't like this; it was good, fresh, and crispy, so we went without hesitation. Well, no thanks, we won't be going back anytime soon.
